The Asteroid Product X Files ... I want to believe

I just got a call from my son who works as a security guard in Ottawa, who is wanting to be a policeman some day. Anyhow seems that some guys got the drop on him (don't know how he can't remember) and he was beaten pretty badly CAT Scan shows no ill effects so far but I guess they put the boots to him when he lie unconcious. Turns out he either hit his head on something or they hit him in the back of the head and he blacked out.

I am feeling such rage!! I just need to vent a bit ...think he's going to be ok that's the main thing. Feelings of revenge come up but that is not realistic. This fuggin crap is just so hard to take! I know those *******s will get theirs. Part of me just wants to hop on a Train and go kick some fuggin Ass!!! I probably would if I knew who they were, hell probably, I'd already be gone!! I need this chest session to cool down...

Man, I really hate to hear that. I hope you are really able to let loose on that workout. I completely feel for you and your son. With his recovery he will be stronger for it and more aware of his surroundings which will make him a better police officer. Here is to wishing him a full and speedy recovery.

Much appreciated my man!!

Day 36

Chest bomb numero deux

Bench 10X3 45 second rest 2-1-1 tempo absolutely crushed it up 10 lbs on the last 4 sets!!

Dips 4X6 3-1-1 temp ... just body weight for now .. shoulder hurt pretty good but fug it!!

15 degree decline cable flies 3X10 4-2-2 ss towel pushups 3 X15 any tempo (these were wild) floor was a bit sticky to really do these well. Only made 12 and the 3rd set ..couldn't move for about a minute just lie there on my stomach.

Chest is mega-pumped!! Shoulder is very sore but it performed well. The air conditioning was still down at the gym so skipped ab work...

Damn DW...I hope the boy comes out of this well. Unfortunately, our kids have to get their lumps in life too. We can only keep them protected for so long and then they have to make their way on their own. It is one of the hardest things to endure as a parent watching you child go through tuff situations. At least he knows he has a great man in his corner with him!!

Yah tell me about it .. any Parent would take the beating for their child. It's just so tough to see this kind of thing and not be able to do anything about it.

I agree DW. I would sacrifice everything I have for my kids. They know this but they also have to be able to stand on their own feet and build their self confidence. He will get through this and like Mr Kleen stated...He will have a new awareness of things that can only serve to protect him later. All the best DW....

Sorry to hear about your son, Dreamweaver. Dang, I'd be so livid if something like that happened to a family member of mine. That he was able to call you himself is definitely a good sign, though, and that his CAT scan is clear.

Yeah man, I can understand wanting to rage out. I had a friend go through a similar situation, he was a bouncer who got cracked in the back of the head by a bat from a group of MMA douche bags trying to prove they're tough or something (because my friend Josh is 260lbs of roids & HGH). Just being a friend made me furious hearing about it, I can't imagine if it were family or worse yet, my own flesh & blood. I'm putting a sanctions on you for a No loaded weapons act for the next 30 days. Hope all is well.

Guys thanks for your concerns, both this CAT scans came out clear and they sent him home. No broken bones in his face, which surprised them considering his condition. Some of the details are that he went out to confront some guys who were causing trouble and somebody blind sided him. Swarming is a bit of a problem in Ottawa, it's been that way for years. Somebody has to put their foot down and deal with this. I don't know seems these aholes have no honor or pride at all. For an old school hoser to see this kind of thing happening completely boggles my mind.

Yah Kris is a big tough kid and no doubt this made him a target. That's seems to be the favourite prey for these heros. The get them alone and circle them like a pack of wolves and try and take then down from behind. I'm getting sick just thinking about it. 3 guys tried to swarm Kris a few years back but they bit off more than they could chew and Kris cleaned their clocks, then he got suspended from school. That's justice for you, time to wake up people!! Anywho let the authorities take care of it, I think one of the witnesses recognized some of them. Hopefully they get some jail time, what will happen to them there will be probably worse than anything I could do... the universe has a way of dealing with things.

Got up this morning and am really starting to see some significant changes, definite leaning and size increase. Weigh in is going to be very interesting cuz I'm looking very large.

Hey DW good to hear some positive info on your son and your recomp. I wonder being stressed with the situation does VAT Attack help any with mood elevation- euphoric feeling? I know a lot of other cortisol blockers seem to a little.

I definitely feel alert when I take it in the morning, not stimulant but more awake.

Day 37

Air conditioning still down at the gym ... fortunately this was one of our shorter workouts

Back width
Extended arm pulldown 4X8 3-1-1 tempo up 5 lbs ss Wide Lat Pulldown 4X8 4-1-1 tempo up 5 lbs ss Lat Shrugs
Wow these have really had an effect, I always responded well to this combo... Lats are looking more pronounced already.

Back Thickness Reverse grip BO row 4X8 strict form 4-1-2 tempo .. thickness is a strong point ... just keepin it real.

Weight back down to 240 again.. I am thinking the last weigh in was up because of my big meat feed the day before. This is not the same 240 of a couple weeks ago though, there is a leaner guy staring back at me in the mirror. As I get leaner fat loss has slowed down but it hasn't stopped so I am happy to ride it out till it does. How low can I go like this, I have no idea. I am already in uncharted territory of fat loss without weight loss. I didn't think I could get this low using this method.

Good to hear DW, keep kicking that azz!

Good to hear DW, keep kicking that azz!

Thanks, I will do just that!

Air conditioning is going to be fixed today at the gym. Good timing as the workouts get a little tougher the next couple days. Still cruising for the most part though.. except chest day!! :drillsergeant:

AC has been out in my gym for that last two weeks - it really makes a difference in performance and anaerobic capacity. I'm really lookin' forward to when they get it fixed!

Yah being able to breathe has it's merits.. the problem is you can't even open the windows in these buildings.

Exactly! And to make matters worse - my gym's on the top of a 10-story building, so all the heat rises right up to us. I've been sweating so much that I can easily take in 3/4 gallon of water over a workout. It's madness!

Hah, they were supposed to have ours fixed and I got to the gym and hit a wall of 90 degree heat. Hottest day so far this year and the air was out!! I just turned it up a notch got it done quick and got the fug out of there!!

Day 38
Shoulders Seated bench 4X8 4-1-1 tempo ss pec deck reverse flies 4X8 4-2-1 tempo .. smooth as silk despite the heat...

Triceps decline tri extension 4X8 4-1-1 tempo now things were really heating up got through it with good energy though

Biceps Preachers 4X8 4-1-1 tempo bring on the pain ... got it done .. got it done quick and got the fug out of the heat.

Very crisp workout.. I was quite pleased considering the conditions.

Are you making fun of me? hahaha

No.. and no more banjo jokes I promise :mischievous:

Day 40 I think ? yah day 40

Just some cardio 30 minutes... will hit legs tonight, I am hoping for air conditioning...:happysad:

Well my mood was somewhat soured when I found out there was still no air conditioning and it was swelteringly humid, coupled with the fact it was a low carb day. I managed to have a pretty decent leg day.

Very short day... lighter weights slow deep reps...

Front squats wide stance 4X8 4-1-1 Tempo .. the third set I actually looked to see if somebody took weight off the bar when I wasn't looking. It felt very light .. I did not add weight but just watched my reps trying to make each one perfect as possible.

Seated calf raise 3-1-2 tempo 4X8 ss Standing calf same reps and tempo .. really made these hurt and they are really showing up left and right.

I was really burning from the Cap in the eviscerate, something about 90 degree heat and squats that really get me cooking when I have Cap on my skin.. go figure. I felt like a turkey cooking in the oven.

Was very deflated this morning, I probably lost some more fat and was further deflated by the lack of carbs. Pslin and 100 grams of carbs got me feeling more full. Still looking a little loose though. I should tighten up in a couple days... hopefully.

Cuz I'm a Soldier! That is your anthem my friend... Keep weathering it out. Think of the extra conditioning you are getting being able to hit it in the heat builds conditioning and when it cools you will see all of those improvements and be dryer from all the sweating. Not to mention how much longer your temperature takes to cool down. Steadily melting fat. Think of it as external pressure that is making you stronger even if it is not part of the plan.

So your saying "Look at the bright side.", "Every cloud has a silver lining", "Look at the glass at being half full instead of half empty" :laugh2: Yah I know there are going to be benefits to this. It's only difficult when I am doing it.. :laugh2: The main reason why I do this is cuz it feels so good when I stop. :surprised:

That and the Swole 5'11" Silverback Gorilla with abs staring back at you from the mirror probably doesn't hurt either.

That and I got tired of saying ah man that sucks... LOL

Yah it's the impovements that keep you going, that's why I am so gratefull for this product line... At my age improvement came slowly and if I tried to get cut I would lose a ton of muscle, if I tried to gain muscle I would gain a bunch of fat. I switched to recomp but the progress was slow.. then I started using these products and all the rules changed. I could lose fat and gain muscle at a decent rate. Finally my effort in the gym seemed to be equally paid off in results. I can see steady progress.. that's all I really wanted. To think I can get ripped and keep all my mass!! Yah that will make me a monster...

Day 41 did nothing .. was going to do some cardio .I didn't get around to it. I will make it up today likely. So 30 minutes fasted HITT this morning and another 30 minutes late this afternoon.

Day 42

30 minutes fasted AP HITT cardio followed by 15 minutes moderate

Did a long brisk walk in the afternoon about and hour long so I did not bother doing another 20 minutes cardio.

Got up this morning .. seemed slightly leaner and chest is developing ... it's working!! Today I repeat day one of the chest blast... gonna be some extra motivation now that I know it's doing the job!!

When is product X going to be hitting the shelves?

I think it's going to be quite a while. I believe it's very expensive compound. Jacob has some other exciting things in the works. I think the first thing we are going to see is O-E-P a new fat burner.

Day 43

Chest bomb workout one

15 degree decline bench 5X5 3-1-1 tempo
Up 10 lbs across the board woo hoo! shoulder got a bit sore but is was more of a tired sore than an injured sore .. I think it's a good sign.

DB Chest Bomb 2 x 8 (each set) – 3-1-1 tempo on each
I went up 5 lbs and made the mistake of going 10 reps instead of 8
1st set was 10-9-5 = 24 which is the same as 3 X 8 anyway
2nd was 10-6-5 = 21 really only missed a few reps. I was a bit disappointed till I found out I was supposed to do 8's

Cable 1 1/3rd flyes 4 x 12 – 4-2-2 tempo ss Flat DB Squeeze Press 4 x 10 – 3-3-3 tempo
my left shoulder was so sore I had problems finishing he 12 sets on cable the squeeze press I was up 5 lbs though and it went very well.

Finished off with some very heavy ab work...still no air conditioning at he fuggin gym!!

I do seem to be getting slightly leaner but it's getting harder to see differences and it's definitely slowed down. May have to make a small adjustment .. haven't decided what form that will take.

Almost forgot to mention Product X runs out today.. I have already started my final 2 week Prime megadose of 16/12 this will end the 8 weeks of Prime. I'll take a week off the gym then start up with DTHC .. will keep the AP and Pslin going likely.

will keep the AP and Pslin going likely.

definitely! :afro:
yeah sounds like you're hitting the wall on fat-loss..with some minor tweaks (nothing major) you can get this rolling again..small macro tweaks, and -- if leaning out is still the goal at this time -- start dropping cals strategically.

Sounds nice you have definitely had a good run. I seem to have noticed better gains from PRIME during the weeks of 8-12 and a few others I have been speaking to recently are saying the same thing. Have you ever run a 12 week cycle or thought of doing so? Glad to hear you are seeing those gains on the chest. It is awesome wnen a program does what it says it will do.

Actually that makes perfect sense and yes my next run will be 12 weeks. The longer I run Prime the better recomp I get. I have run it 9 weeks once.

really? interesting..I personally realize my peak on Prime from weeks 5-8..when I beta-tested it last yr tho, think I ran it for 9 weeks or so in contest prep, and I was busting out some good strength #'s 8-10 days prior to comp (on reduced fare).
there's no doubt that a 12-week cycle, run strategically (w/ gradually increasing dosage), can produce extreme results.

Definitely and I had increased from regular 6 caps a day to the 69 protocal somewhere around week 6. Not sure if that was the ticket or not. I will be taking it as the mainstay of this stack just to see so will have a little more evidence of this or totally disprove it but the end of my prep took some work to try to make the weight I was going for. I just kept gaining an ounce or two of LBM here and there as bodyfat lowered the weight was still there.

Yah my strength increases were best through weeks 3-6 but the longer I ran it the better the recomp. So the changes show up more if you run it longer, I assume. Which makes sense. Yah increased dosing for me past week 4.

There is no doubt in my mind that progressive dosing will cause lean mass gain under any conditions, well within reason.

Here's how I figure the dosing for my next run...

Weeks 1-4 5/7
5-6 7/9
7-8 8/10
9-10 9/11
11-12 10/13

Day 44 Back

Triset Stiff arm pulldown 3X8 3-1-1 tempo ss Wide lat pulldown 3X8 4-1-1 tempo ss Weighted lats shrugs - Up 5 lbs on the pulldowns not really supposed to be progressive with this but can't help it, I was feeling frisky.. the air is back at the gym!!

Reverse grip BO rows 4X8 3-2-1 temop up 5 lbs on this as well.

Was short and sweet and efficient...

Before I forget .. I weighed in on Monday night and was down 1.5 lbs which makes some sense .. must be some water though as I know I didn't lose that much fat. So 238.5 .. had to lose weight sometime.

Day 45 Shoulders and arms
Seated Military 4X8 3-1-1 tempo ss pec dec reverse flies 4X8 4-2-1 tempo .. was really able to squeeze everything out of these and the fuggin pump was incredible!!

Decline tri extensions 4X8 3-1-1 tempo again milked these for everything they were worth and I mentioned the pump didn't I...

Preacher curls 4X8 4-1-1 tempo excuciating as usual and my arms blew up like balloons!!

Not one to really get excited about pump but this was just crazy. Talk about swole!! The extra Prime is the prime suspect....

I have to stop looking in the mirror after a low carb day, the deflation is a bit depressing...

DOn't sweat the low carb days in the mirror just remeber it is those days that keep the mirror showing you the leaner you. Carb pumps are easy to get back.

Yah that's what I keep tellin myself.. just and illusion ... :happysad:

Rest assured that even when you are looking at yourself thinking "WTF... where did I go? I am so flat... that someone else is admiring your physique hoping they can achieve one like yours some day.

yep were very critical of ourselves .. true enough. Also soon as my eyes adjust to positive changes I look flabby again. Then when new changes appear the cycle begins anew... That's why I need to remain in a constant state of progression and I'll never be satisfied!! :18:

Day 46

Decent Leg day
Front squats 4X8 very deep 3-1-1 tempo

Seated calf 3-2-1 tempo ss standing calf 3-1-1 tempo 4X8
Calves were very strong I was up another 10 lbs on seated and it still felt pretty light. Calves are not a problem area and easy for me to train.

I did notice some additional leaning of the waist, Vat Attack gets the credit, it took a few weeks for me to start noticing it but this stuff does narrow your waist.

What I want to see is when someone who is already in lower single digits adds this to the regiment, the lines and striations should really just become insane as they get deeper and deeprer from the visceral fat melting off unlike before. Imagine the new cuts in legs that are uneasy to get seperation. So many possibilities.

Wow that is interesting....
