I Turned my left arm into Hamburger Helper back in the winter visiting my friend in Delray Beach Fl. I dumped his motorcycle(lots of fun). Other than that I have been working O.T. up the a-hole, raising my 2 girls, I moved in March. Just been really really busy. Ive lost alot of strength and mass. Just dropped 5 bills on supps this month. My elbow is ready to hit the gym and catch up with the profress I was making. Back on A.M. for about a month now.
