Reverse Pec Deck- 115*15+15+15.

Overall good workout. Dosing 1 gbol 1 stoked pre workout. More sweating, crazy sex thoughts. Chest is still in DOMs town. LEGS TOMMORROW!!!!!!:twisted:

ATG Squats- 315*8, 225*10, 135*25. Shoulder felt tight on 315 had to give it a nice stretch but it's a little buggy. Happens from time to time, just gotta take it easy. I usually warmup with 135 for 12 or so but never really count those. That last set was sweat city.

Leg Press-650*12+10+10. Straight sets, full ROM. Felt good.

SkullzZZzZz- 115*15+12+11.

Straight BB Curl 125*15+12+8.

Russian Calf Exercise-95*75+45. Fuggin pump and ridiculous soreness. :twisted:

Dosing Gbol alone now pre WO with my meal. Like having the pump back, peak on my biceps was ridiculous today. I'm not one to look at myself in the mirror but I sneaked a look at my midsection and I look good. :hitit:

On the shoulder, I'll problably lay off the heavy weights. Def won't be going for PR's during this mini run but it sucks going lower than what you actually want to.

Wanting to hump everything is often a side effect of taking Stoked. I think you have brought it to light in a different way than anybody else thus far though, lol.

SToked is finally kicking in I believe. STrength feels different, muscles more dense. Libido is rocking, I destroyed my pillow last night :hump: Boner city though, it's f*cking crazy.

Tons of Cardio the past 2 days with one day of Core work. SToked is running full force, I have a better sense of well being, feel stronger in the gym and LIBIDO.

Glycobol is working awesome also. Down .75 inches on my waist so far and up 7 Lbs since starting almost a month ago. I have about 56 Capsules left.

Yea it's a pretty good bulker, you just have to utilize it right. The waist lost is just amazing; I hope I don't lose anymore though I don't wanna have to buy new jeans when I get home :lol:

I'm lookin alright, can't get my bottom 2 abs to come out for the life of me :dunno:

I don't mind rollin with a 4 pack tho....


Chest

Incline BB Press- 175*15+11+8....SHoulder precautions. Rather strong though. GOt a nice pump.

DUmbbell FLat Press- 100*14+10+8....Pump was ridiculous at this point, started getting winded but finished out.

WIde Grip Bench Press- 180*15+10+5. Straight tired at this point.

WIde Grip DIps BW+45*17+14+11.

Cable work- Lower crossover, middle and high thrust.


All in all it was a pretty good workout. Getting leaner by the day even with the upped calories. Still Getting pumps. I have about maybe a week left on GBOL :( so I'll be giving my final review then. I'll problably give a 75% review on Stoked at the same time.

Stoked is pretty freaking sweet. The "strength" factor is excellent, not feeling any sides or anything. I can cleanly lift these weights and target the muscles I want to target directly. The strength is off the hinges.
 
Awesome workout as always big man! I am thinking I should have thrown in PCS (leftovers) in with my G-Bol run, but I decided to hold onto it. Keep killin it bro!

Today was a pretty good day. Almost missed my Pre WO meal due to the random things going on over here but I managed to get it in time. Ran into Sofaking and he wanted to be taught some things...he's lucky I had back today. Went through some exercises, showed him some pullups. He was beat. Poor guy :twisted:.

Stoked has made my hunger fierce! It is insane the amount of food I am able to consume. Cals are in the 6k range right now for reference. I feel super strong, still holding back because I don't want to get hurt. Back to eating pre bed 2 hours outs, had a tons of carbs yesterday and woke up not bloated or anything. I love Glycobol. I've got another week or so on Gbol, let me know if there is anything you would like to see in that time (dosage, meals, etc.)

I probably wont open it for a couple weeks Jay, but I'd be curious to hear your recommended dosage for the Glyco... I was thinking 2 caps in the AM and 2 Pre-WO... OR 2 Caps Pre-WO and 2 Caps Final meal... Only prob is my final meal is 1030 ish, and I don't want to go back to carbs on that meal unless necessary.

Yeah, I did this once and it took a lot of discipline and fiber, lol. I was successful though!

I'm leaning out a LOT from the glycobol as well. It seems to be amazing stuff... my carb intake is pretty high for the speed that I am burning fat without being on a thermogenic.
 
Yeah, it's pretty good stuff. I think it has definitely been living up to its claims.

Crazyfool uses Glycobol and Pslin together. I'll see if I can find a post about it.

EDIT: This is how he doses for refeeds. I'm sure he'll be happy to give suggestions otherwise though :D

Sounds good to me bro. I would save it for your heaviest meal of the day tho.

I use pslin and gbol 1 cap of each in the beginning of my heavy meal and the middle of my heavy meal. And for the other refeeds I keep them simple and health and split the other 2 gbol throuout the day. For example

Gbol 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch

Heavy meal (usually the **** load meal). 1 cap pslin and 1 cap gbol at firt bite and then same thing mid way through. Worked well for me and the next day (today) I woke up soo hungry and thirsty and restarted my diet
 
That's interesting. I'm really hesitant to do one of these "refeeds" but it seems like its the way to go. I've been FINALLY getting used to the one carb meal a day, but I know I'm sacrificing some energy in the meantime.
 
I love how someone who is an ectomorph (buster) bragged about having abs. That's like a Meso bragging about their ability to gain weight.

Pretty damn good man. I slowed it down and switched it up when I started looking a little flat. Bumped up the fats considerably. I have a nice outline around the abdominal area, and decent cuts on the four pack... Good thing is I actually gained weight - so I really couldn't be happier.

Good to see I am not the only one. I can eat like a maniac when on the stoked and if you are using Glycobol I actually will lose size on my waist just like you did.

Thats always a good thing brotha! So on the fats did you up it in foods or supp oils???
