Yea I hear ya, I'm just "cruising" right now. My shoulder has been alittle sore too so I figured I lay off super high weight stuff for now.
 
Hoother, Big has what is referred to as muscular endurance...get some BA..it will greatly improve yours
 
:lol: You guys are too much. Been lifting for a little over 11 years so I guess I can attribute alot to that. With my Uncle being a bodybuilder I can say I started picking up weights since what seems like forever.
 
Major results man. Im not even kidding. My reps are much higher when I use BA. Fatigue is damn near non-existent. Muscular endurance shoots up on the stuff.

BA = beta alanine correct?

I take that, dont know what extra it gives me but I know it wouldnt give me 7 more reps unless it's laced with cocaine.

No I def would never expect a 7 rep gain right off the bat but BA (yes Beta alanine) has a huge cummulative effect. Once it's kicked in you will get 2-4 reps more each session. BA imo works best in high rep scheme. Such as anything passed 8 reps. It only gets better the long you use and the more you use it. 4 to 6g makes a significant difference. 6 to 8g makes a significant difference. 10g is the freakn money spot! If you can handle the tingles that is. You gotta spread it out throughout the day tho. Some can take it all at once tho like Irish cannon. I'd give it a shot man. Take up to 6-10g/day if you can and watch the magic happen! :D

I was throwing down 5g pre and post. I will be ramping that back up soon after being off it for a break.
 
I take 2g twice a day of BA and 20 minutes after I take it I feel numb. Taking 5g twice a day I think i'd feel like I was being stabbed all over.

Who knows though, maybe you're one of the lucky ones. Though I have heard that the parenesthesia (sp?) is a key indicator that the BA is working...

The tingles to lessen the longer you take but it doesn't loose it effectiveness.

You prob got some bunk bro. I say get some from nutra. Never has let me down. I have never heard of anyone not getting some type of tingles. It's just some can handle it better than others. :dunno:
 
Eh, I seem to remember at least one other AM'er with no tingles... Can't remember who, but it was one of the regulars...

Regardless though, the NP bulk stuff is cheap, and definitely tingles. :lol:
 
Was it Norwegian? He could handle massive amounts of the stuff. I remember him taking up to 14g. He had tingles tho.

If taken with carbs the tingles get lessened.
