Wow what a day! The Gym i Freaking KILLED in, cept the end on Pec Dec, i ran outta Fuel :( Heres Why...... So on the way home from the Drags, i got pulled over(by my friend lol) for no taillights, anyways, woke up early this morn, couldnt go back to sleep, so i got up, ate, and went tryin to figure out why i kept blowing fuses. Long story short, i got TO caught up(time got away) in fixing it and didnt get a TON of cals in, prob only like 2kish before gym:( Went through testing relays and then to wires, ayyyyye... Said screw it ill get back to it after gym, well went lifted, VERY happy with the lifts, was hoping for a weight change, buuut maybe itll happen later this week again? Anyways, my best friend called up and needed some help, so went over right after gym, helped him real quick, then we decided to work on my car, finally traced a grounded out wire.... UGH....... What a long day...............

Quick story, on the way INTO the gym i see a guy holding McDs Cup and Bag. Seen him walk into locker room i went upstairs, didnt see him, then one of the guys (when im doing DB inclines) walks up to me says hi real quick and goes, you would not believe what i just seeen down in the locker room, i go i bet i can, is it a guy eating McDs? He goes ya, you see him? I said ya he walked in right before me. He LOLed and i chuckled and said ya thats defeting your purpose(he was a hefty boy), right then here he comes up the stairs and gets on a tredmil!!!!! ARG!!!!! :dunno:

Anyways, PROMISE ill get more cals in tomarrow! Just cant afford to get pulled over and get a ticket, especially in my S2000 :lol:

Also updating week 3 here in min to! I know guys im slacking! Sorry.....
 
-Week 3 Review-
And week 3 went by, and gained some more weight and strength, now 166! Everything is just about the same really! Not really much to update this last week tho. Sides are only Lethargy still. Going to try by best to hit 170 by end of this. Not sure home much ive got left but i hope enough for 3more days:dunno:
 
Looks like another solid workout. Yeah the mcds thing is hilarious. That drives me crazy! I remember when i was in high school me and one of my buddies were working out, and while we were working out, we were trying to figure out where to eat after. We wanted the most we could eat. This was when i could eat so much!!! lol. But me and him decided we would go to golden corral, its an all you can eat buffet. Once we said that this dude walks over to us, and says it all cocky and sarcastic "yeah thats completely defeating the purpose" Me and my friend couldnt believe we heard this and got so mad. lol. I guess it was the way he said it. But we kept going over near him where he was working out and started talking about eating all the burger we could eat and mcds is good! and how i love fries! and hot pockets! he stormed off. lol! It so much fun. The good ole days.
Hey Teg have you seen the fiber saturation post? Looks interesting and very similar to the ABC workouts im doing. You should check it out. lemme see if i can find the post.

So right quick dont have much time, halfta help pops real quick. Im SUPER happy today! Everything just went right! Wasnt goin to even try for that much on squats honestly, but once i hit 185pds for 8 my lifting partner was like wow bro, you have to try, and i got you spotted, sooo threw it on and went for it and nailed it quite easy actually! Every lift exersize got PRed today as you can see! Now the trick will be to keep as much as possible in the next weeks to come! :)

As for that today yall.... Im out for a few! Be back laters! This stack has gone quite nicely :)

K... Been tryin to ADD in food this last week, but it REALLY hard when now im eatting 6meals and tryin to fit in "snacks".... LOL I already have to get more steaks tomarrow! :lol:

Im guessing from the looks of it ill have enough till Thurs, mite get lucky and have enough for fri/sat? Its really hard to tell with Liquid :lol: Thats something that would be a great help. Put like a half and quarter full mark on them(the bottles)

Tomarrow is shoulders and thur is core/arms! Im looking forward to these next 2 days :) Muahahahaha Its going to be KILLLLLER!

That actually happens, its not that people get addicted to growing muscles(because over your life you will go up and down) but the feeling they get from being ON so to say. I have never felt it yet(this winter), but its kinda exciting to see what gets everyone so hyped.

Great looking WO's man, and it looks like our suprising yourself each day lately. Thats the best kinda gym session is when you walk out thinking, HELL YEAH I, am the Man, thank you very much.

Ya its hard to describe THAT feeling, but its not like I HAVE TO HAVE it, but man i can see how ppl with lil to no will power with this stuff can get outta control easy.......

PRs are just going up and up no prob and im gaining and looking bigger...... My best freind(whos quite big) was like wow dood, you have put on a ton of muscle since you start the AMS cycle!

I look better then i EVER have and feel GREAT still! I hope the GI thing stays clear and clean for PCT!

But i cant say enough about AMS's stack... This has been and experiance no doubt. Had a couple lil bumps to smooth out and once those were taken care of this has been a nothing but Beautifully INSANE and FUUUUN ride!!!!

I'm just about to finish my pct after doing the old ams 1-ad/4-ad. Gained 7lbs so far. Looking at doing a UTT cycle next so really interested in what you are doing.

On page 1 you've put your shoulders are 22, which is the same as your legs, just wondering if this is a mistake or where you are measuring them from?

Can't wait to see your after pics, sounds like you've gained loads so far. Keep it up

Thanks! It was a LEG POUNDING WO! I was super stoked on that 225, and how easy it was. Deff. had another in me. Then to do 8plts for 8reps was awesome and of course another PR!

Nope both were 22. I measured shoulders from each point around upper back side only way ive ever seen/been shown.

Yup it seems that way no doubt! Im HOPING they look good, cause in the mirror i can see the difference everywere!

Ya, and i had no probs with it all. I do believe there was positive ones cause i dont "feel" as bad on the "inside" as i norm. do! Hard to explain since its a different type pain that concerns a different part of the body compared to most! You know the Sharpe Gut wrenching pain tho, so you kinda know.
