Legs started getting sore, pumped and I knew they were going to hurt on saturday.
Busy arse day........ Dusk till dawn......

8:00 am Protein/Oats- GLY
10:00 am 1/2 cup C/R
12:30 pm 3/4 cup C/R-GLY
1:30 pm small bag of crunchers
4:30 pm 2 cups tutto mare seafood pasta- GLY
5:30 pm bratwarst with bun
6:30 pm 1 serving smokehouse almonds
8:30 pm 2 cups spaghetti with meatballs and sauce- GLY
