Metroba tries out teh MMV3s

Killer workout Met. I will tell you based on my experience with MMV3 and other compounds that you have run that you will never feel completely ON like you do with some other hormones. However, the strength, pump and vascularity will be there through the entire cycle.
 
Day 7

Had nice lil arm workout. Pump/vascularity was nasty! Lowered my reps today and upped weight. Some things to note about being on MMV3: I am not experiencing any aggression in or out of the gym that people talk about with mmv2. This is a love/hate thing here. I love not snapping at people but I am not amped up when I am in the gym...even when I see the numbers going up. Im gonna have to start watching pro bodybuilder vids pre w/o like Thunder does..I remember they used to amp me up before headn to the gym. Libido is up slightly but it also goes down towards the end of the day. I have leaned out slightly but not THAT much. My girl has commented that my lower back fat is down. Which makes me very happeh!:006: My guess is I will really start to lean out more when I start the T-911. I leaned out big time last I used it. Another thing to note on mmv3 is the sweating. Im drenched! Rest time in between sets is around 60 secs - supersets that is. I dont rest at all in between supersets.

Changed up the order of exercises today to shock muscles.

1. Overhead db ext. - 60x16, 85x12, 95x12 (barely made it; +4 reps), 100x5 (+5lbs; hurt like a byotch!)
2. ss w/ spider curls - 25x16, 35x12, 45x6 (+5lbs)
3. Laying db skullz - was weak as sh2t on this today for some reason; 30x12, 35x9 (-3 reps), 35x9 :dunno:
4. ss w/ Ez bar curls - been a while since doing these; 50x12, 70x12, 90x9
5. Prone rope pushdowns - moved up 2 plates in weight on this but at the last 2 sets I started to turn it into a pullover. So I will sub this for ez bar pushdowns for a while until I stop cheating. 11x12, 12x12, 13x12 (+1 rep), 14x12 (+1 plate), 15x8 PR!
6. ss w/ Seated hammer curls - 30x12, 40x12, 45x12, 50x8 (+5 lbs)
7. Reverse ez bar curls - 50x12, 60x10; wrist is getting better and better. I just have to be careful but push it a litttle bit.
8. 11 mins of sprints on upright bike. Endurance is getting crazy high!

Diet - I have been eating around 200-250g carbs a/day and I'm not getting any fatter but have actually leaned out a hair. If this is how things are gonna stay throughout this run, thats fine. I'm sure that 911 will lean me out more.
 
I should also comment that I have been slowly lowering my BA dose since starting this log to see what mmv3 could do and also to save it for pct. Im sure that this has contributed to some rep loss. I hope mmv3 picks up the slack soon.

Workouts are lookin great man!! I too, can't wait for transformers. Wish Devastator looked like the old one, oh well. I actually used to collect 'em. The way I see it, growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.
 
Any of you guys see the MTV awards last sunday? A lot of people thought that it was retarded but I thought it was funny as sh1t. I was crackin up the entire time. I guess I just enjoy the retarded Andy Samberg comedy. Eminem acted like a total ass tho. Kinda lost some respect for him. Megan fox was a bit b!tchy too but :dunno: I dont care so much about that :hammer:

Man, I don't know how you exercise patience waiting to use a supp. Once I know it's on the way, I plan my day around it. Sad, really. I'll be like camping out by the front steps waiting to hear the sound of the diesel fed-ex or ups truck,lol.
 
I am dying right now...I have T-911 and Formex staring at me everyday waiting for my PCT to begin....arrrgh

Hit up Smash this morning. Was very tired when I woke up. I got something like 7 hours sleep, which is typical. I've noticed I have been very tired lately. I just need more sleep and I am napping when I get home from work. The Smash perked me up 5 mins after dosing! 15 mins I was :dance:. 30 mins I was amped to hit the gym and destroy my legs! Dosing was 1.25 scoops. Hit up a some diff exercises today since I have been doing Squats for about a month straight now. I attempted to make this a full on leg workout (quads and hams) but my lower back couldnt handle anymore after my 2nd set of Deads. So I am going to go back to working quads/hams in separate workouts.

1. Stretched and did scap work
2. BB hack squats - my gah! This just destroys me! I was ready to fall over and die when I was done with these! :dead: 95x12, 135x12, 165x7; will take time to work my way up again. I got up to 195 during my TO run. To be fair form was off a bit tho.
3. Close stance smith squats - been a longgg ass time since doing these. Barx12, (just plate #s) 50x12, 90x12, 180x7
4. SLDL - 135x12, 185x8 - had to stop here. My lower back was killlling me! I know that is just sad and weak but I havent done more than 2 exercises for legs in a longgg time and it will take time to get back to doing more. I was supposed to end this workout with Angled leg press and I should have done it. But I was satisfied and will hit it hard next time. Will hit SLDLs again on back day for Hams.
 
Thanks budz! Recovery seems to be getting better. My triceps are wrecked from my arm workout the other day. I can confidently say I have never had doms in my triceps this bad. Looks like I'm doing something right :)

DC sets for lats. My back always gets sore. I love it. Concentrate on negatives and really squeeze those blades together. Lower the weight if you have to.

or try scapular rows.

Try Scapular Rows For Upper Back Definition
If you’re looking for a way to add some solid definition to your back, Scapular Rows are an often over-looked but highly effective movement.
Begin by holding the lat pulldown bar in a seated position. You’ll want to use a slightly less than shoulder width grip, but you should vary this grip occasionally to attack the muscles from different angles.
Now lean back a bit and pull the bar down using only the lats. If anything, your elbows should bend just slightly at the very end of the motion. You only want to move the bar about 4-6 inches.
Scapular Rows are a lot like doing the very beginning of a lat pulldown. The difference is you stop completely before the biceps have a chance to kick in. Remember, you're pulling down with only your lats. The movement will take you a set or two to get used to, but once you’ve got it down you’ll really feel how well it isolates your lats.
 
Those work great and I use them sometimes. Im going the same idea right now with the DC lat stretch. Just hang their with a wide grip and pullup only with my lats, hold for 2 seconds, do as many reps as I can :thumbsup:

Im actually gonna start doin multiple sets of pullups..get like 30 reps total or some sh2t
 
word... weighted pull ups?

I havent done weighted in a while..except for close grip pullups. I dont wanna start adding weight until I can beat 12 reps with my own bw.
