Day 7
Had nice lil arm workout. Pump/vascularity was nasty! Lowered my reps today and upped weight. Some things to note about being on MMV3: I am not experiencing any aggression in or out of the gym that people talk about with mmv2. This is a love/hate thing here. I love not snapping at people but I am not amped up when I am in the gym...even when I see the numbers going up. Im gonna have to start watching pro bodybuilder vids pre w/o like Thunder does..I remember they used to amp me up before headn to the gym. Libido is up slightly but it also goes down towards the end of the day. I have leaned out slightly but not THAT much. My girl has commented that my lower back fat is down. Which makes me very happeh!:006: My guess is I will really start to lean out more when I start the T-911. I leaned out big time last I used it. Another thing to note on mmv3 is the sweating. Im drenched! Rest time in between sets is around 60 secs - supersets that is. I dont rest at all in between supersets.
Changed up the order of exercises today to shock muscles.
1. Overhead db ext. - 60x16, 85x12, 95x12 (barely made it; +4 reps), 100x5 (+5lbs; hurt like a byotch!)
2. ss w/ spider curls - 25x16, 35x12, 45x6 (+5lbs)
3. Laying db skullz - was weak as sh2t on this today for some reason; 30x12, 35x9 (-3 reps), 35x9 :dunno:
4. ss w/ Ez bar curls - been a while since doing these; 50x12, 70x12, 90x9
5. Prone rope pushdowns - moved up 2 plates in weight on this but at the last 2 sets I started to turn it into a pullover. So I will sub this for ez bar pushdowns for a while until I stop cheating. 11x12, 12x12, 13x12 (+1 rep), 14x12 (+1 plate), 15x8 PR!
6. ss w/ Seated hammer curls - 30x12, 40x12, 45x12, 50x8 (+5 lbs)
7. Reverse ez bar curls - 50x12, 60x10; wrist is getting better and better. I just have to be careful but push it a litttle bit.
8. 11 mins of sprints on upright bike. Endurance is getting crazy high!
Diet - I have been eating around 200-250g carbs a/day and I'm not getting any fatter but have actually leaned out a hair. If this is how things are gonna stay throughout this run, thats fine. I'm sure that 911 will lean me out more.
