Blasting my arms in a few...just some notes - I'm starting to feel "on" a bit. I'm sure it's only getting started but I'm excited as sh2t to go see if the weights go up! I'm looking more pumped this morning and I'm up 2 lbs from yesterday. If I ever weight myself I do it first thing in morning. I'll weigh myself every 2-3 days. I'm not going to be watching the scale as much as what happens in the mirror and my strength. Im out! :burnout:
 
Holy frickn pump!!! Awesome workout!! Stuff is def kickin now! Strength was up! Libido is up! It was like an ass parade at the gym today! Got a back and leg pic taken. Have to upload them from a different computer at work. So I'll post those later.

The w/o -
1. Prone Rope pressdowns - 8x20, 10x20, 11x20 (+5 reps), 12x20 (+1 plate :woohoo:), 13x11 (+1 another plate!!); went up 2 plates on this! Awesome! This is my favorite exercise right now. So I am very happy about this!
2. ss w/ Standing alt/sup db curls - 30x16, 35x16, 40x16, 45x12; Lost the page I wrote this exercise last on but I dont I've gotten 45 for 12 with all those reps at those weights before it. So I am happy with that :)
3. CG smith bench - (just plate #s) 50x12, 90x12, 120x10 (+1 rep :dunno: good enough for me considering all the weight/rep increase in the previous tri exercise)
4. ss w/ Rope preacher curls (hammer) - 45x16, 70x16, 85x14; same as #2. Lost the #s for this last time. But I know its more reps per weight.
5. Lying db skullz - 25x20, 30x20, 35x11 (actually lost a rep here, all good tho since I went up on the others)
6. ss w/ Double arm high cable curls to head - 3x16, 4x16, 5x8; cant remember last #s but this pumped my bis up like crazy!

Hit up 5 mins of leg/hip stretches. My hip/hams are getting a lot more flexible which has been a goal of mine for some time :thumbsup:.

Did 10 mins of sprints of upright pedaling:whip:

haha thanks guys for the encouragement..I've always tried to hit AT LEAST 2 reps more than last time cycle or not. Like PR says it's all a mind game and Im constantly trying to push myself further.

Here are the pics I didnt include in the beginning also with a flex shot. I know back width and legs arent looking impressive but they are main focusing during this cycle. Critiques are welcomed. :)

Ga dayuum!! I totally forgot to tell you the best sh1t happened to me this morning!!! OMG! I was driving on my way into work. I actually left 15 mins early so I could stop at the store and get some munchies. I come to this red light and there is 5 gorgeous bodacious girls in tight ass bikinis waving signs around for car washes. I was "hell yeah I want a car wash!" So I pulled in there. 3 of them washed my car and the other 2 stood around me to flirt! Was fukcing awesome!! She was all like "so do you have a girlfriend?" Im like :frustrate. I nearly blew a load right there...and when I say these girls were bodacious, I mean it! Fake tits and round perky asses!!! :smashfreakB::yup::32::blink: :naughty::wiggle:

Horrible workout..lost a rep on all exercises :frustrate I was supposed to take today off but I've just been so excited to workout I've ignored my routine. Im taking tomorrow off and maybe even Friday too. Havent decided yet. My body does need rest tho. I thought this stuff had kicked in but I guess it's just still too soon. Im out

Hehe, I get the same way when I get down time, I over-do it at the gym, since my time there is quickly shrinking. Trust everyone, take some down time and hit it then.
 
its not terribly hard. With organic....just start and count the longest continuous carbon chain. If it is 6 carbons long, then the name will be hexane (hex=6). Then find your substituents that are attached to the carbon chain (i.e. methyl, ethyl, bromo, fluoro, propyl, etc). You will then name the chain. Crap, PM me and ill shoot your a powerpoint for real. I teach this stuff.

I know that probably doesnt help, but i tried. It gets much more complicated. That is just a basic one.



I wished I were more chemically inclined to understand nomenclatures.
 
Looking leaner today but weight is the same. (still +2 from start). I believe this is day 6 now. I dont feel "on" at all. I was fired up in the beginning because of the excitement of starting MMv3. So far..Im feeling nothing tho. It's still soon tho. Im hoping to feel something soon. I am noticeing an all over body pump. Muscles are feeling harder and are looking a tad more vascular. New veins are becoming more apparent. I think you guys are right. I am a bit too hard on myself. I did still have a good leg/chest workout the other day but my #s didnt go up at all. So I was just pissed. But lower back/legs/glutes are sore as fukc! Chest was sore yesterday but not at all today. I couldve pushed myself more on chest but was feeling like a b1tch that I left an exercise early. Wont happen again. The yohimbine is starting to make me feel ill/weird at times. I've noticed that if I eat before I dose than its not really a prob. I just hate yohimbine :frustrate. Took a sick day because Im feeling pretty damn nauseous. I may or may not work back today. Im 50/50 about it now. I'd like to load up on some glycogen first and see how I feel. I havent worked out not fasted in about 2 months. So I'm curious to see the difference.

It does make dosing it at certain times quite difficult, not to mention stacking with certain other LG products can be a pain. - I honestly never felt too "on" with MMV2 - but I did notice a constant full body pump and sick vascularity throughout every day. I actually enjoyed it because I felt like myself, just dense and solid. Sometimes the feeling of being on is more of a nuisance to me. Heck, feeling "on" on Epi means mood swings and PMS, so I kind of find the "on" feeling a little overrated. Afterall, it's the body pump and muscle density that you want, not the attitude that makes you an a-hole. :lol:
 
Hopefully it will kick in soon, can't wait to try this myself :)

Sometimes, Yohimbine tears me up too. I remember the first go round with Psarm when it came out. Got good results from it when I dosed it, but gave it up due to feeling like I was gonna toss my cookies for a few hours after each dose, starting on like the 3rd day. I haven't tried the new version of it though.

Very good point man. I guess I just like feeling on because its a good indicator that its kicked in. But yeah..if I can make great gains without feeling like a douche, this will have been a very successful cycle. :thumbsup:

Any of you guys see the MTV awards last sunday? A lot of people thought that it was retarded but I thought it was funny as sh1t. I was crackin up the entire time. I guess I just enjoy the retarded Andy Samberg comedy. Eminem acted like a total ass tho. Kinda lost some respect for him. Megan fox was a bit b!tchy too but :dunno: I dont care so much about that :hammer:

I saw the Eminem shenanigan on YouTube . That Borat guy is insane, but I think he took the show for the entire night.

Had an awesome back/shoulder workout! Shouldnt have even worked shoulders since I hit them 2 days ago but :dunno:

bb rows - 95x12, 135x12, 175x8 (+2 reps), 195x3 (+20lbs)
seated db press - 35x12, 45x12, 55x9 (+2 reps!), 55x2 :dead:
Wide pullups - 9, 5, 4
Uh cg pulldowns - same as last time
T bar rows - 1plx12, 2x12, 3x8 (+1 rep)

Forgot to do dc stretch so I am going to do it at home on my lat bar. 2 second holds at top for as many reps as possible in 1 set. Also did 10 mins sprints on treadmill. Leg is feeling a lot better! Went up to level 10 again :woohoo:
