Workout yesterday was done in the pool. Pool sprints, running, ab work (underwater crunches and such). Not as pumped, but more of a "fuller" feeling. G bol is upping my appetite ( I like).

Yesterday I followed Andrew's dosing. Took 2 Gbol 15 min prior to my dinner (8 egg white omlet with mushrooms, jalapeno, onion, ham, and tomatoes with 2 Sweet potato hashbrowns and 2 pieces wheat toast with 2 tbsp natty PB). Gym pump was sustained, went to sleep about 2 hours later still with a PUMP!!
woooo i have the best pump usually in the morning with 2 packs cream of weat almond butter and 2 scoops wpi vanilla all mixed together.
Had a noticeably smooth deep sleep....something that I haven't had for a while. Must be Gbol's abilities on Growth Hormone. I LIKE!

i personally wouldnt use more then 2 caps at a serving,

i actually one day had 1 cap with every slice of pizza (5 caps or 6 dont remember) got mud butt very bad for 24 hours. balmex and baby wipes will save you there....

Body composition is going well right now. I've got a "pump" almost all day, and waking up with cotton mouth sometimes..:lol:...

Today was an off day, still taking GBOL.

1 Gbol - 2-8 oz chicken Breast, Side of broccoli and peppers with 2 wheat biscuits.

Nearly downed a full Gatorade this morning (it was around) due to the dry mouth I had. Gonna have to have more water handy.

Still feeling a lil sick; drinking my fluids and eating still. The craps are gone :).

Can't wait for gym time tommorrow :twisted:
 
Pre workout( 90 minutes prior)- 1 Gbol- 2 packages original oatmeal with 2 tbsps natty PB. Gonna hit the gym here soon, its about 410 am local time.

Yea bro it's tough, I feel like crap. Still have to work, I'm just pounding water and eating as much as I can. At least Gbol is upping my appetite. I'm gonna dose 4g Vitamin C before bed also to help.
 
Killed chest today. Had a ridiculous chest pump, usually dont get those.

Flat Barbell Bench-305*6+6+4,285*4+4+2, 135*15. I threw in the 2nd set of Bench just because I wanted more....finished off with a quick peanut 135 and brutal DC stretch with 45's..


Deadlift- 375*9, 455*1 (Fail) 315*20. These were absolutely BRUTAL TODAY!!! Tried to go and match G Money, but it wasn't happening. Held the last rep of 375 for about 10 seconds and lowered down sloowww. Helped I was being watched;). 315 for 20 felt insane today, back was wrecked (good way).


Front Pulldown-250*8+6+6



Skullz-155*11+6+4
In the ZONE!!


Upright Row- 135*10+12(WTF?)+8.


I had a ridiculous pump from the gbol today. I can feel my muscles reparing as we speak. Wanted to roll into fetal position after deads....ugh.....

The pump in my chest and triceps actually allowed me to go for that extra DC set with 285 and helped me pump out those reps. No way without Gbol I would be able to do such.


So far today:

1 Gbol-Turkey Cutlet, Brown rice with corn and Piece garlic bread (naughty)

Midday- 1 Gbol- 1/2 cup brown rice with steak, 1 wrap made of wheat toasted. F*ckin good :thumbsup:

If this continues, I suggest toying with the timing and or amount of your carb intake. This seemed to help me with Yellow Gold. You could also back down the number of capsules ingested at one time and then eventually work back up to two or more.

I get assplosions from too much berberine and or banaba, but I've been fine with Gbols thus far. I have tried taking one one Gbol with some capped Yellow Gold and that was not pretty, lol :worried:
 
I don't know if the Gbol was the culprit of my recent trips to the bathroom, but I'm fine today.

Had a crazy good meal today.

1 Gbol-1/2 cup rice and wheat pasta, cup beef, pork and chicken. Bean sprout, peppers, broccolli. Mongolian sauce.

Waist has slimmed down .25 inches...crazy. I can't get fat while using this if I tried.

Played about 6 innings of softball. Had 2 triples. Body was pumped. We ended up losing though :(.
 
If I didn't see the truth for myself I would think you are lying about can't get fat lol .

If you saw the amount of carbs I am eating to try diff ways of taking Glycobol you would laugh.

Sorry I haven't updated in 2 days or so, we have had some bad fatalities as of late. Once I get finished with some stuff over here, I'll give a good update.

Get this for Cardio:

3 miles in about 25 minutes, then Softball for 1-2 hours then Swimming for about 3 hours. Did about 20 laps here and there, some basketbrawl and just laid out chillin.

Drank about 48 oz of gatorade when I got home.

Weight is sitting nice at 208, bf is shifting. Lookin like one LEAN MOFO! :head:



Dumbbell Curls-50*22+14+8. More reps, awesome.

Reverse Barbell Curl-115*14+9+6.


Squat Calf raises- 275*20+20+15. Solid as usual. Lots more sweat
Leg Curls-150*15+12+10.

Legpress-765*15+12+8. Last exercise of the day, finished strong. Extra reps too :D

Been trying some other not so good carbs and....more bf reduction! :wtf:

Just to let you know, Gbol is giving me that extra push to complete some more sets. The pumps and hardening is amazing!
 
Sounds like the GI problems have ..ahem..passed. Reps and poundages are freakish Big!
 
Yea the GI problems are gone. Think it was combo of bad food and GBOl; didn't sit well.

That was a sick day AZ, I don't know what possessed me. My body feels 80 years old right now. :lol:

I agree with others that I hope you can stay safe. I can't imagine seeing some of the things you have seen. Luckily, nobody close to me has passed and I hope to avoid it for a long time.

Also, that is a crazy amount of cardio that you participated in. Good work!

Gym is going to sh*t, bunch of benches broken so I had to work with what was in front. Had some looks for lifting in the squat rack, didn't give a f*ck. Went lighter today, slept wrong on my shoulder so it was kind of buggy. Better workout than I expected :)


Incline Bench- 225*18+11+8. Someone gave me a tub of NO Xplode-I was wired. Got it for free :D.

Close Grip Pullups- BW*23+14+11. No belts available to add weight :(.

Shoulder Press- 85*16+12+10.

Bench Dips- 350*12+12+12. Used the Seatbelt :)

Barbell Shrugs- 225*20+20+20. Grip was off today, didn't feel like doing 315 +.

Tbar Row-225*15+12+10. Kind of seperate sets, with less rest.

I know I know, more than 1 exercise per body part. I had to workout today as opposed to core day because the day before we had a base exercise.

Softball for an hour and a half after, went 2-5 1 HR 2 RBI. Gunned a guy down at the plate.
I attribute some of the extra reps to Gbol and No X. Felt like I could go all day, pullups were a joke ;). NOTHING BUT A PEANUT!!!!!!!!!!
 
My softball game blew. I should be in the outfield, but there is no one else fast enough to play SS - so thats where Timber get relegated to.

I like SS, but I tore my shin up again giving it up for a shallow line drive (that I caught)... but man, I'm tired to hurting myself for a sh*t team that can't get a win.

I was playing CF and the pitcher tells me to back up. :wtf: Is he serious? He then walked the next 4 batters. Tool.

Been a busy past couple of days, dealing with the aftermath of these f*ckin terrorists.
Still managed to get to the gym. I’ve switched to a “cruise”. It’s basically lower weight with higher reps. Gbol is giving me some sick pumps and endurance in the gym. Cruise has been awesome so far.

Chest-Flat-195*26+18+15.
Incline- 195*17+15+12.

Wide Grip Dips- BW+35*22+20+16.

Cable crossovers, Pushups to failure (75+60+43).

:yikes:Overall it was an AWESOME workout. The Gly is giving me a steady pump allowing me to pump out some more reps. The reppage on the flat and incline was straight insane. DC stretch with 50lbs.
Cardio 5 miles at 35 min.

Back-Pullups- BW *32+22+18.

Bent BB Row- 165*20+15+15.

Deadlift-225*20+20+20.

Dual pulley Lat Pulldown-100*17+16+13.

DB Row- 85*22+18+13

Strong overall, haven’t done Bent over BB rows in some time so it was a little of a struggle to get form down the way I wanted it. Didn’t help that I was getting looked at by everyone in there. Cardio was done outside, Sprints and 2 miles run.

Shoulders-Shoulder Press- 155*25+22+17.

DB Arnold Press- 65*14+12+13.

Standing Row-115*20+16+13.

Flate raises with 45, 3 sets of 25.
DB Shrugs with 90’s 3 sets of 20

Shoulder is feeling really good. Starting barking at me earlier, but overall good WO. Dosing 2 Gbol preworkout and it’s working AWESOME! Cardio, Swimming mile or so with swim sprints.


Legs and Arms-Leg Press -540*22+18+15.

Squats-185*32+25+22. got Lightheaded. Insane sweat puddle going on.

Leg Extensions-170*15+15+15.
The next calf exercise is taken from Russian’s log. Absolutely brutal.
GROW YOUR CALVES


Calves are one of the most stubborn if not the most stubborn bodyparts to increase in size, countless episodes of training, trying new methods, and what do you get, just painfull calves, well this routine will get some growth into those stubborn muscles, this is a very well used routine in russia, and its the most effective ive used, and here it is...

First donkey raises, the ones where you sit down and push the weight up with your calves, find a weight you can only do 5-7 reps with, now do those reps until falure, perfect form. Once youve done that rest for a few and i mean a FEW seconds, and push out 1-2 more or however many you can do, keep going like this until you get to 75 reps, never resting for more than 10 seconds in between.
This takes 4-6 minutes to finish, and in that time you will have hit the deep muscle belly of you calve, the slow twitch endurance fibers, and the explosive fast twitch fibers.
After this set is done stretch fully, for upto 10 minutes to help your calves recover, then repeat this time until you get to 45 reps.

These will make your calves grow, stop you from walking, and give you a good excuse to put your feet up and have a well earned rest.
