Bullsh*t. Stop spreading your anti-cannabis propaganda. Alcohol effects your ability to synthesize protein. Cannabis does not. Cannabis can mess with people's motivation to go work out, but that is mostly new users. I would say that it is probably safer to smoke herb than it is to ingest most of the dietary supplements that we all take.

For every study that says MJ lowers test, there is one that says the opposite. GMG, smokes and hes no slob. I smoked everyday up until a month ago and Im no slouch myself. Your logic is flawed.

Do I look like a skinny ass kid or a fat-ass in my avitar? (since then I have gained 20+ lbs, and probably 0.5-1%BF while smoking pot) I may not be hyuge yet, but that is a picture of someone who had been smoking herb pretty much every day for a good 8 years. You're wrong.
 
I smoke weed everday as well and i definitely don't fall into the category of skinny or fat. So quit quoting government garbage about how horrible marajuana is.

besides i have nothing against smoking bud once in awhile
i myself used to be a stonerrr for sure
in the begining i grubbed a lot later I just didn't have an appetite.
I wasn't skinny but I wasn't fat.
but then again my body can eat all it wants or not eat and it will look fine
after awhile it just gets old.. money goes and even with some of the best
**** i've had. after awhile you just not get high anymore.

Trust me, if weed were to lower testosterone - and make gaining muscle difficult... Money would be like 118 pounds. I've seen damp campfires with less smoke.

Well if your correct that it lowers testosterone then why are my test levels in the normal range when i smoke everyday. I'm not on cycle so that blows your little theory out of the water also. Because you are misunderstanding what I am trying to say. And that does not blow me intellectually because studies have proven that it lowers test levels, but some people can fight through that I assume."YOU" and a few. If you smoked less weed maybe you could keep up. iono...
Weed might not affect you... like I said everyone is different.
You might be a lucky one. But at the same time to me with your goals and where you are physically you are not someone who sits there with the bong in front of your face all day. Otherwise you would be caughing up black **** and mucas. As I have seen with people who sit there smoking out all day. Look everyone lets make this clear I said what I said to Buster because hes an addict. You may smoke to enjoy your time and idk you may be able to control it and not smoke whenever you want. Where as for Buster as an addict he is just feeding his addiction.

I don't know you.. never seen you don't know what you do all day and what not. So dont discount my intelligence on that aspect.

Sorry to jack your thread arguing over whether weed is bad or good when clearly the only issue here is that Heartless wants you to clean your life up to her standards. However if you have a problem with what he's doing, i don't think talking about his problems on the board is the best step to solving them, but again i am not you. i agree, been there done that long time ago. Theres no good in it as far as im concern. It made me laugh my butt off at times, paraniod at times, lazy at times, think i know it all at times, disrespect others at time. Why even take a chance .Just dont need it, get high on life, more positive things. just my 2 cents.:type:

going to the gym high is weird. i actually got all pumped up and aggressive even while stoned. but ill never go to the gym stoned again!

GMG looks like he wouldnt blaze it. but then again he does. I dunno. I would smoke him out! hahahah.

Effects: VASCULARITY WAS CRAZY TODAY. I havnt been to the gym in a little less than a week and the formestane must have taken effect because i started working out today with very low energy and i got so pumped and vascular so fast my muscles almost hurt they were so pumped up. I love TD FORM!!!!!

Progress: (+ 3.25 lbs) even after blazing my brains out and drinking for the past week with not being in the gym in about 5 days im actually about 2 lbs heavier than i last was. I look not as define or as big but the scale says otherwise. maybe i put on a little fat...

Bro, everything is about your mental game. If weed makes it so that you aren't on point... then weed isn't for you. I own and operate my own business, am re-modeling my house, raising a puppy, playing in a band, and lifting on a regular basis. All while smoking every day. The key for me is to not smoke until I have my work (regarding the cashflow and booking of my business) done. That is what works for me, I only smoke at night. But my partner in my business, wakes up and smokes as soon as he rises from bed and is a completely reliable, productive other half of my business. Basically, a "stoner' is just a stereotype like "all southern people being rednecks" or "black people being thugs". It's simply arrogant and unintelligent to group everyone or anyone for that matter into a stereotype just because of a trait that they have. I personally can't handle my alcohol. I get violent. So I don't drink. It doesn't work for me. I know it works for other people, and good for them... get my drift.

BTW, the gains you "lost" over the weekend from drinking and whatnot will probably be back in a few days if you eat clean and work our hard.

I LOVED smoking a snapper before lifting, mind and muscle connection was insane. I never liked getting really high pre w/o, just a head change and Im good. Try it, you may like it.:twisted:

thats funny the only time I worked out high was going for a speed walking jog
i felt like the walk was over fast and I had done like 3.5 miles
I could have kept going and going
 
heyheyayay smoke weed everyday :bandit: sorry just had to throw that in there dont worry busta keep hittin it hard and you'll make up those gains quick and try not to drink too often I like to have a beer or two every now and then but dont go overkill its just empty cals and it will really hinder a lot of the progress you've been working so hard on smoking is IMO much better not that its good for you but hell a man's gotta have something to chil-ax with :439:

Effects: Supercharged at the gym!!! Intensity was really high and i was getting super pumped and vascular. I would say vascularity is getting pretty crazy, I'm not a terribly vascular guy, and my arms are just covered by veins when im working out, spiderweb status.


I'm loving Formestane right now. I've put on like 3 lbs in 2 weeks of being kinda lazy and long rest periods. I dont really understand this mood rush that people are discribing. sometimes I will knowtice a little libido boost right after but thats pretty minimal. People said they didnt feel it off formex, well thats understandable cuz i almost dont feel it on the transdermal.

I just applied 100mg of form and yes i do feel the "rush" still not very intense, its like a little rush of energy, like being really allert and maybe a little libido enhancement. Again, not an overwhelming feeling but more subtle and with your mood.

right, i think a minimum of 3 pumps 2 x a day is necessary to feel the rush. for me it takes 4-6 pumps 2xday. try going to 3x2. drying off in front of fan after applying also helps this effect for me.

Progress: Strength is definately up. I usually leg press 3 plates on each side and i struggle for 15 reps at the end of my workout. Yesterday i was smashing through 20 reps no problem at the end of my workout!

Effects: Libido is through the roof. Vascularity is good but not crazy. Strength is definately up!

Wait, you squat 315 for 5 but you leg press 3 plates? Kinda a big difference there.

I was thinking the same thing G...are you going parallel on your squats Buster? I agree a video would be good for us to judge.
