Lighten up that weight and bring it down to the ground. You're still plenty above parallel. AT LEAST get down to parallel.
Andrew, to your rep comment, I see absolutely no rep being taken to parallel.
Let me state that my constructive criticism has nothing to do with Buster being Buster. I'm simply calling out what I see, and would say the same thing to any other board member that posted a video of them squatting like this.
As I said before, lighten the weight and don't come up until your hams touch your calves!

its all good. i got no problem with lightening it up. less marks on my shoulders! lol
Seriously it will do you a large favor. No reason to go in there and just try to throw heavy weight around if you can't properly perform the movement. You'll work up to 315 pretty quickly, I'm sure.
