BUSTER and the CEL TD FORM! GET BIG!

Lighten up that weight and bring it down to the ground. You're still plenty above parallel. AT LEAST get down to parallel.

For real we all know hes strong now you just gota work on your form. He defitenetly needs to lower weight down and do reps where your hips are not parallel to knees. At least parallel but to get full benefit from the excersiese you got have full range of motion. Good job busta!

I can't back up any of it. If it's not at least to parallel, it's not a squat. I've seen plenty of 135lb dudes that can rep 315lbs when doing 1/4 reps. It's not very hard.

Andrew, to your rep comment, I see absolutely no rep being taken to parallel.

Let me state that my constructive criticism has nothing to do with Buster being Buster. I'm simply calling out what I see, and would say the same thing to any other board member that posted a video of them squatting like this.

As I said before, lighten the weight and don't come up until your hams touch your calves!

Maybe I am seeing something different but that first rep is pretty decent, although there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism, any please if you feel the need to comment back, respond back I DONT bite LOL.

If he wore to lighten up the weight some he wouldnt have that problem. Im sure if he takes of 50 lbs. he will rep it out pretty good.

I have to agree about the squats; you have a way to go before you are parallel. The top of your hip needs to come inline with (or below) you knee...

Check the skeleton video for clarity

You need to drop the weight down bubba...you are short changing your quad developement with that ROM!

i bite! and yes the first rep is no where near parallel.....i agree with irish....with 225 or even 135 and atg you will get much more out of the movement.....less weight more rom

its all good. i got no problem with lightening it up. less marks on my shoulders! lol

Seriously it will do you a large favor. No reason to go in there and just try to throw heavy weight around if you can't properly perform the movement. You'll work up to 315 pretty quickly, I'm sure.

Absolutely right IC! You will progress alot quicker with proper form than without.
