Nope; and I think I'll stay off any BP Support supps unless I see a rise. Eric said he didn't expect an issue with this in most cases, and it would be nice to show that you can run 1-TT for 10 weeks and have no problem.

...0... I have a sweet tooth. I think I added a tad to my Pre-bed casein shake, but mostly just me having some straight protein. Goes way to fast that way, as you can tell!
Subbed steve! Hope you have fun on this one. I just have one idea. have you thought about doing your workout after work? that would be your best bet for the greatest fat loss and muscle gain imo. The gym later will help your metabolism keep going later on in the day.
I definitely thought about this; the thing I think I might find myself tired out from a day of work; although my "job" as a summer student is sooo slack that I might be even more relaxed lol. I think I will experiment with a few different workout schemes this and next week, and see what suits me best. I'm about to go hit the gym in 5 minutes during my lunch break to do legs; I'll see if the 3 hours since my fasted cardio was enough time to recover.

Meh not really. When I started the TD Form and my appetite skyrocketed I was going through 1-2 of those 1kg bags of frozen veggies/day. Need I say more :dunno:

Yea, I wasn't trying to break it. I had finished classes, didn't have too much to do and would walk by the cabinet and grab a little bit, many times over lol.

Day 10: Legs
Did some fasted cardio; took 2 Glycobol at 0640 2g of ALCAR, 2 Recreate, did cardio from 0720-0825. Was feeling kinda hungry towards the end. Finished my porridge at 9, was starving by 1030 so I had my meal planned for PWO. Now I'm stuck with an omelet PWO, and I have to try and get home shortly after 4 so I can get some more food in me. Definitely going to start packing double the food I can plan on needing, just in case.

Anyways off to the gym; the plans is to destroy the legs :) I'm hoping to get some good #s in with the 185 ATG squats, haven't been progressing as quickly as I would have liked and have been stuck at this weight for a bit.

which is better in your opin? i havent bought either yet

I lift in the AM around 4:15 and all i've taken lately is Ragnarok immidiately upon wakening. 3 powerfull. and 4 scoops of Glycergrow by controlled labs. talk about working out on an empty stomach. I feel great when i do too. afterwards i eat like a horse.

Do not stack PowerFULL and L-Dopa. You do not want to overdose dopamine precursors/agonists.
The two products are extracted for different actives. Besides, PowerFULL contains another agent that stimulates steroidogenesis (the production of androgens such as testosterone). The choice depends on what you really want.
 
I totally agree here. Those two stacked together would cause some very odd reactions with your receptors, and can lead to a brief intermission of brain-dull (like a waking sleep because of the level of dopamine). I would steer away from the combination, in my opinion.

Sweating like crazy by the end; got out of the gym and took of my shirt quickly but some 1-TT may have sweated off. I can't decide if this is due to a thermogenic effect from the 1-TT or just summer coming; I think more of the latter.

Today's hunger was crazy; I was hungry before my WO despite eating my oats after cardio, and and "PostWO meal" before the gym lol. Had a bit shake at home, still hungry, downed an omelet at work, fixed it. Decided to up the cals just in case at home, so I ate 6 pieces of meatloaf, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, some chicken chili and the a casein shake pre-bed in 4 hours!

Fatigue: Today was a bit too much I think; I was way too exhausted at night. I lay down to get some reading done at 8pm, and woke up 2 hours later with the light on lol. Going to cut down on the cardio I think; I want fat loss, but if its hurting my recovery and training ability, definitely going to tone it down.

Day 11: Rest
Set my alarm for 0720, got up. I could tell my body wanted a day off, so I quite easily went back to sleep for another 40 minutes and am taking the day off to recover. Will weight myself tomorrow, checking BP tonight to make sure its still low.

I've really noticed the thermogenic effect from the 1-TT. I believe that may be the culprit. I don't mind it at all, but the possibility of having too much of the product rub off has always bothered me. That's one of the reasons why I went back to night time applications. :dunno:

I was talking with Dr.D about this; I haven't been feeling it as much as I expected, and this may be due to my long-term use of 20% banaba and berberine HCl. Still giving it time, but I haven't used Na-R-ALA in a long time, so I was expecting that to make me go hypo like most people, but not really. Tuesday was a really crazy hunger though; it may have been from the Glycobol + Fasted cardio?

Agreed; I haven't taken both together. I have used PowerFULL in the past; right now I'm using 1-Carboxy. Parachuting it since my empty gel caps got sent home when I was moving, :oops: Same with my shaving kit, guess who's a bit scruffy :wave2:

I might try the night-time application , however morning works quite well if I don't workout twice that day. If I drop the fasted cardio, that might work. I've been trying to workout during my lunch break which is a good free hour of my choosing, still unsure of my workout schedule. I'll keep an eye on the sweating :)

Also libido seems to be down a bit; I'll see if 3 days of Sustain Alpha fixes that, hCG starts Sunday night. After 2tbsp of Coconut Oil prebed, the morning wood wasnt quite what it should have been from what I can tell.

In for the 10 weeks of madness! I'm on day 8 and loving the stuff! I'm keeping it to 6 weeks though.
6 weeks was my original plan; with 10 weeks, you're getting 8/10 good weeks vs. 4/6 the way I figured

Its hard to say with the lethargy since I've been waking up earlier than normal to get in some workouts. Falling asleep 2 night ago was definitely surprising; I am a bit tired during the day but I think it is from the early mornings and not too bad at all.
Where are you applying this Steve?
1st pump upper front torso. 2nd and 3rd on each arm. 4th is upper top back and obliques, 5th is on my back ( Put a squirt on the back of my hand, then try and reach around and spread it over my back. I know there is the top of my back that doesn't get any, but it's just somewhere I can't get myself.

0740-0830: Workout , Then Shower, Then Work

Weight:191.5 after a sizeable meal
Workout:
DB Incl 80x8,7,7 No Improvement, plus a bad spot to start (Guy had his music on and didnt listen, I need help with the kickup . He just watched me struggle for a bit :( )
BB Rows 115; 4x10 Still light, but just wanted to keep the good form up. Will do 40 or 45s next.
2a) Dips 5 - Wasn't feeling a whole body exercise, this and the rows were too close to my PreWO meal
2b) Lat Pulldowns 4x7
2c) Seated Military Press Mach. 4x9
Lat Pullover w/ Pulldown Bar 2x8
3a) DB Flat Press 70s 4x8
3b) Lat Pulldown 3x7
4a) Mach Flies: 3x10
4b) Rear Flies 3x8

Glycobol Definitely felt it working today; was still kinda hungry after my PreWO meal somehow, faded during my WO. I was very pumped during my workout. Didn't really assess muscle hardness everything was in such a rush to get to work by 9. I did see my lab supervisor in the gym though :thumbsup:

Comments:The timing wasn't great; I got up super early, and still had the PreWO meal in my stomach. Might try sugars + whey and a PreWO powder, or dropping the shower & 1-TT application would give me another ~15 minutes. I can shower after work at 5 and put it on then; hmmm I thought summer would be the perfect time to workout but a 9-5 job isn't that ideal.

Sweating is VERY apparent and definitely from 1-TT. Broke a sweat from a light job in some cold rainy weather OTW to the gym and was covered in sweat by the time I got onto my 2nd set of workouts. I would say today was the first workout where I could say things might be changing; I was a bit disappointed with how the Incl DB went, but I think I Need to give my body more time to restore the glycogen stores and I'm working on the timing of my meals/workouts. After work might be the easiest solution as much as I don't like PM workouts ... hmmm

Tomorrow: Some fasted cardio since I noticed a bit of fat gain... maybe a bi/tri/back workout in the afternoon, not sure. I get off work early on Fri afternoon since I put in an extra hour during lunch Wed/Thurs.

Noteworthy: Got my 10kg bag of Oatbran; already took 3lbs out, but I'll take a picture of it with the Glycobol and 1-TT

Assuming you're serious, and talking about a female, that's actually a very bad idea. You definitely don't want your wife or girlfriend to be handling this stuff.

I was thinking about asking a friend to, however I usually shower at the gym then apply the 1-TT, and I don't want my housemates worrying about which way I swing. There's boxes and boxes of gloves in the lab here, so that's the least of my concerns :) He seemed rather worried about having anything "Steroid-like" touching his skin, his made a joke about the end of his "Natural Swimming Career" (He's a swimmer, duh!). I could probably talk him into it, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I can just do a 6th pump on my abs (Which I currently avoid since that's where I store my fat, and figured it would be poorer absorption)

I agree that there is risk involved, but as long as proper precautions are taken and skin contact is avoided then I don't see a problem.

That's an interesting question.

This is taken from Eric Potratz's article about transdermal steroids. I don't know if you have ever read it, but it's informative.

One area which can be advantageous to use for topical application is the scrotal skin. This area is extremely thin and easily penetrated by topical ingredients for systemic delivery. In fact, its absorption rate is about 4-5x more than anywhere else on the body. (1,2) This makes it the perfect spot for the delivery of topical ingredients, giving you more bank for the buck.

That's the 1TT. Progestins are thermogenic. That's why guys used to use dec so much for shredding back in the day. ;) You're too young to remember that Steve, lol.

That's the G-bol. If cutting is your main goal, maybe drop back 1 cap from what you're doing now. I'd still keep carbs high around the w/o's though.

Ya know, maybe you should add some SX in the morning, or another good stim of your choosing? It would attenuate appetite and restore energy levels, which would allow you to keep clickin' along without having to modify anything else probably.
