Stats Up on waking:
W: 190.8 (+1.4)

Narrative:
This was such a long time ago I barely remember what I did that day but to follow though with this log I'll go ahead and make my entries, nothing to exciting, just trying to remain discipline about this log!

Oh, I just remember this was the day I started taking DCP and Lean Xtreme at full dosage, funny how your mind plays games on you but I had mentioned this in a previous post :)

Here are the pictures I took before hand! These show that I got a lot of work in my hand before summer starts! :nervous:

Stats Up on waking:
W: 189.2 (-.2)

Narrative:
More proof these supplements are great, my weight continues to drop even though I have not done one intense cardio session from the start, I have been guilty and completely neglected cardio all this time (my bad)
Thia was also the peak of my stressful week that had been building up for the past 2 weeks.

all this talk about cardio has got me seriously thinking about doing some, I'll take a break from my updates and hit the thread mill for a while!

I clearly remember those days till 2002 when I sold my house I sold my lawn mower, my new place doesn't require me to worry about the yard, what a relief gives me more time to relax :bandit:

It's gota be warm where you're at, over here the grass is not growing fast, been unusually cold for this time of the year!

the swimming pool opened two days ago :) now all i got to do is wait for it to warm up so i can get in the 2nd best cardio in :)

did that twice already. pool was at 63 and 65 respectively. OK for me but a bit chilly. the problem is i can't leave the kids alone with girly girl unless they're sleeping - and they aren't OK swimming in that.

thats awesome, I wish I had a pool I could use but my gym doesn't have one my only other option is swimming in the ocean but over here its so facking cold you'll freeze your balls and you bones at that ppl use wet suites when they go inthe water, so swimming is not an option for me instead i gotta do my cardio the old fashion way

yes you are, now everyone knows, but dont worry i am too.

you don't have to tell me - we're both the same distance from stenson beach. bodega bay is just a bit closer, but that's where most of the great white attacks in norcal originate from.

You know, once you chuck em in the pool they adjust lol
the daughter adjusts. my son, not so much. he spazzes out. poor guy. its kind of cool though having a 4 year old that can swim without floaties, and a 6 year old that can dive 9 feet to the bottom of the deep end :)

Nice....I can barely swim, and the only time I am at the bottom of the 9 or 12 foot deep is when I sink..... which I have...ALmost drowned a few times, but I keep a cool head, find a wall, and I can pretty much leap out of the water lol

I'm a bit south of you Sunny in Santa Cruz where there might be less great whites and the water id just as cold, I only go in water maybe twice or 3 times a year, if the weather gets up to 80 plus the beach then if feels good to get in otherwise at forget about it :)

I almost drowned once with my wife before we got married, we had been drinking and were swimming in this beach and got caught in a rip current that pushed us out a ways when we decided to get back in we were swimming against the current and quickly got tired but I remained calmed, as a child I were always reminded what to do in deep sea, lay on your back, stretch your arms and move your head back till you have energy to swim, those lessons paid off that day. I called for help and this guy helped us to finally get out of the water, I was so happy I gave him a bunch of stuff :)

Narrative:
Alright, it felt really good to go back in the gym and workout, in previous couple days in was not sure how I would keep this going, but on this day I knew I had to get in there and workout, my numbers did not improve much but that was not my objective, I just wanted to see if I could lift my old numbers and in some exercises I could have gone a little heavier. Thanks for this DCP & LX stack plus this log or I would have not tried as hard, and thank you guys for helping me too, I feel I did not wanted to let anyone down by being lazy, thanks again for the motivation :fing02:

oh man, you're down south with GMG. i thought you were san jose valley - i'm thinking of grilla jujitsu who has gone AWOL on us :)

on a great sidenote - went to the pool, and its heated to 72 today :) got some cardio in.

Nice....I can barely swim, and the only time I am at the bottom of the 9 or 12 foot deep is when I sink..... which I have...ALmost drowned a few times, but I keep a cool head, find a wall, and I can pretty much leap out of the water lol

on a semi interesting sidenote, i went to first grade in newport beach. i was 5. one day, i was swimming in the ocean, and my mom fell asleep in the sun. i ended up swimming out past the whitecaps, and let me tell you, its an absolute bitch swimming back to shore.

the trick which i learned quickly, after many failed attempts swimming over the whitecaps, is to dive under the whitecaps, and the resistance is much less. swimming back felt like it took hours, but i know it was like 20 minutes tops. i'm not too keen on the ocean anymore - even when i was in florida i refused to get into the water. in retrospect, swimming in socal waters in 1981 past the caps probably was rather stupid, as the great white scares of socal started around 1982. i figure, you only get lucky once - from then its all prayers and intelligence from there on out :)

Narrative:
Weekend workouts are great I can spend more time in the gym but its also more busy, lots of ppl there today, anyhow I got all my lifts done and did not have to wait on anyone. All my numbers stayed pretty much the same, my tri's workout didn't feel very challenging I'll be upping these numbers next time around.
I finally got my cardio started, I used the elliptical machine for 30 minutes and got a really good sweat out of it, i was drenched. I plan on increasing my cardio from here on!

Day 22
Sunday, May 03, 2009

Stats Up on waking:
W: 190.4 (+1)

Narrative:
Its Sunday and its been raining all weekend so i thought of laying around the house and being lazy all day but then I realized I got this cycle going, I cant be lazy even on a rainy Sunday, so I went to the gym and did cardio for 30 minutes then hit the tanning, sauna and the steam room in order to relax and get ready for the work week! Tomorrow will start with chest workout!

oh man, you're down south with GMG. i thought you were san jose valley - i'm thinking of grilla jujitsu who has gone AWOL on us :)

You're right about that, I'm in the south bay just south of San Jose but I work in Santa Cruz and lived there many years and when it comes to hit the beach Santa Cruz is the place to go, I know many beaches there that's frequent by locals and not many valley's, when I lived in SC thats we used called ppl from over the hill San Jose area which technically makes me on of them now :)

Checking in on ya Ed.. glad to see everything is back to normal with work and all. Keep killing Cradio man, you should melt off the weight. you know were behind you brotha.. Keep seeing sunny post about swimming, the pool here is almost open, I'll be doing swimming in the AM then hitting the gym at night with some added cardio.., Im going to have to find something else, I have some BS surgery on friday, so I'll be out of the Cardio game for a bit, no swimming/weight training though:)

Hope its nothing too serious you need surgery on, let us know that all goes well for you this Friday bro, get well recover before you hit the weights so you dont aggravate anything!

Cool Down: 10 minutes on treadmill

Narrative:
Had a very good workout and kept good tempo by moving as fast as i could so that I would have time for some cool down cardio, that worked out well. My deadlifts form is pretty sloppy when I go heaviest so from now on I'll be adding more sets after I hit max weight to feel the burn a little bit better, I'm walking around with a sore back today :)

In order to increase my cardio tomorrow I will join the spin class for an hour thats a killer cardio workout, its about the only class I can join in my gym and the instructor is pretty good.

Thanks Ed, Im a Tank I should be fine... but bro the spin class for an hour! thats some serious stuff my man... Ive tried it before I about died after 15 mins of it! hahahahaha btu its a great addition to your plan though:thumbsup:

my first time was very hard and I barely made it but after that it gets easier, the thing is there's this hot chick in this class and I get my motivation from her, I keep pedaling faster thinking I'm getting closer to her... j/k... too bad those bikes dont move :D

Day 24
Tuesday, Cinco de Mayo, 2009

Stats Up on waking:
W: 190.6 (+1.2)

Narrative:
I joined the spin class this morning at 5am as planned there were only 5 of us, its always a small class since its so damn early but a damn good class, I was drenched after a the first 15min and the handle bars got slippery, boy I feel like I did the Tour de France this morning, when she had us doing the sprints for 20 sec those were killer, on another note my ass is sore as hell from that damn bike seat, this morning I had a hard time walking so much so that it was raining on the way to the office and I could not walk faster to get out of the rain :raincloud: ohh well the joys of cardio :D if you ever been on long bike rides you know what I'm talking about.

For tomorrow I'm debating going in or taking the day off, if I go I'll do legs but I'll see if things improve from here on.

On another note, the mods are at it again messing with the reps system :type:, in case you have not noticed 90% of your rep power is gone!

Be sure to rep me 10x as much! :fing02:

Thats the best motivation right there, us men hate looking weak in front of hot chicks!
