New Muscle Gainer!

Just bought a bottle with some karbolyn...thinkin this should be a good combo!

I usually drink my WMS+BCAA mix during my workouts. But with Glycobol, should I take the dose first, drink my Karbolyn+BCAA, then hit the gym? Or could I take the Glycobol before lifting and drink the Karbolyn+BCAA during the workout?

Just trying to figure out which would work best. Thanks in advance.
 
alright guys, i popped my first 2 a few hours ago, and either im having a strong placebo effect or i'm really liking it.

I'm extremely pumped at full feeling, and i had a huge spike in energy i dosed it with 5 mg's of taurine.
 
Man, it will go well with anything, pretty sure of that. That's what's really nice about it, whether it's a cut or bulk. Additionally, it's got anti-oxidant and liver protection built in with the one ingredient, the Alpha Lipoic Acid. I'm liking my ride with it so far.

Got my glycobol today and took 1 cap preworkout with meal and 1 post workout with meal.. will start doing 2X2caps tomorrow!

All I gotta say is>>>> DIET is HUGE....In the whole realm of bodybuilding...Diet and good ol fashioned kicking your own azz in the gym, depending on age maybe running certain supps etc... and numerous other things...I wish we could all just wave a wand and have an 8 pack of abs and 10 to 15 lbs of lbm....but it doesn't work that way....But most ppl in here will tell you first nail down your DIET then think about how you're going to gain muscle and get cut...Hope this is some info to get you started....AND ALWAYS REMEMBER EAT BIG TO BEBIG....:rambo:

Haha, nice!! yeah, I gotta go back to my job Friday. It's so much easier when you have off, or just simply don't have a job. Then again, how would I afford supps? Even worse, how would the misses afford new shoes?

All I have to say, is those are the words of a real man!

I thought I was tough. I can drink 24oz of the nastiest shake imaginable, rinse the glass with a little water to chase down the chucks at the bottom, smile like it was delicious, then go workout knowing the hardest part is over (lol), but I don't even mess with uncapped berberine. Props to you and Kris both!

Agreed, it is quite rough. I think I only did it once or twice in liquid. On the other hand, I know Dr.D has some 20% Corosolic en route, and that is surprisingly mild. I put 300mg in my Intra-WO BCAA's shake yesterday and could hardly taste it.

Sure thing. P-Slin in my shake is fine, but Anabolic Pump is a no-go in any shake! :nono: I would prefer to take these or Glycobol as capsules! :food:
 
i'm on a cut, and i have hypoglycemia, well while on a cut my blood sugar levels fall pretty far anyway, and this is lowering them even more. so i'm taking one at night with my sleep stack. it actually makes me fall asleep harder and faster...

oh okay......

Because I am definately not a hyper responder. At least for 99% of supps, stims, crack, ph, etc...........lol

The past two nights I've taken one cap before bed and it's helped me sleep bigtime. But the past two mornings I've been superthirsty and dehydrated. I mean I just sit at the sink and drink glass after glass. Is this common D?

I know what you mean. It's one of those things that seems to promote a sensitivity, rather than a tolerance. HMB is another one of those IME. I could handle it for a few wks, but it got to the point I would start anticipating queasiness just smelling it hit the water!

I pretty much cap anything that requires under 1g. It's just more consistent doses, and more convenient when it tastes bad too. I'm pretty tough, but I hate to puke and avoid it if possible. lol

Yes, it does it to me too. It's a really beautiful thing! Of course, I say that from the perspective of a borderline insomniac, lol, so one man's sleep is another man's sleep-over I suppose. If sleepiness is problematic, I'd reduce dose or increase carbs. I warned you guys this stuff was for real. :)

The thirst is a very common sign of strong insulinomimetic action. Insulin increases thirst sensation, often times before it even increases hunger, so drink until your body is satisfied! I think this is our body's way of making sure we'll be hydrated enough to put the extra carbohydrates to work.

Either that, or maybe you have some preexisting health issue that's being accentuated? Since I don't know you background and I'm not an MD, the most responsible advise I can give is to stop the product and talk to your doc if it seems too distressing to you.
 
Im back

Im back from florida....yippee.

My glycobol is here and I began dosing.

I am very tired, I drove all day yesterday and got up early today.

3am, then got up at 7am..... So my Im gonna hold comments off until i get rested.

I began dosing earlier today.

First dose was 50 grams protein shake with Cycle Support and 50 grams cooked old fashioned oatmeal.

No stomach disorders. A++++

Getting ready for evening dose...

Homemade cheesburger smothered with ALL The fixins with a 50 gram protein shake....

I wont hit the gym until monday...

Bring it on pump city.......Im ready to lean this biatch out.......

Haha, and pray tell, what is this "Sleep Stack" you talk of? It knocks me out with my stack as well. I've said it before, but it needs repeating, this will be one of my staples, and yes, this stuff is for real. I only dose 1 cap at a time, 3 times per day.
 
so if i was to take kwik karb and throw some in my Xtend and take this product would that be good before i work out?
 
I have to admit after hearing Dr D say he uses it before bed I tried it.

It definitely works for me AND I wake up with the muscle all full instead of flat and depleted looking and feeling.
