1-T log with Pre-cycle & Post PCT Blood work

Day 20

So todays diet was pretty good here is an example of what I had... dirty, but it is all good by me as long as the size comes!

Meal 1- biscuits & gravy, 2 waffles, fruit bowl, muffin
meal 2- chewy granola bar, poptart, 2 tbspn Nat PB
Meal 3- a dozen shrimp, 2 chicken breasts, beef hamburger low fat, fruit cup
meal 4- Healthy choice steamer, hot pocket
meal 5- 2 chicken breast, fruit, pasta


about 1 gallon of water today.


Workout
Today is an off day. I have hit the gym or at least done body work the past few days, so tonight I took it easy and had a sand volleyball intramural game. Tomorrow I will be hitting legs :D Lately I have enjoyed pyramiding up and trying to push myself past my limits...
 
Wholly crap, bro. That's the funniest bodybuilding diet I've ever seen. hahaha - How often can you eat like that and still maintain your leanness? I'm jealous of you guys.

that is around my normal diet ATM haha. usually at least 1 hot pocket a day. Always some fruits. minimum of 2-6 chicken breasts a day. Sometimes I swap out some stuff with my weight gainer or protein shakes, but ya. I don't even want to know how many cals, fats, carbs... haha something nuts I am sure.
 
Looks like you eat a majority of your protein in meals 3 and 5. You may wanna split it up better.

I too am jealous you can eat this way and stay so lean! :frustrate

I seriously don't get it. I see guys on here eating like this and they grow much quicker than I do, yet my diet is nothing short of a pure lean-growth diet, and I still put on fat. :(
 
I just found out that our gym scale has been off so I am going to hopefully make it to the gym tonight. I am in the library working on a biology research paper of dogfish sharks and working on materials for my Political science exam tomorrow.

no worries man. it's all good. Just for the heads up guys my post PCT run is going to be transdermal formestane with Diesel test hardcore. I am very excited to see what this will do for me along with a cutting diet.

should be there this next week. No serm for what? This 1-T cycle (FYI I am just keeping it 1-T no havoc like we talked about) this should be mild enough to where I won't need a serm.

I will say it is kind of weird though. no signs of atrophy, but my nuts have been hurting lately.

1-t Takes 3 weeks to kick in and I have just approached my third week. I have not measure recently, but at last check I was up 3 Lbs.

Dude, I wonder if that is a side from the 1T... because that is exactly what stopped my last cycle at the 2 week mark. My boys started to hurt and after 3 days of on and off pain I decided it was time to quit... At least now I know I'm not the only one... and here I thought it was the tren that did it to me.

yeah I have been experiencing the past few days... that is why I introduced t911 2 tabs/day to get it to go away, but it's not having any luck... I am not quite sure what it is. I am seeing more negatives from this cycle than positives thus far, but 1-T should start throwing nice gains my way this week!

Around what week was it you started to experience it? It is the end of week2 beginning of week 3 for me.
 
whats up fellas sorry I haven't been updating much. This next week week and this past week have been really hectic for me with tests and reports as usual. I have been getting to the gym for alittle bit and sessions have not been that great for me because of stress the past week. My diet is still up there in calories although I am working on cleaning it up alittle bit.

Side effects thus far are the increased hair loss, and testicular pain. These two alone are worrying me and making me want to stop the cycle... because honestly potential balding or permanent testicular damage (these are worst case scenarios FYI) are not worth it to me.

I still have not had a chance to weigh myself lately though to see if there have been any other increases.
 
I would not worry to much, if you read around the forums there are other reports of testicular pain during cycles or pct and it did not appear to be causing anyone problems...
 
The only kind of testicular pain I know of on any cycles or post cycles are when they are growing ..do they look larger?
 
Day 24 weight: 171 lbs

Tonights workout was okay. Nothing special and I really had to force myself to fight through it all. I ended up getting pretty nauseous so I went ahed and left after I felt like I got enough in. I have reallly worked on keeping my shoulders tucked back and not being a delt presser. I think that was my problem as to why my upper chest was having quite a bit of trouble developing.

I am taking Toco-8 currently which is supposed to help reduce hair loss. I am still thinking about what I should do. I mean I am 3 lbs up about 3 and 1/2 weeks in with increased hair loss and testicle pains...

If it were me, I would stop this cycle. 3lbs is NOT worth losing your hair imo!

yep! I think that is my feeling on this as well. This is not how I wanted it to turn out for sure, but I do not feel like gambling my body anymore than I already am. I have some sustain, toco8, and endo amp along with some other stuff I am going to run for PCT. I dont feel shutdown at all, just the nut pain is really bothering me.

The hair loss can last a long time, and you're young so it might be a wise move to call it quits. not sure if you're going to call it quits for PHs for a while, but I'm curious how you would fare with The One as it is DHT-deriv, but MPB-susceptible individuals aren't noticing shedding.

Yeah man I am done with PH's for now. My long term girlfriend encourages the lifting and staying in shape and even takes supplements and goes to the gym with me, but she doesn't like the ideas of PH's currently.

I have a ton and have been selling off almost all my stock so I am not tempted to use them. I am trying to obtain some diesel test hardcore, activate xtreme, cre 02, and the healthy natural stuff for now other than maybe TD formestane
