It's cool to see people stay up an with the progression of others, i just read from day one to now, my queestion to you, i have been on spawn today make 4 weeks pulsing, been lifting hard this past year, im up from 198 to 213 an lost 3% bodyfat, bench from 385 to 430, an only side i have seen is back pain, i just add more water and its gone, i still have 4 weeks to go, everything is going well, its my 3rd cycle of a prohor, am i the odd person out on these gains, i even hold back on some of my movements just to let my joints and body get use to the weigh before i step up extra reps on more weigh, what made me jump in on your convo, to hear this product does not affect the liver, would make me really want to try it next an if i got half the gain on strength a weigh gains i would be happy, so texas lifter,and iris cannon, does it compare to a spawn or another tren? sorry for the book
