And easy I know what you are trying to say...and youre wrong...Im eating and Im eating ALOT! Im so sick of all the eating I have to do. Only difference in my diet has been less sugary carbs and more complex carbs.

no, i'm not trying to say anything :D just I can't imagine how it would happen. I can only get a 4 day swing with a combination of overeating and overwatering one day, then basically not eating and doing all day physical activity while being dehydrated. I can't imagine blowing thru 4lbs of glycogen in a day that wasn't involving running a marathon or something along those lines.

here's what I think.... phuck the scale. who cares what you weigh. You obviously gained some size as we all have said so who cares if you are bigger now and weigh 4 lbs less. Sounds like a victory in my opinion. Dont worry about your weight just worry about what the mirror tells you.
 
He was trying to get a full on bulk though. He did recomp which is a good thing. But, he said himself how he would judge whether TO was worth it or not. And, according to what he said, it was not worth it.
 
I won't be buying TO. Thanks for saving me money, Met! :thumbsup:...If they sold it cheap without the 2nd Gear, then MAYBE. I'm not paying $70 for a single bottle of TO, because that's all I'd use.

Scale can be over-rated. Try not to get on everyday. Variations occur and cant be explained by purely supplements etc. I think a once per week weigh in is better on the mind.
 
So I lost 4lbs overnight. :scared::261: I dont see how the phuck this could've happened!! I'm back at my started weight of my TO cycle! Im eating more than I did toward the end of my TO cycle! Only difference in my supps are no more BA, and Im taking Prime and more Neovar. Here are some pics for comparison.

If that's the case, Rob, then you gained muscle and lost the equivalent weight in bodyfat. Because you most certainly do not look the same as when you started The ONE.
 
met give yourself a few days and weigh yourself. It may have just been a difference in food consumption? I have no clue to be honest...
 
its hard to compare a front picture against a back picture. Do you have any pre back or pre front shots? I don't think you can lose 4lbs of anything significant over night in terms of muscle, apart from surgical muscle biopsy.

You don't have to FEEL leaner to BE leaner! Also, because you see yourself all the time (and you're eating heaps) it may not feel like that; but you can certainly tell it :D
 
It's all about how Met feels... that's the most important thing.
I am positive that 6 months down the road, Met will be exactly where he wants to be. I have that faith in him.

On another note: My balls are starting to grow. They hurt a little bit and my libido was FINALLY up this morning. It has been non existent for the last 4-5 days. It's been tough but it def has given my gf and I a chance to bond on another level. IC, you were right bud :high five:. My mood was a bit of a rollercoaster the last few days but now I seem to be leveling out. I dont feel all nutty. It could be Im just happy to have balls and sex drive returning to normal :dunno: but Im happy about it.

I tried the Tranquility care (ashwanga) last night at 2 caps pre bed and it did seem to have a sedative effect on me. I did sleep very well. I also took 1 cap about 30 mins ago and Im starting to notice its making me feel "pretty good".

I took the last 2 days off from the gym and will be returning tomorrow. I cant wait!!

oh! and Im finally in communication with Axis!! Hope it all works out!!

Ya. It involves a female version of Terrance and Phillip, but instead of farting, they queef. It's disgusting...and then all the chicks start doing it. Butters gets queefed on and all the men in South Park treat him as though he's come down with a horrible illness. It's funny, but oh-so gross.

I love the stuff but its expensive as hell to buy it pre-made. I gotta start making that ish on my own.

My moms recipe is easy as hell and not expensive! Its has broccili, raisins,red onion, bacon, and almonds or some kind of nut. Wel anyway i will find out what the whole thing is and the sauce and get back to you on it.
 
Mash potatoes...mmmmm... I think 'tatoes are what made me fat last time, so I tend to stay away from them.

I'll be bumping up cals soon, though, so SWEET potatoes or yams will be added. :)

next weekend Inarius and I will be competing in a powerlifting competition.
My Goals are such:
Squat: 315 (current max)
Bench: 225 (+10 of current max)
Deadlift: 335 (+20 of current max)
Total: 875 (i'd really like to be able to hit 885 to be able to qualify for nationals in my weight class, but we'll see how things go)

I will probably open with these lifts:
Squat: 275
Bench: 205
Deadlift: 300
 
My moms recipe is easy as hell and not expensive! Its has broccili, raisins,red onion, bacon, and almonds or some kind of nut. Wel anyway i will find out what the whole thing is and the sauce and get back to you on it.

I actually cut down very well with mashies. To cut I just dont eat over 40g carbs worth of it and Im fine. That was 60g on that plate tho :P

Libido is still up and down. Strength was all over the place today. I had a pretty kickass workout despite no BA :(. Tex is sending out the Drive today. So I should be gettn back to normal soon...I hope.

The w/o -
1. Medium db press - up 2 reps on all sets
2. Spider curls - up 5lbs!
3. Low decline db press - up reps on all sets but down 5lbs
4. Incline alt/sup curls - more reps all sets
5. Wide iso press - up 10lbs today for more reps!!! And I attempted 310 today and got out 1 rep! :woohoo: Just for sh1ts and giggles
6. Seated hammers curls - up 5lbs for same reps!
7. Reverse curls - low weight for wrist
8. Db pullovers - up 1 rep on final set
9. Low decline db flys - only did 1 set with 55's for 10 reps and I was freakn spent!!

Stepped on the scale this morning and I was 176! :eek: This scale is gotta be broken or somethin. Im gonna buy a new one.
 
DAMNNIIITTTT!!!! I JUST FUKCKING TYPED OUT MY WHOLE UPDATE AND AM CRASHED ON ME!!!!! :frustrate

Here it goes again. Did Back/tris today. My tris were sore when I woke up this morning. Im hoping I didnt overuse them during my chest presses yesterday. Still I went and worked out. I also got horrible sleep last night. I got like 6 hrs sleep and I had to sleep on a recliner because my cousins took over my bed when I was at my gf's house all night.

1. Seated overhead db ext. - I lost 1 rep on this.
2. Wide grip front pulldowns - gained 2 reps on this
3. Smith cg press - went down 5lbs on this
4. 1 arm db rows - up 5lbs on first 2 sets on this and got same reps
5. Ez bar pressdowns - up 5lbs on this

Would have done more but I am just so damn tired I cant take it. Im also sexually frustrated right now. My libido has been crap. I just dont have any Drive...literally. Thank goodness Tex mailed out that Drive. I cant take this anymore. I know I sound stressed in this post and this is not the mood I have been in. I have generally happy but today I am just not happy. I dont like loosing strength period. If I had taken a rest day today I prob would have gone up on all exercises but I cant workout tomorrow. So I did what I had to do.


I cant wait for that Drive :ugh1:
 
Also I straight up pigged out yesterday. Had 2 cheat meals. Ice cream and a butterfingers.

Also, if you havent seen the new Punisher movie, please do. It kicks ass on so many levels! :saw:
 
man i loved drive. i definitely could notice differences between not being on it and then being a few weeks in. every workout was just an awesome pump
 
after this competition, i will be really focusing on gaining weight and will be doing an extremely high rep routine, split over 4 days. my goal is to gain about a pound a week. so, in exact numbers, my goal is 20 lbs in 20 weeks, which would put me up to somehwere around 165 lbs by the end of august.
 
I don't know what to say about Drive. I don't think I could give it an honest review. I was taking 6 caps/day, but I was also on MMV2, so it's hard to say what it did or didn't do.
