Libido is still up and down. Strength was all over the place today. I had a pretty kickass workout despite no BA

. Tex is sending out the Drive today. So I should be gettn back to normal soon...I hope.
The w/o -
1. Medium db press - up 2 reps on all sets
2. Spider curls - up 5lbs!
3. Low decline db press - up reps on all sets but down 5lbs
4. Incline alt/sup curls - more reps all sets
5. Wide iso press - up 10lbs today for more reps!!! And I attempted 310 today and got out 1 rep! :woohoo: Just for sh1ts and giggles
6. Seated hammers curls - up 5lbs for same reps!
7. Reverse curls - low weight for wrist
8. Db pullovers - up 1 rep on final set
9. Low decline db flys - only did 1 set with 55's for 10 reps and I was freakn spent!!
Stepped on the scale this morning and I was 176!

This scale is gotta be broken or somethin. Im gonna buy a new one.
