Timberlakers 1-Andro Annihilation (AMS Sponsored)

The Good:

Strength - I think this speaks for itself... The last couple weeks I felt extremely strong. I feel like the compound really kicked in around the middle of week 2 as far as strength is concerned. I dosed at 600mg ED for about 3.5 weeks - then 800mg ED for the remaining 2. Doses were split into 3 to 4 doses depending on when I woke up.

Mass - Surprised me as well here. Weight seemed to fly on around the second to third week. Hunger was increased pretty dramatically, and I never had much of a problem taking in enough calories to make this work. I supplemented my calories with full fat milk, Cytogainer morning shakes, WMS post workout, mainly beef based dinners, and plenty of whole grain pastas, breads, and wraps.

LEAN and DRY gains - Did NOT experience any bloating. I definitely felt a little balloon like after my H-Drol run.

Increased Vascularity and Pump - Every workout felt like an airhose was under my skin near the end. Can definitely feel the muscles expanding.


Sides

Lethargy - Most notable side... Did not want to get my ass out of bed in the morning... and generally had a hard time getting my day started. Stims seemed to help. Energy in the gym was absolutely uneffected - if not increased.

Restlessness / Insomnia - Only on occasion.

Joints - So the good with the bad... The compound is extremely dry when considering mass gains, but it did have the effect (perhaps Arom-X contributed) of drying out my joints. Also worth noting that strength increases that are sudden tend to make the joints sore as well. I could have taken extra care in warming up / stretching to avoid a lot of these complications.

Libido - For the first time I definitely noticed an adverse effect on my libido. Not an effect where I had trouble performing, but just a lessened desire to want to hook up. Not a huge concern at all.

Assessment

Amazing product... I really would recommend this as a first cycle for anyone looking to get their feet wet - or to someone who has run a methyl stack in the past that wants something a little less harsh, with all the kick. Of course - make sure you are of the proper age / intelligence level - ask questions - do your homework.

Great review. Like a match made in heaven for you. Thanks again for training hard and eating right. With 1-Andro you completed the triple threat.
 
You and I both agree that is is entirely possible to retain most of the strength gained while on-cycle throughout PCT if attention is paid to keeping the cals up and lifting heavy as possible with good form.

Most people let it get inside their head that they're not "juicing" anymore, and let their strength slip mentally before it happens physically.
Just wanted to echo what Thunder said. Last year I ran a cycle and my strength kept going up straight through PCT. Was up to about 195 before I started cutting. Got down to like 180 @ 6% and was still gaining strength. Mind over matter. Just keep training hard.

Impressive log my man. I am proud to be a part of it. I am glad you accomplished or surpassed all of your key goals and I know if your shoulder was healthy you would destroy the others.
 
Thank you to everyone. Just going to train hard through PCT as you all said. My shoulder is already feeling better after utilizing a bit more fishie oil, a quick break from the ATD, and most importantly CUFF STRENGTHENING EXERCISES... I have a very intelligent coach, I should listen to him more often.
 
So here's the deal gentlemen (and lady).

I've decided agaist a full fledged cut.

Here's why:

  • I've got plenty of time...
  • Cutting immediately following a cycle is begging for catabolism.
  • The only reason I'm a bit unsatisfied with my current BF is because I was purposely overeating to bulk.
  • My pants still fit.
  • I feel like I look and perform my best around 8 to 9% BF, which wont take too long on a basic recomp.

So here's how it's going down. I'm going to start a new "log", and I will still call it the TimberCut - mostly because it sounds cool. It will be geared towards a gradual recomp. I AM going back to a 95 to 98% clean diet, I AM increasing cardio dramatically, I AM still going to attack the weights with everything I have... and I will see how I feel restricting carbohydrates to somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 to 150 per day (confined to pre and post workout for the most part)... Mainly though, the log will be up just to bullsh*t with people and talk about fools at the gym.

Will be in touch soon.

That's the ticket TL. Clean cals and keep pounding the big weights. Carbs on w/o days predominantly and veggies after 6 pm. You will definitely see results considering how active you are. The skittles might have to stay in the cabinet though...

I love me some sour skittles! I haven't had any since High School, I used to eat 1-3 bags of those fukkers everyday! The stuff is addicting

Sour candy of any sorts tastes good to me. Especially those sour patch kids you get at the movies, but sour Skittles are my favorite. I'm not allowed to eat them right now, but I'm with ya.
 
Dudes, I used to eat so much candy. Seriously, it was ridiculous. Swedish Fish, Skittles, and Mountain Dew were my weakness...and yes, I'd eat them all at once.
 
Never much of a candy guy but, don't put any baked goods near me. I used to sit down and eat an entire apple pie myself.
 
Just a thought Timber, but you should try splitting the carbs between only your first meal of the day and then again pwo. Instead of pre-wo and pwo. (depending on the time of day you workout that may already be what your plan is)

If your getting carbs first thing in the morning you shouldnt feel too depleted or anything come workout time. So strength should still be there. Also if you take in NO carbs pre workout, then pwo utilization of the carbs should be even better since you will go into the workout with lower insulin/glucose levels thus creating an even stronger insulin spike pwo.

That's a really good opinion bro. Appreciate that. My workouts are late evening, and I really don't feel it necessary to eat carbs PreWO.

Also, I usually don't get my carbs in for about an hour PostWO... I will definitely link up.

I recently started pounding AB. No hman, that's not American Boys!! (Almond Butter) I actually think it has a much sweeter taste.

The Arom-X has been great. Been much more diligent with the fish oil - and have had absolutely no joint issues.

I'm still 190ish, just a lot leaner. The avatar is new today - with a belly full of BCAAs and post WO protein.. So a little full, but you get the idea.

Thats good to hear man! You are looking pretty lean in that pic though, even with the full belly! Whens the Timber cut going down?

Im doing good, gaining steady with no signs of a significant plateau anywhere near me. I think maybe Diesel Test Hardcore is to blame for this! Just got some JP8. and other than that, my cupboard looks pretty regular.

You know, I kinda just think I'm going to do it slowly... No need for a full out cut, I have a great diet in place, and solid training... Figure why mess with that. Absolutely no muscle atrophy, and I've trimmed off at least 3% BF...

Thinking very seriously about a fight again around 165 or 175 - which might require a little more drastic diet changes, but I'm pretty satisfied with my current BF%. I try to not get too crazy with delusions that I can get to and maintain a 6% level.

Sounds good(other than cutting down to 165!!lol), I posted something you may want to check out. Its definitely a good listen! Im going to try and utilize some of the concepts from it.

I believe T911 is mildly hormonal. Those would be great stacked though!

ehhhh... you may want to wait a while actually. T-911 is epiandrosterone, which is a prohormone to 5AA, which is a prohormone to DHT;)
