Just took 2 prime and 2 drive - gonna down 60g protein and 60g carbs here in a min.
 
When you are done Id like to see a side by side of the first and last day. I think it would be pretty noticable then. Also maybe you were bloated sometime in the beginning but your lower back fat (if thats what you wanna call it) looks like it has decreased as well. So i think you are defintely putting on muscle and losing fat. Are you gonna get BF measurments at the end?

Sex is healthy, while its not the most important part of a relationship I think being intimate helps relieve stress from the day or if you had a bad day it may make you feel loved. Who knows... maybe im just mad my girl isnt giving it up lately! :thumbsdown:

Thanks man. I cant really tell as far as the lower back fat goes. We'll see in the end. I dont get my bf measured. I just go by how it looks.

I hear ya man. Sex isnt everything. Im a big believer in intimacy tho. We barely EVER have any time alone together and as a result, we havent had sex for almost a whole week now. Sorry if that too much information for you guys but I dont care. Sucks cause we both want it but at the same time I dont have that drive. We've arranged to have tonight alone. So Im hoping I can seal the deal tonight. I dont like leaving women unsatisfied.

No clue dude. I moved away to go off to college. I helped him get with MN and then he just disappeared and I haven't seen him or talked to him since then. He was really motivated and then I have no clue what happened? maybe it's due to him not seeing a huge change.

For women too :) Its all a question of how long intimacy without sex goes on for (in terms of days, weeks, months, etc). For men its probably easier to measure in minutes though.

Guess it depends on the individual (I lived with a man for ~4 years (2.5 of them in a relationship with him) and we never once had sex). Because honestly I could have intimacy without sex for the rest of my life (then again, once I've actually HAD sex it may be different).

If by "boundary" you mean sex, then it's really a case-by-case scenario and depends very much on the individuals in the relationship.

Otherwise, it's still very much dependent on the individuals in the relationship, but based on how they view sex (i.e. fornication and marriage, etc.) and intimacy, what type of relationship it is, and the moral fibre of said individuals.

Day 24 - weight 178 (+6)

I was planning on making today my last day on TO but Id like to get in another back workout before I end this thing. So tomorrow is the last day. Had a pretty kickass workout with the pops today. I love having my dad there bc I have someone to spot me, especially on Chest days. I did go up in weight on nearly all exercise if not all of them :scratchchin:. Today I did lower reps to focus on strength and power, but just for presses.

Pre w/o - 2 drive, 1g taurine, 2 TO, 2 meltdown
Intra w/o - 1 scoop vassive, 2 scoops xtend, 2 scoops poseidon, 4g BA (ALL GONE!! :rant: Shoulda saved it!!!! :frustrate)

The w/o:
1. Medium incline db press - Finally hittn 80's again!!!!! :wooottt!!!! 50x6, 60x6, 70x6, 80x3 I will be working in the lower rep range for about 2 weeks to keep strength up. Plus I have PRIME :18: So strength may go to 85's! :crosses fingers: My PR on this exercise is 80x4. So just 2 more reps to go for new PR!
2. Spider curls - did 45's today. Which is a 5lb increase on this one!
3. Incline bb press - up 10lbs on this one! :D 105x6, 135x6, 145x6, 155x6 (2 forced reps).
4. P/L preacher curls - 75x8, 90x8, 105x8, 120x5 - I think a 10 increase :think:
5. Viking pec-dec - UP 30 ****ING LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!:boobies: 170x8, 200x8, 230x8, 260x8, 275x6 :saw: I was sooooo happy about this one! I really wasnt expecting sucha hyuuuge jump on this!
6. Ez bar curls - 70x8, 90x8, 100x6
7. Decline bb press - been like 2 or so years since Ive done this. 135x6, 145x6, 155x6, 165x6 (2 forced) WEAAAAAKKKK!!!! I'll get up there. I have been off bb's for a lonnnng ass time! So I dont expect to be a beast on these.
8. P/L rope preacher curls - 85x8, 100x8, 110x5
9. Elliptical bike - Level 7 for 1 min, 8 for 1 mins, 9 for 1 mins, 10 for 1 mins, level 5 for 1 min

And I'm spent!! Ive eatn a ton today! Taken 2 caps Prime so far today and will take 4 more later on.

Today's pics - not sure why my pics show up different colors when I take em in the same light. I'm def retaining water from carb ups. Im happy to be up at 178 from 160 in the matter of 3 months but I do miss the sh1t outa have a cut up back (like in my avi). I will be bulking until I hit 180 something then I will start a recomp. Focus on keeping strength, if not getting stronger while I cut fat. I am straight broke with no money for supplements. So I will be working out of my stash. I still have about 1.5 bottles of Neovar, 1/2 tub of Vassive (talking dad into buying some intra aid), 2 tubs of poseidon and tons of 1-c. So I think I can make this work. Im also working on getting a bottle of Drive from Texas for pct. Will be a few days late but its better than nothing.

Day 25 - weight 176 (+4) and Mid Review

So I lost 2lbs overnight. :261: Not sure how the phuck this happened. Especially since I ate dirty last night and wayyy over what I usually eat. I guess I really revved up my metabolism. Idk what to think tho. I know I made great gains with TO. Even though I didnt gain 10 or 15 lbs I managed to recomp. I can definately see the difference in my back most of all. The width really stands out. My mood was great for most of this run. Some days it was a little bit of a rollercoaster but that was expected. Libido is up and down. Is was up really high in the first few days, then stabilized, then went up and down and up and down and up and down. Really messed with my head. Again this was to be expected. It doesnt look like I put any fat on. If any its minuscule. I am retaining water now because I eat so damn much. So dont let that fool you. I made awesome strength gains with this. This was my favorite part about TO. It's not why I took the TO but it def was a plus. I've started to get comments from friends and family that I look more defined and bigger, especially in the arms. So I ended up with 4lbs. I'll take it and Im happy to take it. I expected to go over 180 but not everyone is going to get the same results. I just hope I can hold onto the 4lbs. I will continue to eat big and lift heavy to hold onto what I have attained. So dont be surprised if I get a tad fatter in the process. Im not worried about that now anyway. As some of you know, I know how to cut.

1. WIDE grip front pulldowns - 150x8, 160x8, 175x6 (+10lbs)
2. Seated overhead db ext. - 65x10, 85x10, 95x9, 100x7 I went up 5lbs on all sets except the last. I went up 1 rep on last set.
3. 1 arm db rows - 90x8, 100x8, 120x8 up 2 reps on all sets
4. ss w/ CG ez bar presses - 100x10, 120x10, 130x6
5. Hammer grip pulldowns - 150x8, 160x8, 175x6
6. Ez bar pushdowns - 75x10, 85x10, 90x10

I was soooooo exhausted. I was moving so fast in between sets with minimal to no rest at all and I thought I was gonna vomit! :smite: Was a great way to end the cycle. :)
