I like to finish strong any chance I get. I get mad at myself if I finish the last set too light or cheat on a rep or 2.

I am bracing for the impact. I have never heard a bad word about MMV2 except from people that bought it expecting M1D results. Now from what Craig and LG said this compound might even meet those expectations.

good luck man! It doesnt seem that MMv2 & M1d shutdown much. I see people run them heavily and pretty soon after a PCT.

I know it was not in the best judgement to run it as soon as I did, but I have put my body through worse and came out OK. I have bounced back pretty quick from the other cycles and haven't had any issues.

Never mind about the decline, I forgot about your back bro:)

Decline I am weaker at for a couple reasons. First I know decline is better for sculpting than building mass so I neglected it for a long time. Secondly, I usually do it after a set of heavy bench or incline so I don't have as much juice to go as heavy. Third, I have a hard time getting the heavy weight started without a spotter on incline.

Usually I am forcing myself to keep going. Tonight I had to force myself to stop so I could get to a meeting.

Thx everyone for the contributions to the log so far. I still have not bought the MMV2 and I am still debating on whether to do it or just go straight to PCT after 10 days. I do have my T911 now so either way I am golden. Thoughts about bridging to MMV3 vs going straight to T911 (PCT)?

I agree, this way it help you reach your goals with a little more time, MMv2 will def help you lean out even more , and give you lean gains with a good diet.. I would, yes. then run your T-911, all in all its one hell of a stack bro, T-911 is outrageous! your in for some fun!
 
Quick morning update.

Weight: 200.5 WTF? Let me start by saying I am not complaining. However,I was not expecting any weight gain yet. I have been below 200lbs for 2+ weeks. I even ate very good yesterday, worked out in the AM and did cardio in the PM so I did not think there would be any way to gain weight.

Libido: I popped a random wood on the way in to work. Not sure what sparked that so I am attributing it to MMV3.

I had increased vascularity even with minimal tasks today my veins started coming up. I love that.

Strength:Endurance:
Since today was an off day I did not get to test strength. I was feeling pretty exhausted today due to lack of quality sleep and having to get up early. I will be going to bed early today so that tomorrow I can focus.

Mood/Aggression:
Noting out of site to report yet.

Libido:
As I stated in an earlier post I have had a few random woods. Since I hit 33+ that doesn't happen as much as before so it is pretty new.

Sides: May include acne, lethargy etc.

Overall Sense of Feeling:
Besides being stoked about the start of the log I have no change in attitude or focus yet.

Weight: 199.5lbs (+.5lbs) I was suprised to see this down after eating Chinese food for lunch and spagetti for dinner. I ate better so far today. Unlike my boy BeBig, I am more concerned with recomp/leaning out than adding way more mass, but I wouldn't complain if I gained 10lbs that were mostly lean. :-)

About 20 minutes before I popped the MMV3 I had a killer headache pop up. I forgot to take asprin before heading to my workout so it made the workout a tad more difficult. However, MMV3 helped me counteract that with a serious desire to press on and fight through the pain.

Mood/Aggression:
I had the alpha male feeling at the gym today. Nothing has set me off or made me react out of character.

Libido:
Libido is high. Wife has been fighting a cold and went to bed early last night. Hoping to check libido tonight. LMAO

Sides: May include acne, lethargy etc.
No increased acne. I got plenty of sleep last night which helped with yesterday's lethargy. This compound has not affected my sleep either which is good. I do feel like my body temperature has increased some over the last 2 days. I also am frequently hungry, but still trying to control the cravings since it is a recomp. :-(

Overall Sense of Feeling:
Alpha male feeling is kicking in. No added agression yet, but we will see on the drive home. LOL

FYI...I went ahead and purchased the MMV2. My current thought is to run it at 6 caps per day for 15 days. That would have my cycle at 25 days total and then I roll into T911 for PCT. This run should help lean me out considerably. I will be doing 30 minutes of cardio tomorrow along with back.

So far I have eaten better today both with added protein and less fat/calories. I am getting tired of carrying around this belly.

Looks good man I know what you mean by not gaining I am eating like a horse an aint gaining much..I believe though my strength is better an I must be trimmin fat instead of gaining but that fine I look like I look better too hard to say when I see myself in the mirror everyday but we'll see if the wifey has any comments....

Today I worked out Back. As I mentioned before I have a disk issue in my lower back so I did not set any PRs or do anything super exciting. I will say during my cardio session that I don't think I have sweat that much ever before during a cardio session.

I had a full body pump that kicked in after my first set of pull-ups. I just kept looking in the mirror admiring myself because of the fullness of my arms and chest.

Strength:Endurance:
Workout was good today and I had strength from first rep until last rep.

Mood/Aggression:
I am feeling on top of the world today. I can feel the extra fire burning in my belly that is pushing me forward to my goals.

Libido:
Libido is going strong and MMV3 is working well in that regard.

Sides: May include acne, lethargy etc.
No increased acne. No altered sleep which is a good thing. I do feel like my core body temperature has risen. The mirror is telling me that I am leaning out some, but this is only Day 4 so I am not expecting miracles. I will give that until Day 7. LMAO

Overall Sense of Feeling:
I feel like I can't get enough gym time right now. The recovery aspects have been outstanding. I have pushed myslef in every workout and feel like I could work the same body part the next day.

Extra notes or commentary:

So far I am not getting the weight gain the I know LG wants me to have. Part of that is due to the amount of food I am eating. If I was to consume 3500+ calories I feel like the weight gain would be there, but since I am aiming for a recomp I am keeping the cals in the 2500 - 3000 range on most days which should be around maintenance. I have also been extremely active with gym activities and home projects all week so I know I am burning more cals than usual.

Is there anything that folks would like to see in the log? Any specific questions or comments?
 
Good job bro...I mentioned in one of my days that I was sweating alot and it still hasn't changed I continue to sweat pretty dang good working out...Can't really tell if my core temp is going up but I def know that I am sweatin my azz off in the gym slammin wts around...:bandit:

I just thought of something, your're trying to do a recomp and I'm trying to bulk....hhhhmmmmmm I think this product could work both ways because I'm up again on weight which I will post in my day 8 but you are going down of course alot of this depends on caloric intake which your running 2500-3000 cals and recomping nicely which is good and I'm running 3500 plus cals a day and gaining but my waist measurement hasn't moved....So this is telling me LBM BABY wooooohooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! could you imagine what a 30 day run would be like.......smiley crazy time.....:laugh: :18: :bandit: :dl: :burnout: :amish: :hump: :knockedout: :nutkick: :33:

Don't worry about what you think LG wants, just to this log to your goals, eat lots of lean meats and good quality cho's and let the training do the damage. What ever happens happens, no pressure :)

Back still sucks. Suffering from more of a pinched nerve than the lower back nowadays. My left leg/ass cheek kills me at all times now and especially in the early AM. It gets better after it losens up a bit, but it really sucks putting my left sock on.

The ortho basically said it is time and pain control until it heals. He gave me a booklet that I need to read with stretches and exercise that I should be doing. I guess I should read that at some point. :-)
 
Maaaaaaan, Silver, do those stretches!! They will help you a ton! That is the first step in the path to healing. I'm sure there's some hamstring stuff in there that most people would be like "WTF?" about, but trust me, they will shorten your healing time and you will feel a lot better. Read that booklet and stick with it, bro!!

DAY 5 UPDATE

Training: Off Day

My muscles are definately harder and vascularity is increased.

Strength/Endurance:
Today is an off day so nothing new to report there.

Mood/Aggression:
No freaking out or blowing my lid and I have had a few opportunities that would have set me off when I was running Tren.

Libido:
Gotta give MMV3 an A+ on this section.

Sides: May include acne, lethargy etc.
Some signes of increased acne on my shoulders, but so far pretty minimal. No back pumps which is a grrreeeaatttt thing.

Overall Sense of Feeling:
I want to be in the gym at all times destroying weights. When I am not in the gym I am frustrated and pining to get back. Today I had a lunch meeting and plans to take my boy to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D so I am forced to take an off day. I will tear it up tomorrow.

First off let me say purchasing from LG's site rocks. Their shipping is extremely quick. Today I received my MMV2 that I think I ordered Tues or Wed. Also received another shirt, I am walking LG advertisement. That might be a bad thing for you guys. LOL

I was suprised by the dip in weight after the amount of food that I consumed yesterday. I still feel like this product is helping me burn some extra fat which gets me happy in the pants.
 
I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout. My kids games were cancelled due to weather so my workout schedule just opened up. I will have plent of time to stretch, lift legs (limited) hit upper chest with incline, pullovers, etc. Hit abs as much as my back will allow. 30+ min of cardio and maybe finish it up with 15min in the sauna. Mmm excited about it already.

Ya those stretches and exercises will help you out.. I don't know if your as old as me (37), but stretching and being hella strong in the core helps keep the back probs at bay.. good core strength, front and rear muscles pays off as we age, I can personally vouch for it..
 
DAY 6 UPDATE

Training: Upper Chest/Legs

I am trying to build my upper chest more so I devoted a second workout to supplement my normal chest day. I have really liked the results. I have experienced since adding it.

Dumbbell Incline Bench
2 sets of 60lbs x 10

Barbell Incline Bench
135lbs x 10
225lbs x 3 (This is down a few reps from when I was on cycle with P-Plex and Xtreme Tren, but up a rep from post cycle)
175lbs x 8
155lbs x 10
135lbs x 10

Dumbbell Pullover Superset with Single Dumbbell Press (Not sure the actual name)
3 sets using a 60lb dumbbell

Took a little break and did some serious stretching. The stretching hurts me worse right now than lifting heavy ass weight.

Legs

Unfortunately I am so limited here and it suck. I was getting so strong on squats before I hurt my back so it kills me knowing how many steps back I have taken.

Leg Press
3 plates per side x 10 followed up with calf raises on the leg press machine
4 plates per side x 10 followed up with calf raises on the leg press machine
4 plates per side x 10 followed up with calf raises on the leg press machine

Seated Calf Raises
3 sets of 2 plates x 10

Lunges
3 sets of 10 holding 2 40lb dumbbells

Then hit 31 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. As with the last time I was sweating like I was working out in the desert.

Vascularity:
Today I had the pump that was almost painful and I loved it. I worked out upper chest first and felt my shirt getting tighter with each set.

Strength/Endurance:
Strength is starting to really shine and I would say this product is awesome pre-workout. It is like energy and a will to continue in a tasty little sublingual pill. :-)

Mood/Aggression:
This product has so far given me a controlled agression. I have an agression in the gym to jus continue piling on weights, but I have not lost my temper while on this compound...yet.

Libido:

Minimal acne, no dark urine, no back pumps, no increased lethargy. I am very satisfied with the fact that the sides are minimal to non-existent after some of the prohormones I have taken.

Overall Sense of Feeling:
I was frothing at the mouth ready to get to the gym today. I had a great night sleep and woke up ready to kill it. My back is still killing me and the pain in my left hip really limits what I am able to do. Suprisingly though, when I enter the gym I shut off the pain and get down to business. I sometimes have pain initially on an exercise, but it typically losens up and allows me to finish it with no problems.

Extra notes or commentary:

The MMV3 cycle is getting close to the end and I would be really sad if I did not have MMV2 and T911 waiting for me. I feel like I get to jump from one solid product into 2 more. Tomorrow is an off day, but if my schedule works out I plan to get some extra cardio in. No promises because I know my schedule is already loaded.

Still haven't found them. :-( Unless this was a miracle pill that wasn't happening by today. LOL I do feel slimmer especially in the AM when dry. After the run of this and MMV2 I should be much closer. Another issue I have is my inability to work abs due to my back (really left hip due to the nerve). It was killing me today to sleep, stand, sit, walk, fuk, you name it. :rant::rant::rant:

I have not been around this game as long as some of you guys, but I have only heard good things about M1D and MMV2. This MMV3 is no joke either. I am also a big fan of their BC+EAA product and need to try their new protein at some point.
