Don't get carried away and start cutting calories. Compound will have to catch up a little bit, but keep eating big and clean.

From all boards that I have seen people running The One, the average weight gain for users at the 7 day mark is (4.52lbs); users at the 5 day mark is (3.11lbs). I have too much time right now. :D

Man I hope I gain 3 lbs by day 5!

I would but taking it after 1pm gives people insomnia like issues. And Ive had too many probs with insomnia over the years. Otherwise Id be all for it.
 
ill be starting my log for intra aid on monday with my switch from a bodybuilding routine back into powerlifting mode. I am running the sheiko 37 competition prep until my comp on april 11th. After that I am going to start leaning out and trying to drop some bf. The one looks good.... but at 20 i think ill pass and keep going natural for a while.
 
Day 4 - Weight 174.5 (+2.5)

So weight finally is movn up! So are the weights in the gym! Had an awesome back/tri session today!

Pre w/o - Had my 3 TO caps only 30 mins pre w/o today. All I had time for. Also subbed my Meltdown for RPM today :crackhead:

Intra - 1 scoop Intra aid, 1 scoop Vassive, 1g Taurine, 4g BA, 60g carbs

Back pumps were unfreakin real!

The w/o:
1. Pulldown behind the neck - 130x8 (+15lbs), 165x8, 180x8 (+2 reps), 185x5 (+5lbs)
2. Viking grip iso pulldowns - 160x8 (+10lbs), 220x8 (+20lbs), 260x5
3. Seated overhead db ext. - 65x8 (+5lbs), 75x8, 85x8 (+2 reps), 90x5 (+5lbs)
4. Laying ez bar cg press - 80x8 (+20lbs), 100x8 (+20lbs), 120x8, 130x6 (+10 lbs)
5. Db rows - 90x8 (+15lbs), 105x8, 120x8 (rest pausing most of the reps)
6. Pressdowns - 60x8 (+5lbs), 70x8, 70x8 - no rest
7. 1 arm overhead ext. - 30x5 (-3 reps), 25x12, 25x12 - no rest
8. Db shrugs - 80x20, 90x20, 100x20

I was soooo wiped!!! And puuumped!!! Sick..sick...sick pump!! I felt so alpha in there. I wore a tank too. So I was just bulging outa my shirt! Def was gettin some looks. :bb2:
 
Post w/o - I had 2 caps Neovar with this little snack here :D

Its 20g protein in the red cup; sandwich with Turkey, provalone, mayo, mustard, tomato, lettuce, capicola; greek salad, and some coleslaw :food: and this is one my small meals haha

Despite looking fatter and bit bloated, I think I do look bigger.
 
Hmm? I'm shooting for a recomp, but i'm gaining mass at such a moderate caloric intake that its a drag. I have no real desire to get bigger....

I'd just go with it and worry about trimming later... that or ya should have shed some fat before the cycle. Fighting the intended effects seems a little counter-intuitive. Just my opinion of course.

yeah, for sure. I'm still just going lightly above maintenance, rather than stuff every calorie i can in my pie hole. So hopefully i'll manage to loose a little bit of fat along the way, even if its just 1 or 2 lbs worth.
 
so sheiko 37 is starting up again, there's a local lifting competition in a few weeks that TK and i will be competing in. i certainly won't be going to set any records, but i will be hoping to increase the weights by a small margin.

currently:
body weight: 143 lbs
max bench: 225
max squat: 315
max deadlift: 325
total: 865

goals:
max bench: 235 - 245
max squat: 325 - 345
max deadlift: 335 - 355
totals: 895 - 945

i think these are doable especially given that these weights are a month or two old. i haven't tried to max in a while.

I know you just started this cycle, but I was noticing your progress in the last month...amazing! you're up 7lbs in the last 3 weeks and you can really see the difference in you shoulder, arms, chest and traps compared to your pics at the beginning of the log. this is GREAT work bud, I'm excited to see where this takes you in the next 10 days!
 
Day 5 - Weight 176 (+4lbs!)

Gettin swole! :bb3: So Im up 4lbs! Ill post up the pics of Day 1 and 5. I want your guys honest opinion on the 4lb gain.

Had a nice little shoulder/ham/hip workout with the pops. I have a rule not to train shoulders less than 4 days after chest but I said fukc that today and did it anyway. Once and while wont hurt anyway. Numbers didnt change much but considering that I did it 2 days after chest they were good. Left shoulder is feeling a bit dry. So uppn the fishies today.

Pre wo (45 mins) - 3 TO, 2 RPM
Intra w/o - 2g Taurine, 1.5 scoop Intra aid (looks like there is still half a tub left :eek: :think:), 4g BA, 60g carbs. Im runnin a bit low on the complex carbs. I do have a tub of fast carbs :footinmouth: (all sugar! bleh!). So Im thinkin to lengthn the rest of my slow carbs, Ill throw 40g slow/20g fast carbs until I get payed and can buy more slow carbs.

The w/o:
1. Laying leg curls - 90x8, 120x8, 135x8, 150x8, 165x5 (up 15lbs!)
2. Adduction - 50x8, 90x8, 130x8, 150x8, 170x8 will adjust weights next time. Im pretty sure this is a PR tho!
3. Abduction - 70x8, 90x8, 110x8
4. Seated db press - 45x8, 55x7, 55x6 (no change)
5. Seated lateral raises - been a while since Ive done this seated. 20x12, 25x12, 30x12 rest pausing the last 4 reps
6. Standing front hammer raises - been a while on these too. 25x12, 30x12, 35x12. Will do more next time.

And that was it. I woulda done something like 1 legged press but I was running late for work.

??? Nah man. Ive no doubt put fat on. And you dont see the difference in chest/delts and arms? Back I dont see a diff.

Chest maybe, arms i'm not sure. Hmm see to me it looks like there is slightly heightened definition between muscles. Seems a little moreso on your lower back than elsewhere. kinda hard to tell tho, i'm not exactly an expert :D

Just measured my arm...Ive put on half an inch since starting TO! Its been a long time since Ive been over 15"..pathetic I know but "SHUT UP! IM HAPPY ABOUT IT!"

Arms are 15.25" now

yeah but its nothin to b1tch about..I think Prime lethargy was worse and thats not sayin much. Once I eat tho the lethargy goes away for about an hour.

Day 6 - weight 176 (+4lbs)

No change in weight today. :dunno: Had a nice little arm/rear delt workout. Im starting to feel the lethargy kick in pretty hard now. I may or may not cut back a pill. We'll see. Im not thattt mucha puss. I focused on bicep peak today. I think I have good width in my biceps but I dont have any peak. So Ill be focusing on peak for a while.

Pre w/o - 2 RPM, 3 TO
Intra - 2 intra aid, 4g ba, 40g slow carbs, 15g fast carb, 2g taurine

The w/o:
1. Zottman curls - first time. I liked em. I could really feel the burn in my biceps. My wrist didnt like it too much but it didnt hurt enough to complain or stop the exercise. 25x10, 30x10, 35x10
2. Superset w/ ez bar cg press - 90x10, 110x10, 130x10 (assisted); went up 10lbs on first 2 sets and for more reps; more reps on final set
3. Cable curls to shoulder on seated cable rows station - 30x10, 30x10, 30x10
4. superset w/ Ez bar skullcrushers - 50x10, 60x10, 60x10, 70x6
5. Bentover db concentration curls - 55x6, 50x8, 45x10
6. superset w/ rope pressdowns - 8x10, 8x10, 9x1 >>8x9
7. 1 arm bentover lateral raises - 40x16, 50x10, rest 10 sec, 6 more reps

I was soooo exhausted and I felt like I was gonna puke :smite:. So I ended it here. Good workout. Went up reps and weight on some exercises, tried some new exercises. Was effective :bandit:
