Day 5 - Weight 176 (+4lbs!)
Gettin swole! :bb3: So Im up 4lbs! Ill post up the pics of Day 1 and 5. I want your guys honest opinion on the 4lb gain.
Had a nice little shoulder/ham/hip workout with the pops. I have a rule not to train shoulders less than 4 days after chest but I said fukc that today and did it anyway. Once and while wont hurt anyway. Numbers didnt change much but considering that I did it 2 days after chest they were good. Left shoulder is feeling a bit dry. So uppn the fishies today.
Pre wo (45 mins) - 3 TO, 2 RPM
Intra w/o - 2g Taurine, 1.5 scoop Intra aid (looks like there is still half a tub left

, 4g BA, 60g carbs. Im runnin a bit low on the complex carbs. I do have a tub of fast carbs :footinmouth: (all sugar! bleh!). So Im thinkin to lengthn the rest of my slow carbs, Ill throw 40g slow/20g fast carbs until I get payed and can buy more slow carbs.
The w/o:
1. Laying leg curls - 90x8, 120x8, 135x8, 150x8, 165x5 (up 15lbs!)
2. Adduction - 50x8, 90x8, 130x8, 150x8, 170x8 will adjust weights next time. Im pretty sure this is a PR tho!
3. Abduction - 70x8, 90x8, 110x8
4. Seated db press - 45x8, 55x7, 55x6 (no change)
5. Seated lateral raises - been a while since Ive done this seated. 20x12, 25x12, 30x12 rest pausing the last 4 reps
6. Standing front hammer raises - been a while on these too. 25x12, 30x12, 35x12. Will do more next time.
And that was it. I woulda done something like 1 legged press but I was running late for work.
