But seriously, being a relative forum newb, hows these Logs work? You just start a thread (what section) and post everyday in there with your progress? Are other people allowed to post in them too, or are they just for us to observe but not comment on?

Logs, well basically you might start it in the 'supplement log / review' section. Perhaps start with your goals for the log, starting statistics such as age, height, weight. Perhaps before pictures as well.

Then update either each workout, or each day, commenting on various things such as strength, weight, libido, side effects, leanness or what ever you deem important.

then end the log with a final review, if you achieved your goals, and final stats and pictures.

i'd love to try roo meat. there was a member here asianbabe who said she pretty frequently ate roo as it was inexpensive. Leanest red meat, sounds good to me!

Lol, I just didnt realize Americans knew bout the whole Kiwi-sheep shagging jokes. I thought that stuff was just between Aussies and Kiwi's. But its international! Gold!
Interesting bit of trivia for you....Australia is the only country that eats BOTH its national emblems. hahaha, roo and emu! Man, roo tastes like ass, I cant believe people eat it.

It has the highest iron content of any red meat an the lowest fat. it is the best red meat nutritionally that you can eat........BUT, It tastes like ASS dude. Gamey, gross taste.

if I remember correctly, the One is known to activate GLUT4...does that mean there is little to no benefit of running AP and/or P-Slin while running The One?
