you still need licensing for it in manhattan, but its easier to get than handgun. Find a trap shooting club somewhere around, and they should be able to help you![]()
Try upping your protein as well bro. Also, add some peanut butter in with that morning shake. It'll add extra protein, cals, and it'll taste even better. Maybe have a pb and banana sandwich as well. That's my fave bulking food besides a fluff,pb, and banana sandwich lol.
I put pb in all my oatmeal. The cals are there for growth. Just not sure whats happening

Real tired today not much to report. Will be going to the gym later after class. Probably about 9:00. Just doing some arms and cardio. I have a thought about my weight being gay. This is the first cycle that i Have done cardio consistently after my workout every time. I usually don't because I saty fairly lean without. Maybe it is added fat loss because I seem leaner today.
Just be patient with the weight. I tend to ignore mine most of the time and just watch the mirror. I would not be surprised if you are in fact dropping fat and increasing LBM at the same time.
Increased my cals alot yesterday I probably had about 5000. Today I woke up at 182 wtf is going on.

Gotta say, the 1-Andro definitely takes a toll on your energy levels. That's one reason I amped the dosage - to finish a little earlier. My weight is just swinging around quite a bit now, but I'm always waking over 190.
Hopefully I am just leaning out nicely. I think I might bump it to 7 a day tomorrow and see where that leads me.
I think I may be a touch softer when all is said and done... which is ok with me. I just get anxious to strip it off. I'm a bad bulker.

I just feel like I may have added a bit of fat on to the frame as well. Some parts look more defined and definitely bigger, but I can feel my lower back and stomach taking on a little extra love. :wiggle:

I guess its all about progress. I have nothing to complain about given the weight I've added on my Deads this year.
I jus realized that my top numbers on deads where off by 10 lbs. My bad so i got 395 for 3 and 415 for 4.
