I hear ya; Another "10 days" for my R finger. Although I took the splint off last night and the bone is healed, but still swollen/sore; and the knucke wont flex a smidge. I hope Im on track!:dunno:

That sucks. Try to avoid using it too much. I have a buddy whos pinky is about 70% now and doesnt bend much b/c he used it a lot before the doctor gave the ok.

its been nine months for me. (and Im going Anabolicminds bodybuilding competition with extremely imlited upper body training( took off all this week) except for hack machine shrugs(traps) Injuries take time to heal sometimes a loooonnnggg time.
