Lookn good Sam! Took me like a week to catch up but Im finally able to watch you cut up! Good luck man
Reminds me of when I was on vacation in Calfornia; San Francisco is all hills baby. In Monterey I did some hillwork then went for a nice seaside run :cool3:It's hard to say, it's really hilly around where I live, so I'm usually either going uphill or downhill. Flats are really uncommon around here, so its hard to say. I run at a decent pace, I'm usually pretty damn tired by the time I finish and I'm sweating rather profusely.

Where the heck do you find time for all this training with two jobs???
All my life I've loved chitlins or chitterlings (pork/cow intestine). I figured chitlins were extremely healthy like liver, plus, hello, small intestine, 100% smooth muscle, thus, good protein. Nope, not at all. I had some chitlins and chicken & onions for lunch (odd combo I realize) and then I decided to give the chitlins a look, as I am currently very conscientious of my caloric intake.
These Chitlin bastards are a 3 to 1, fat to protein ratio! One serving was something 34g fat to 12g protein! Had I not ate chicken as well, I might have tossed it up. Chances are I had more then 1 serving, uuggghhh... I'll never have chitlins again.
Damn bro... that is DENSE!!!
Are you around San Francisco dude? I forgot...
Yeah, if I were a powerlifter who consumed calories by the g's, rather then chocolates, I'd just go with chitlins.
I don't live in NorCal, I have family up there, so I visit on occasion, but I live in the land of nuts & fruits, Sunny SoCal.
That breakdown is really confusing to me... I would have thought the same as you - mostly protein... Must cling on to a lot of fat though - were they fried? I didn't think you ate them fried, but people in the south do - so make sure you were looking up the right dietary breakdown before you get yourself all bent out of shape.
I'll be training in Frisco the weekend of Feb 6th - so if you're in the area... Hollllaaaaa....
Boiled... and the serving size isn't all that much, I probably ate 3 servings in that one sitting, so like, 90+grams of fat to sub 20g protein. It's over now, I'd like to relegate this experienced to my suppressed memory. Food molestation.
Shaddow had issues with work that needed to be dealt with. I think he's just got more important things to take care of...Never talked to LW.Does anybody know whatever happened to Shaddow and Livewire?
Fasted AM Activities.
[supps: AP, TTA-500, Phenadrine, 7.5mg Y-HCL, 500mg ALCAR, Lean Xtreme]
1. Ran to work 1.5 miles
2. Took client on 1 mile run.
3. Performed HIIT on the treadmill with client.
4. Walk/Run home 1.5 miles due to my legs feeling like lead from the HIIT.
first meal 7:30am.
[supps: Relora, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Phosphatidyl Serine, 7-Keto]
For my anti cort assault, I take the Relora, Rhodiola.....etc... twice a day and Lean Xtreme three times a day.
I probably won't lift tonight, I may or may not perform a second session of cardio.
206lbs first thing in the morning, 205lbs post AM cardio.
You're doing a great job Sam. Your dedication and commitment is obvious.
As a general dietary reference note: I would have went with the hamburgers over the pork chops. Pork has the highest fat content of any meat.
Also: I think you're beginning to get a sense of why it is important to drop caloric intake slowly, rather than just jumping into a miniscule diet. Not just for maintaining muscle tissue; the body will adjust to any diet eventually, and aside from the drastic steps it will take to hold onto fat stores because it senses not enough food will be coming in, here's the bigger issue: once the body has adjusted to that uber-low intake, and you need to drop it further to shake up fat loss -- where do you go from there? If you start at the bottom threshhold, you have nowhere to go any further.
Just some thoughts; I'm enjoying seeing your enthusiasm with this process.
Keep it up!

My day started a bit late, so rather then eating every 2.5 hours, I had to eat every 2 hours to get six meals in.
Same goes with training Sam, if you start at a higher threshold, where do you go further once your body adjusts, 6 workouts per day ?!
Take it easy machine-man, you want to make the fatloss sustainable right ?![]()
You gonna grace us with some pics, so we can behold these changes??!! Please!!
Slam the vit C (6g), pound some echinacea, drink some AlkaSeltzer night-time cold & flu formula, should be gone by morning.
Dr. Snag's Rx..works for me!![]()
Once I'm pic worthy, I'll definitely share the pain, sweat & toil
:jaw: W.O.W. I am speechless. Just looking at that makes me squirm.First thing in the AM
1. 25mg Ephedrine
2. Recreate
3. DCP
4. Lean Xtreme
5. Y-HCL
6. Fasted AM with Anabolic Pump
Afternoon
1. Reduction AM
Late Afternoon
1. Recreate
2. DCP
3. Lean Xtreme
4. (Y-HCL if necessary).
I'm mega dosing Vitamin C like a pirate with scurvy, pounding double shots of Airborne and taking Echinacea through a rolled up dollar bill.
:toofunny: aye aye matey..
I don't think I'm at the point of Cold Turkey Stim yet. Once I hit 200lbs, which is another 5-7lbs (another 2-3 weeks, hopefully). I plan on dropping all stims and going with
1. T-911
2. DCP
3. Lean Xtreme
4. Fasted AM with Anabolic Pump
and stay on a 6 meals a day diet. Go at that for 6 weeks and then get back on my beloved stims to continue an all out cut. Of course once I include the T-911, my lifts will be back on full force and cardio will take a back seat, or at least no more double days and cardio at the end of the workout, rather then the beginning.
I did do a fasted AM lift this morning, but that'll most likely be all the activity I do today.
Incline Bench
185lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
Incline-Smith Bench
185lbs x 10 reps x 5 sets
Incline Machine Press
120lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets
Incline Fly Machine
155lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
Way to snap back big V!!! You showed that bug who da boss is!!! :chairshot: :smashfreakB:Felt amazing! My sickness grew progressively worse until 6:30pm. By then, all the Airborne, Vitamin C, Echinicea Hiroshima'ing finally payed off and I felt 100%. I went to the gym, worked out with a hoody on to burn out any existing virus and ended up having one of the most outstanding Brachio emphasized bi's workouts in awhile.
Damn good Rx!! Alka Seltzer night time cold and flu is the ONLY stuff that works on my flu. I like the commercial where the guy is walking home from work and looks like a fukkin ghost and then walks in the door and drinks some AS and he's all alive again!!!Slam the vit C (6g), pound some echinacea, drink some AlkaSeltzer night-time cold & flu formula, should be gone by morning.

the only articles/studies i have read on it suggest results after 6 months using it at like 4 grams per day or night. doesnt seem like something that will break a plateau. What are your guys thoughts on CLA? I was considering adding that, but I'm a bit skeptical of fat burning oils. I went through 3 bottles of Sesathin (Sesamin Oil) and I felt like it was a waste of money.

I've been doing a lot of looking around on using benadryl*to clean beta receptors, as I intend on reinstituting Ephedrine back in the mix. I've been using my current stims in conjunction with Reset-AD, but from what I understand in the difference of Reset-AD vs benadryl, is that benadryl is specific to beta receptors, while Reset-AD is effective for stims in general.
Anyone have experience with benadryl*while on Ephedrine? I've read between 50-75mg a night. Your wisdom is much appreciated.
What in Benadryl helps that? Is it the diphenhydramine or something else?
"Benadryl is sold as an anti-histimine in the United States, and/or a sleep aid elsewhere in the world. However, Beta receptors are embedded in the cell's outer phospholipid membrane. The stability of the membrane has a lot to do with the proper function of the receptors. Methylation of the phospholipids is stimulated by the binding of beta agonists to their receptors. Methylated phospholipids are foreign to the body, and when the body recognizes them as foreign, it breaks them down with phospholipase A2. This changes the structure of the outer membrane which results in desensitizaton of the beta receptors. On the other hand, agents that inhibit phospholipase A2 slow desensitization.
Cationic ampiphylic drugs are known for their ability to inhibit phospholipase A2. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a cationic ampiphylic drug.
Ergo, Benadryl slows desensitization of Beta receptors (i.e. Upgrades them) by inhibiting phospholipase A2, which is the enzyme that breaks down methylated phospholipids, and this action in turn keeps the phospholipid membrane stable, and thus keeps the receptors functioning properly.
