Troponin Nutrition's Anatrop fruit punch, serving size 20g(10g L-Leucine per/serv) with creatine mono and L-Taurine too.BCAA ratio 2:1:1 leucine/valine/isoleucine

Makes me :( that Core ABC isnt even in the poll but at least its getting some recognition in the thread. The profile really is hard to beat.

x2. this is really starting to get crazy on how ABC is left out of the mix when the ingredient profile is superior to the others!

some bulk bcaa added to AI's Excell :woohoo:
btw, i think Universal's Animal Nitro is not just a BCAA, it's an EAA product :head:

That is correct.

For BCAAs, there's BCAA Stack (powdered drink mix), BCAA 2000 (capsules).

For EAAs, there's Animal Nitro (capsules), EAA Stack (powdered drink mix, no carbs), and EAA Nitro (powdered drink mix, with carbs).

I've done bulk bcaas, bulk leucine, xtend, and xtend+bulk bcaas. The last was my preference of those.

I can't afford EAA/BCAAs right now, jobless me, but purple wraath and Core ABC both have great ingredient profiles! Definitely kill to give them a try.

Lots of good choices here, use a few of them myself..

But the best BCAA complex in existence imo is MNT's Nitro E8. These things are ungodly good - you can "feel" the difference, and the results are unparalleled.

In fairness, this is an EAA complex, but the BCAA quality is off the charts. This is the same formula of the old NitroMine, created by Dr. Eric Serrano years ago.

Good stuff.

Gram for gram its very expensive so I would really hope someone else had tried it.

The best of the best usually is not cheap. This is a product that stands head & shoulders above anything else in it's segment.
EAA complexes are not inexpensive to begin with.
Try it for yourself.

Purple Wraath was one of the first supplements I ever purchased (not counting whey), and it has been a staple ever since. I also sip on Xtend throughout the day. I would have long gone to bulk powders by now, but I have some strange loyalty to PW and Xtend...

DBC5, I agree ABC and the MRP are both top notch! As a result of enjoying Zap, I'm looking into Core more closely.

just follow bottle directions? I only workout 3 days a week. I think the write up states 5 days.......... 5 tabs pre, 10 tabs post, depending on bodyweight.

I assume you have experience with Nitro E8? How long did you run them? Do you still run them?

please and thank you.

Any bcaa ba Citrulline Malate product with out glutamine?

I dont understand how bulk BCAA from nutraplanet is a better deal than Xtend? I did the math and it comes out to the bulk bcaa costing more and having only 78 servings as opposed to Xtend's 90...

maybe this price was because i got xtend on sale, but it still has way more stuff than regular bulk and has an actaul taste.

You did your math wrong. I've done this too many times to count lol.

Supplement Facts

Serving Size: 2 Scoops (11.5 grams)
Servings per Container: 90

Amount Per Serving % Daily Value
Vitamin B6 (as Pyroxidine HCI) 10mg 167%
L-Leucine 3.5g **
L-Glutamine 2.5g **
L-Isoleucine 1.75g **
L-Valine 1.75g **
Citruline Malate 1g

BCAA's = 7g x 90 servings = 630g BCAA's. Don't count Glutamine, but add that in separate, same with CM. Flavouring is also a nice bonus. In the end the price difference isn't huge and the Xtend tastes awesome, but with the recent price increase in Xtend bulk BCAA's look a bit sweeter. however Invalid Link Removed is still $50!!!

no leucine plus citrline malate are the main movers in xtend but then u have to add a flavoring, ends up costing more grreen and time than u think

yeah xtend seems like a sweet deal and i loved the lemonade taste of vasocharge... The only problem was that when i bought it i thought id have 90 servings. Im 225+ pounds and supposedly i need 6 scoops spread before and during my workout??? whats that all about?? But id say xtend is by far the best deal, i hate having to make my own flavors...

Just to raise awareness, AX is coming out with a BCAA product, with a more favorable BCAA ratio. Should be out before the holidays.

when do the samples come out?
i just became a member on anabolicx but it wont let me post replies.

Why take BCAA and not EAA?

I think I've read some studies saying intake of EAA is better than BCAA (I'll try to find the links).

So something like Purple Wraath (or any other EAA) is way better than any BCAA.

Try clicking the icon that says "QR" on the bottom right of each post. This will activate the quick reply box on the bottom of the page.

Samples should be coming out in the next few weeks. Biggie is getting a fart-ton of them made, so whenever we get the go ahead, we'll post up a thread here announcing it. First-come, first-served, so keep your eyes peeled!

soon it will be Primordial
First of the year Primordial Performance is coming out with a BCAA that is mixed with organic freeze dried fruit. It tastes great. Like fruit punch.
Oh and it will only have 3g of sugar for every 5g of branch

Will be looking at that for sure!

Looking forward to this! :)

what the difference if the products you take have the same ingredients in the same amounts??? alot of the ones mentioned do....

Quality of the ingredients is a very big difference. That’s why in PP’s Invalid Link Removed we went with Ajinomoto. Check it out. Invalid Link Removed

I like Xtend because it tastes good.

I also have bulk Creatine, AAKG, Taurine, Citrulline Malate, and Beta Alanine from Nutraplanet. I make my own pre / inter workout drink with a scoop or 2 of Xtend and adding the bulk products. You end up with a pre-workout drink as good or better than the expensive mixes.

I am going to try adding bulk BCAA's to the Xtend to see if it still tastes good. If it does, I imagine you could mix a tub of Bulk BCAA's with Xtend for a substantial savings.

You can, and it does help save $$ :) 1 serving Xtend + Some Bulk BCAA's is enough to flavour 500-600 mL water.

Great addition!

I've been able to mix equal parts of bulk BCAA and Watermelon flavor Xtend and retain the same great taste.

I too mix Xtend, BCAA, Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, and L-Leucine. I sometimes add 15g waxie maize to the above mix depending on how I'm feeling.

I prefer bulk BCAA b/c I'm a cheap dutchman. I might break down and buy some Xtend though and mix 1/2 and 1/2. For now I just toss in the BCAA and grin and bear it. WMS seems to help somewhat. Also a little lemon or lime juice helps.

the other day i got tired of looking at my 300g or so of bulk LEUCINE. So, i just dumped about 25packets of crystal light. Now i have strawberry flavored bulk leucine to sip during workouts and PWO. Pretty dang good actually
