DAY 25 :

late update, but here we go. went to bed around 11 ish. dosed 40 minutes before i went to sleep. woke up at 7:45 this AM - kids are going back to school, so the alarm got me. felt really good all day, starting to crash right now, so i'm dosing my x-dreams within the next few.

no dreams to report.

day 26 :

dosed just before midnight, and was in bed by 12:40. slept like a rock, until my 7:45 alarm clock decided to tick me off. here's a very short dream i had....

i was at one of my friends fathers house - mr takeda. for some reason, my girly girl and daughter didn't get the clue when i took my shoes off at the door, and by the time we got 20 feet into the house, we were getting yelled at. that's all i remember.
 
sounds like a japanese tradition,must take off shoes/flip flops in the house!:thumbsup:...You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to suncloud again.

lol. that was straight out of left field. i think the only reason i had this dream, is i just found out my sons best friend at school is japanese. i always suspected he was from somewhere else in asia - laos was my guess. weird how that triggered a dream though.
 
when i was a little boy(10 or so)i used to have a good friend with the same name as me.we were the 2 bobby's yellow bob,and bobby brown!..LOL..we used to walk down to the local 7-11!..and this guy would stay there all day reading comic books!i miss him,i never saw him ever since i was 12!

My kids had 2 weeks off of school, I got no sleep, and when I did I felt like i didnt sleep, Maybe I should have had some of this on hand during the Break! lol, but there back now, so my bed is my best friend right now ..:thumbsup:

man, i didn't realize how exhausting kids can be! my girls sister flew down from anchorage, so we had an 8,7,2 year old, and a 7 month old kid as well. argh! i swear my sanity was lost within the first few hours.

very well. her 2 year old son is evil though. very bossy, demanding, doesn't say please, almost dictates what he wants, then screams when he doesn't get his way. thank god i wasn't cycling though the christmas break....

when they came down, they brought some ocean caught salmon and some moose with them, so i used the moose as an excuse to chop it up and make more chili :)

Wow bro you had your hands full!! I have a 6yr and a 1 yr old, and trust me im in 10 places at once! I credit you for lasting a few hours! hahahahaha

yeah, it was really aggravating. my kids are very polite. sure they whine sometimes when they don't get their way, but that's kids. i've never had a kid yell and issue me demands before. i just kept walking away from him.

anyways, glad that's over with. the worst was when my g/f decided that her sister needed a break from the kids, so she left them all here. then my g/f took off to go see her doctor.... alone with 6 kids was not my idea of spending a saturday. at least it didn't fall on a gym day :)

LOL..:thumbsup:..i have a nephew like that sunny!..that little punk really gets under my skin!..when im on cycle i imagine hanging him up by the short hairs!..then my g.f comes along and snaps her fingers in front my face to snap me out of the zone!..BWAHAHHAHA!:lol:

It is nice to sleep so deeply- I'm usually a pretty light sleeper, but recently (while on X-Dream) I have been sleeping through my husband getting up and out of bed- very unusual! :) I like it!

initially, that was my issue as well. even the noise of the cat jumping off the bed would wake me up. it couldn't be the movement of the cat, as i have a tempurpedic bed. g/f getting up was too noisy for me, i even think those days i couldn't figure out what woke me was some twerp with his bass too high driving by my place. this is much nicer :)

dosed at 11:20 during the daily show. i could barely keep my eyes open during the colber report. passed out, but didn't sleep very well. or did i? :think: 7:44, i woke up to the alarm.

here's the dream, and where it gets silly. i dreamed that i kept waking up. now i'm not exhausted like i should be if that actually happened. that dream sucked.

i used to be so tired, i would go through a pot of coffee and just start feeling some energy. now i can go with the first cup, sometimes i don't even need that - an incredible difference - at least to me :)

DAY 29 :

dosed last night, around 10:30 - a little early for me, but i was ready to go to bed. by 11, i was already asleep. woke up around 6 this morning, with no interruptions. feeling very good - took me about 15 minutes to wake up.

dreams... something about cooking... desert no less. i don't even know how to use the oven - the one piece of kitchen appliance that baffles me. wierd. gonna try burning something now in this dread piece of cookware :)
 
DAY 30 :

dosed at 11 ish. went to bed shortly after. 8AM i woke up. definitely needed my coffee to wake up, but i've only had one cup so far.

dreams : had a really odd dream about going to victoria BC - flying this time, with the kids. there was still snow on the ground, so the kids tried making a snowman. daughter wanted to make a crown out of snow for it, which ended up looking like a mohawk. that's it till tomorrow :)
 
I appreciate the amount of updates that you give, Suncloud. I've been following the entire time, but I feel being a true Rep, it's best that I am away from the reader's eye.

Sun if you have this many dreams about Canada we might just have to make you an honorary citizen ;) Glad to see you're consistent with the X-Dreams. I took 2 days off again, and boy was it hard to fall asleep that first night. Oddly enough, I had dreams on both the nights I didn't take the X-Dreams (But took ZMA/1-Carboxy instead).

thanks steveoph. i'm actually a dual by birth :) . had to get rid of my canadian citizenship temporarily while in service to obtain my TS/SCI clearance. now that i'm out, i've re-applied and obtained my canadian citizenship, so i've got both again !

i can't believe you're taking days off of x-dreams ! i don't have the kahunas to do that :)

dosed at 10:30, and went to bed at 11ish. watched ginger snaps II on the sci-fi channel before bed. woke up this morning at 8AM. i woke up really quick. got most way into making the kids breakfast before i realized i didn't brew my cup of coffee.

dreams - another one of canada, this time vancouver. i was walking around a tiny suburb known as false creek. it had to be summertime and in the afternoon, as a few kids were brave enough to get in the water. i was heading towards granville island with my two little ones and my girly girl, trying to convince her that we needed to buy a summer home here.

unfortunately the winters are too cold for a permanent place :( she has arthritis among many other things.

anyways, got one pill left, so i'll update tomorrow as well :)

took one pill last night at 10:30. by 11pm i was really tired. went to bed. woke up 4-5 times last night :( . definitely two pills are the way to go for me. although i already have another bottle, i feel doing a log should be for the duration of what you were given, hence my 1 pill last night. no dreams.
