Did you do this all on Saturday? If so they're closed and they will get to you quickly on Monday. Also if you included your order # with the form from the Contact Us page, it is automatically appended to your order so it won't get processed/shipped without them reading your message.

my items have been "pending" since i ordered the first day of the sale. but there's been holidays and weekends so i didn't expect to get an update. i'm sure by tuesday it'll be processing

Nope we were open Friday, and I know they were working hard till 8pm to try and get as many orders processed and shipped as possible with what we had in stock. You guys have made this sale very successful, and I know there's many of you holding off while a few items get restocked this upcoming week.

I emailed them back saying that I was not happy now that I'm going to be out an extra $11.00 b/c they could not combine my second order with my first.

Still a killer sale by any means. I'm happy to be getting some great products at great prices; snafus like that just suck though.

EDIT: Incredibly CS emailed back and resolved the issue! Apparently both orders need to be flagged and they had not shipped yet! I'm truely impressed. Thx NP!

As long as your order hasn't shipped! Use this form here Contact Us and remember to include your order ID.

To see if the status of your order, go to https://www.nutraplanet.com/orders?view=1 and see what the top (most recent) order says; Pending means it has been received, then it is processed, and then shipped. To add items, you ideally want to be in the Pending status.

As for adding items, you have 2 options. Use that contact us method and include your order #, or if you're super worried about the product getting sold out, make a 2nd order with the I3C/etc and ask them to merge this with your initial order. We try our hardest to merge them before it ships out, but it has been CRAZY lately.

both y-rd and adrenaline contain glucuronlactone, caffeine and geranium oil.
i have not tried either of them but based on the fact that they contain the same exact ingredients i would assume you will be equally happy with adrenaline.
