Back From The Dead!! Lol
My sincerest apologies to all my readers and supporters for not coming back yesterday and logging my workout numbers. They were WAY off!! The spirit (thundergod) was indeed willing, but the flesh (Jeff) was decidedly weak. I plodded on through my workout like a stubborn dinosaur, but it was probably not the wisest choice.
I threw up twice before the workout and then once again violently after the session. Dry heaving and all dat shit! It was awful. I've never had sickness come over me so swiftly before. It was almost instantaneous. Friday night at work I felt a little hot and just slightly queezy. But by Saturday morning I knew something was terribly askew.
So after my less than stellar workout and puke-fest, I decided to lie down for a while. That turned into all day! I was truly sick and I knew it.
I called in sick to work last night. First time in 17 months!! My boss was totally surprised. But understanding of course.
So.....I'm feeling about 80 to 85% this morning. Which is good considering how bad I felt yesterday. I have kept my breakfast down so far. I am going to hit up HIIT cardio here in a few and get this thing back on track.
Mulletsoldier, I apologize for the temporary setback bro. I did not take my afternoon round of supplements as I knew they would not stay down!!
But all is well now, and I'm ready to finish this thing strong.
Once again I've learned that "that which does not kill us, only makes us stronger"!! :bb3:
