NOW, for the cons of the White Flood/Green MAGnitude:

- on OFF-days, I do not use White Flood, and I drink one serving of Green MAGnitude at some point during the day. Whenever it's ONLY Green MAGnitude I consume, stomach troubles occur 15-20% of the time only.

- on workout days, like mentioned before, I use White Flood pre-workout, and Green MAGnitude by itself immidiately post-workout. White Flood gives me stomach troubles 50-60% of the time, and as a result, [TODAY] I hit the bowl twice before my workout [following consumption of WF] and once in the middle of my workout.

- on workout days, I consume Green MAGnitude post-workout, and 75-80% of the time, it results in severe stomach troubles. Today, I've had another 3 trips to the bathroom following consumption of Green MAGnitude, and I'm talking .. free flow .. won't go into detail, but it's BAD !!


.. like I said, I'm fighting through the stomach troubles, but it's a B!TCH !!! From here on out, I will not use another liquid pre-workout drink in a while [once I'm done with White Flood, that is], and I'm 99% certain I'll be picking up a bottle of White Flood caps. WHY ?! -because White Flood still gives me the most intense/insane/unbelievable energy/focus/stamina I've ever gotten from a pre-workout. BAR NONE ! I've said it before, and I'll say it again, if you've got $45 to spend on a ~2 month supply of a pre-workout; White Flood is the WAY TO GO regardless of your goals !

However, I do not see similar feedback, so I dare say it's simply my individual reaction. Put it this way, Xtend [watermelon] gives me stomach troubles 20-25% of the time, particularly if I simply sip on a serving at some point during the day. However, when drinking Xtend intra-workout, I do not suffer the same troubles. I don't know how to justify my troubles, but I'm pushing through it ..

And yes, WhiteFLOOD is an excellent pre-workout product. I started taking 10 tablets today. If you only take it on workout days, it will last you a long time, assuming you don't lift 6-7 days a week. Well worth the money.

Yes, sir, I should've thought twice about it. Perhaps even opted for the Green Bulge over the Green MAGnitude as initially suggested. Anyway, we learn from our mistakes, and I have mine .. Capsules are my friend, and the White Flood with 320 caps each bottle will be a definite NEXT in my stack ! I see Nutraplanet only has 4 left, so I've got to hurry up and scrape together some $$$ ASAP !

.. and 'hit the bowl' ?! No, sir, I do not smoke the GANJA intra-workout ! LOL .. the GANJA is greatly reduced, and merely an occasional late-night cool-down product ! :thumbsup:

Clean and Jerk is something I still need to work on. I got a guy in the gym to record a video for me so I could ask you guys some questions on it. I know I need to be getting under the bar after the snatch, and almost bring it down into a front squat, but my wrists were giving me trouble today. After the video was taken, I had the guy help me out with some of the technique (he played football in college), so hopefully I can get another video next week showing my improved form. On this video I'm almost doing a hybrid high row/jerk movement. Haha.

That is exactly what I've been doing too :nono:.... damn, time to re-educate myself, yeah it needs to be ATG front squat, just as easy.... :eek:

Thanks for the help, Dragonfly. I'll be sure to fix it. After I took that video I had that guy help me with the form, and I was pretty much doing what those videos show, but I noticed a few other things I need to work on as well.
 
I think it's definitely the niacin that is flushing me, and not the BA in the WF.

I'm doing fasted cardio this morning. About twenty minutes ago I took: 5 BlueGENE, 3 Basic Cuts, 25mg Ephedrine, and 2.4g 1-C. I've been doing the 1-C before fasted cardio for a GH boost.

I only drink water during my fasted cardio, but I'll have my shake + oats afterwords, and then Meal 2 an hour after that.

Viking, your numbers are up HIGH bro. I definitely see an increase in most of your lifts; if not with reps, then with weight. I am sorry to hear about the stomach problems. I do recommend you split up the GM dosing, and even the WF dosing. You could also try with a small amount of carbs. Either way, a little trip to the bathroom after a workout is worth the intensity your getting.

Personally, I use the BULGE capsules, FLOOD powder, GG and Blue Gene at the moment. I am with you guys every step of the way.

I did a workout yesterday, it was a circuit of squats, clean and presses, skull crushers and pushups. Went through the circuit 5 times followed by weighted dips (chicken style, me and my boy play. We go at the same time, and whoever fails first is punished with more reps :))

Today was fasted cardio. 20mins on incline treadmill (13% @ 3.2mph) and 20mins on Spin Bike.

1hr Pre-workout: 5 BlueGENE, 3 Basic Cuts, 25mg E, 2.4g 1-C, 3 pumps of Napalm applied to lower abdominals and lower back

Intra-workout: 32oz water

Post-workout: 2 scoops LG Lipotropic Protein, 1/2 cup rolled oats (ground, in shake)

I'll be having Meal 2 in about 30 mins, about an hour post-workout.

Most definitely.

It looks like a great product, and I'd love to try it at some point. Possibly in my next stack somewhere. I have never been a huge creatine-product person (because I always buy the bulk powders) but GreenBULGE really looks interesting with all of the extra ingredients in it...especially the K-rala. I'd probably get two bottles and treat it as though I was using a nutrient partitioner.

For my next stack, I considered buying LG SLIN and taking it before fasted workouts (this is what I'll be doing after this stack) but since GB has the k-rala in it as well as the creatine complex, I will probably end up using GB instead. I'd take 5 caps pre-workout and 5 caps with my post-workout meal.

Yes, sir, weights and reps are both up, and I'm excited about that. I know these'll continue rising, as I'm finally adjusted [knock on wood] to this thin air here in the Rocky's. Last night's deltoid session was JUST the kind of workout I had been looking forward to since last August and last December when I was up here; I remember stamina, endurance and strength went up each and every time .. and with the addition of the CL stack, I KNOW it'll keep going ! :duel:

I forgot to note that I DID split up the GG dosage; 2 scoops mixed with 2 scoops of Xtend in 26 oz. water; sipped on half before yesterday's swimming session, and the other half following it. Then I had another 2 scoops intra-workout last night, totaling 4 scoops for the day.

How would you suggest I split up the WF dosing? Due to the increased focus @ 3 scoops/pre-workout, I KNOW I'll be trying that again tonight, and just hope for less of stomach discomfort .. but I'll decide THEN whether I'll space out the WF dosing; 3 scoops just puts me on top of the world; no $hit ! :thumbsup:

Viking, for the WF I might split it up like 1.5 scoops one-two hours pre workout, and then the other 1.5 immediately pre workout. That way it's easier on your stomach, but the ingredients will still be going strong in your system

I just woke up from my nap in the most weird way...

I was laying in my bed completely motionless, although I thought I was awake yet couldn't really move. I heard footsteps in the house and then someone threw a pillow at me (something typical of my brother, so I just figured he had gotten off of work for some reason). I wanted to get up, but still couldn't move. Suddenly, I felt like someone was staring at me, and I thought, "Hmmm, maybe it's not my brother." So I forced myself to grab my shotgun by my bed, and that's when I woke up...Nobody was in the house. Just me. I guess up until grabbing my gun, it was all a dream...Weird!

I blame it on the 1g of 1-C I had about 10mins before I fell asleep.

I don't take 1-C at night with the X-Dreams, but I just started taking it in the morning on cardio days, and mid-day.

And yes I grabbed my gun...I thought someone was about to try to butt-rape me! Now THAT will wake a man up!

The only reason I could swear by the GH affect is if I actually saw my levels, but I haven't; however, I have no reason to not believe it increases GH levels. The sleep improvement alone should be reason enough to believe that it works.

Other things I notice are: Increased libido, better skin, better mood. I have never used 1-C for more than a period of two weeks, so I doubt that's long enough to see any strength improvements from elevated GH levels.

I'd jump on that sale price as soon as you can. I have no idea how long it will last. I have a feeling that they will remove the sale price when the New Years Bonanza goes off.

.. due to a time-constraint, I couldn't do my whole arms session, so I focused on abs and triceps only. I dug the initial non-stop tri set; torched my tris, lats and abs !


.. I'll make it official; no more White Flood, and no more Green MAGnitude. I can not bare it anymore; it's painful, it's F*CKING painful, that's how bad it is. You know when you drink something you can't stand? You'll normally throw it right back up, right ?! It's coming out the other end .. as if I drank it through the other end .. pardon the detail; this is horrid; it's so painful having these 3-6 bathroom breaks pre/intra/post workout, that I was unable to eat my dinner post-workout today. It's official that it's not the GlycerGrow that's causing my troubles; I did not even utilize it pre/intra/post workout today.

.. sorry about this, RenegadeRows; I promise I'm not just quitting it; I'll try back again in 4-5 days or so .. for now, I can't bare it. The Green MAGnitude is EVIL on my system; I can literally count down 5 minutes following consumption before I - literally - flee to the bathroom .. This is frustrating !
 
That's horrible man! What a bummer - I definitely wouldn't use anything that made me feel that way either. It would ruin my training sessions, and I'm sure it's putting a major damper on yours.

It's most likely the magnesium. It can be used as a laxative; so while it's an effective addition to creatine for recovery purposes, it just doesn't sit well with some folks. :(
