From the Blue Gene .. from the White Flood tabs .. from the GG .. Yes, your stamina should be jacked by now, so experiment with the addition of supersets occasionally; not only will you be able to breeze through it thanks to this combo, but you'll reap the benefits of shocking/surprising your body with some drastic variation.
Oh, and the less time spent in the gym, the more time spent recovering and getting your nutrients in . . . :food:
I'll start the superset routine this coming Monday.
Day 8
Today was Day 3: Delts/Hams/Calves
Atlantis Lateral Raise: 70x22,21,17, 75x16,15,15,13,14
BB Front Raise: 30x18,16,16,15,14,15,13.5,14
Prone Leg Curls: 65x20,17,17,17,14,15,13, 70x14
DB SLDL: 50x12,12 (I don't really like this exercise. It was working my back way too much, so I won't be doing it anymore)
Standing Calf Raises: 50x14,14,15,15, (Four other sets were done, but they don't appear to be recorded. I guess my mind was elsewhere)
HIIT: 12 intervals on Spin Bike @ 30/30
It was a decent workout, but I was not that focused. My mind was constantly in other places.
With that said, I'm still noticing the effects of BlueGENE quite well. Even in my unfocused state, I notice that my muscle endurance is much higher, and I'm more on the ball with starting each set quickly and intensely.
GlycerGROW is still giving me the same pumps and vascularity it has been all along. I really love this stuff!
GreenMAG I'm certain has definitely added to some of my endurance, but it's hard to pinpoint its effects quite yet. Hopefully I will start to see my strength rise on my Olympic days due to the creatine content.
WhiteFLOOD is definitely giving me some great pumps and energy, and I'll probably start taking 10-12 tablets each day next week, rather than 8.
On a side note, I'm honestly kind of getting real tired of the Lipotropic protein; its thickness is bothersome, and goes down like a batter even when you use a lot of water. I'll be glad when it's finished and I can buy some more ATW Isolate. If you guys were unaware, Lipotropic protein is Gemma, not Whey, which is why it's so thick. It's a good protein, just doesn't fit my taste.
I hope all of you are having, or have had, a wonderful Christmas! Mine was great. I celebrated last night with most of my immediate family (with the exception of my sister, my brother-in-law and my nephew).
My computer went busto earlier this week, and I had been using my brother's during that time. I didn't say anything to my parents or my brother about this, and yet I unwrapped a new laptop last night that my parents bought me. Woot. It couldn't have came at a better time.
...along with a new French Press (8 cup), a couple travel books, a couple shirts, and some other fun goodies.
