Was the error in Carbohydrates listing ever addressed? How many carbs are there per serving? Im assuming 10? 6g Fiber, 4g Sugar?

So here is the deal, we are looking for four people to try out our new protein powder, Combat Powder. Anyone that logs will have to promise to give 2-3 update a week minimum and will have to include their comments on how the product tastes, mixes, digests, etc and will have to copy and paste their log onto the Muscle Pharm forums as well. Each tester will be given one of the four flavors to try out. The four flavors are:
Chocolate Milk
Banana Cream
Triple Berry
Chocolate Peanut Butter

I don't want to come across as a "Muscle Pharm promo hog", but this stuff looks like some nice protein powder! :thumbsup: If you need a female tester/logger and like the way I write up my logs, I'd love to try this out!:D

Goals: My goals as of right now are to lose approximately 3-4% body fat, while maintaining, and hopefully even gain strength and muscle.

Style of Training:
Currently I am a 2-a-day program with cardio interspersed. I work out four times a week and am doing a full body split. For instance, in the morning I will work out either my upper body, while in the evening I will work out my lower. I may be changing my workout to a 2-a-day, three days a week, with every workout including full body routines.

Dietary Scheme: Breakfast I generally have oatmeal with fruit and a bit of milk. On workout days I usually have a peri and post workout shake made with a combination of dextrose and maltodextrin with bcaa's. In my post workout shake I always have about 30g of protein powder. I consume my post shake within 45 minutes of finishing my lifting. The rest of the day I stick to veggies as my main source of carbohydrates.

Preferred flavor: Chocolate Milk or Triple Berry- but I'll take whatever you wanna' give me! :)

Favorite Protein to Date: All the Whey's Cupcake.

and is currently one of the several instructors there. He also lifts weights 5 days a week with the max-ot style as a foundation keeping in shape physically and mentally. Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): MAX-OT TRAINING AS CLOSE TO THE PROGRAM AS i CAN FIT. It really depends on which machine is open at my gym at the time but I give each body part a rest at least 4-5 days.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I teach martial arts 5 days a week 1-2 hours a day which is very active and running around and demonstrating.

Testing and messing around with pslin but will stop if logging this product if you need me to.


Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):Calories: 3000-5000 (depending on how much money I have that week and time) Protein:278.42 grams Carbs:246.05 grams Fat:54.68 grams

Current Daily water intake: Close to a gallon

Short Term Goal: Bench 45x4. Leg press over 700lbs and going deep. Currently leg press 630

Get to 150lbs of weight

Long Term Goal: 180lbs life time goal.

I put in an app however I did it off the boards to PMiller. I needed to see if it would work with the plans I had for the next few months.

I'm really looking forward to trying out this product. I've currently been using LG's Lipotropic Protein Powder, and while it disolves well, it has an interesting aftertaste. Chocolate is so-so, but Vanilla tastes like crushed up lima-beans with stevia! :/ Blech! I've used it, but not particularly enjoyed it. I hear that they are improving the flavors, so that is good.

Combat Powder will be fun to try out!

I'm a personal trainer in Richmond KY. I have 2yrs as a trainer and 7 yrs. lifting behind me.

My diet is routine day in and day out, couple days high couple days low. Filled with mostly oatmeal, beef, a few vegies, and low-fat milk. Oh did i mention the cereal i'm trying to come off of, honey bunches of oats. May have to go to rehab to get off that stuff.

My goals are to stay strong and maintain a good physique without letting my bodyfat get to low or high, like having energy.

My routines vary every 4-8 weeks depending on what i'm going through. Mostly i choose exercises that accentuate my frame and makes me look proportioned. I'm currently on a low volume med. intensity program. Short, hard, aggressive workouts. My training is what i like to call power bodybuilding. i don't know if i called it that or some russian dude, but i like the name of it.


I have always been natural as for using sterioids, don't think i need them yet. I have used every other supplement under the sun though. I may have cheated, just ran my first cycle of otc procucts.(pro-hormones).

I currently run a supplement bussiness that i just started. I supply the gym that i work for and a few other small businesses in town.

The proteins i currently use are Lean Body proV60 at night, and BSN syntha 6 throughout the day. I use Cell-Tech for post workout. And when I want to trim and sweet during a workout i will use either superPump 250, NanoVapor, or No-Xplode.

Just so you guys know, the Combat won't ship out until sometime next week. The holidays backed us up a little bit.

I've never been the type of person to put up a log of my daily progress when I take a supplement. Actually, I've no desire to put up a log cause everyone seems to say the same thing about the product they're using at the time. It's pretty cut and dry logs with not alot of flair to them. I'm not saying I'm going to give you literature that can be added to the New York Time's best seller list but, it will be as honest and clear as possible.

I've never gave an opinion about a protein powder before in any forum. Most of the time, my excerpts are about prohormones/designer steroids. It would definitely be a first that an opinion would be formulated on protein powder by little ol' me. My curiosity about the product is why I'd like to try this out. Plus, you're offering this stuff for free and it's fun to write on these forums. If you choose me to be a tester, be warned cause sometimes the truth hurts. Then again, you may like what I got to say :thumbsup:
