Close-grip Smith Press
Warm up: 135 * 15, 185 * 12

Seated Overhead DB Extensions

White Flood flavor: Lemon: 2/5 -> this one I'll never enjoy drinking .. but the proof is in the pudding, not the flavor, which is why it's my be ALL/end ALL pre-workout drink.
FOCUS: 5/5 -> the combination of White Flood and Blue Gene will make sure my focus as well as mind/muscle connection will be ON for this next month. I used Blue Gene for 3 weeks in November, as the sole pre-workout at that time, and let me tell you, focus and sustained energy release is definitely up to par. Today, alongside White Flood, this became even more pronounced.
PUMP: 5/5 -> Ohhhh, I don't know where to start; strength right off the bat impressed me on the preacher curls, but the pump began after three warm-up sets. Imagine how this pump kept building up during my incline dumbbell curls and hammer curls .. followed by triceps; I was a hyooooge MF'er at the gym today. I took of one layer after the next as I got more and more pumped; first my sweater, then my t-shirt, then my under armor; at the end I stood there in a tank top, and my pectorals were busting outta my shirt. Mighty impressive!
STRENGTH: 5/5 -> like I said, those preacher curls, i haven't done them with a barbell in over a year, and I was repping out three sets of 120 using FULL ROM! This got my cocky self right in the game. Blasted two new PR's on incline DB curls, with 50s for 10, and 60s for 8. Hammer curls; Ummm, 70s, 80s and 90s; unheard of ! Like I said, the focus, the pump, the combination of it all, had my cockiness at another level, and I kept aiming higher and higher. 150s for 8 on DB Extensions, too; as high as our dumbbells go here, dammit, and I'm slinging that dumbbell up to my shoulder level all by myself. DIPS; I added a 45, then a 45 + 25, then finally a 90 lbs dumbbell [my nuts didn't appreciate the giant round plates]. 10 reps with 90 lbs stapped on me, that ain't right at the moment, that's 320 lbs total including my body weight; and trust me, FULL ROM.
I'm psyched for this to continue; for the Blue Gene to 'build up' in my system, for the Green MAGnitude creatine to maintain the pump throughout the day; for the White Flood to keep giving me the Zen-like focus and energy; and for the GlycerGROW to bring my volumization and pump to another level.
