How do you cook your chicken up? I'd love to add some chicken to my eggs in the morning like you do, but I bake my chicken usually and I don't think baked chicken would taste good in there.

Normally, I unthaw 4-6 lbs of chicken at a time. I get rid of the MINOR amount of fat there is on it, and cut each chicken breast in half [vertically], such that each thick 10 oz piece of chicken breast is instead two flatter 5 oz. pieces of chicken that's much more convenient to cook.

I put the pan on the oven, medium/high. Add 1-2 tbs EVOO in pan. Throw the chicken on there. Add spices as you may please. 3-4 minutes/side, and you're golden.

Ya, I marinade in usually something like Caribbean Jerk, Chipotle Lime, or Garlic and Herb.

What spices do you normally use for the chicken? I think I'm going to add some of this to Meal 2. Probably only about 3-4oz worth.

Another diet update:

In Meal 3, I will no longer be having any carbohydrates. I'll be cutting the flatbread and triscuits, and will instead have only the tuna (mixed with some jalapenos) and a serving of almonds. I may also have a 1/2 serving of coconut oil. I haven't bought the coconut oil yet, but will within the next few days.

If anyone else has diet advice, I'd love to hear it. Everything seems pretty perfect, but I'm sure there is something I could change.

I'm buying some coconut oil myself today. You say 1`tablespoon at night is the usual dosage Irish? Gonna start off like that.

I'll be gleaning some diet info from these abundant fields of wisdom that are found here. I'm starting up a recomp in just days. As soon as my package gets here. So I'm looking for diet recommendations as well.

It's time to lean up all of this mass!! :thumbsup:

Just took 8 tabs of WF, 5 tabs of BG, 25mg E, and 1 serving of BC+EAA.

I'll have Meal 1 in about 20mins with GM, load up my intra-workout drink, and then it's off to toss some iron.

I know Viking has a food scale. I measure some of my stuff, but not all of it. I only have a pocket scale and it can't measure too high. I use it to measure almonds, pasta, supplements, etc., but can't use it for chicken.

My beef is measured simply by how much I buy. I buy packages per/lb. If I buy 16oz, and half it (which is what I do for Meal 4), then that's 8oz of beef.

For chicken I just kind of guess. I may actually be eating more than I think. I need to get a food scale.

I'd recommend placing a tray on the scale, hitting the zero-out/tare button, and then putting the food on the tray. But yes, I'd clean that.

An easy way to do it and not be all scientific with it is to buy the 1.5 lb. packs, usually they'll have 3 strips of proportionate pieces per pack, so you're roughly 8 oz. per serving..

Barring that, yeah food scales are invaluable if you're adhering to a strict, proportioned diet. Using Clorox on your scales for clean-up is a little overkill tho.. just warm water & soap will suffice..
 
Day 1

Got back from the gym 45mins ago. I just finished Meal 2.

I had an excellent workout. Judging from this workout, I've had no loss of strength during my break. Everything was on par.

I can already feel the BlueGENE kicking in. My endurance was real high this morning. Rest-time between sets was much lower than normal.

Here was my routine this morning:

7:30am- Woke up

7:45- took 8 WhiteFLOOD, 5 BlueGENE, 25mg E, 1 serving of LG Sciences BC+EAA

8:05- 400mg P-Slin, made intra-workout drink with 20g BCAAs, 4 scoops of GlycerGROW, Crystal Light

8:15- Meal 1 (2 scoops ATW Isolate, 1 cup of oats, 60g WMS, 1 serving GreenMAG), left for the gym

8:45- Started lifting

Workout: Day 3- Delts/Hams/Calves/HIIT

Atlantis Lateral Raise Machine (2 warmup, 6 working)
BB Front Raises (2 warmup, 6 working)
Prone Leg Curl (2 warmup, 8 working)
Standing Calf Raise (8 working)

HIIT: 10 intervals, 30/30 on Spin Bike

Everything went great with the exception of my right hamstring. It felt a little tight, so I didn't do a second exercise for my hams. They'll get hit a little tomorrow and also on the Olympic Lower Body workout.

8 white floods off jump, eh? Lucky for you, you're not hypersensitive to paresthesia. I love BA, but I hate the way it makes me feel. I can't wait until everything has saturated your system and you start to feel the full and combined effects of your A-Bomb stack.

Yes, i use a food scale. Measure it pre-cooked.

I just make sure I keep the scale-tray clean; sometimes I just clean it right prior to weighing out my chicken.

Man, normally I don't have any problems with paresthesia from BA, so it could have been the Niacin, but I had it this morning. My skin got real blotchy and my ears started to itch like hell.

Are you supposed to only take 4 tabs or something in the beginning? I don't even pay attention to that stuff anymore unless it's a product with stuff in it that I've never used.

I may bump the WF up to 10 tabs. Did you ever do this while taking it? Did you notice a difference?

I do honestly love whoring myself out to supplements. I actually just got an NP delivery about twenty seconds ago. My brother yelled, "You got more drugs, here!" - Unfortunately it's nothing cool. Just some Dymatize Elite 12hr and WMS. :sad: - But that's okay, I'm pretty loaded with Controlled Labs! I can't wait to see how I react to the GlycerGROW. That's what I'm most excited about.

I do partially regret not aiming for the Tabs instead, and avoiding ALL potential stomch upset from the powder. I'm considering picking up a bottle from NP over the Holidays, but we'll see. I know how well the powder treats me focus/energy wise, it's just a matter of whether my stomach has gotten tougher when it comes to stims/pre-workouts.
 
GlycerGrow is very underrated, IMO. Cheap, effective and a tub lasts forever. I had a hard time choosing between it and purple wraath in that "Review the Review" Promo.

I did try 2 servings GG both on Monday and Tuesday (1 serving pre, one serving intra), and there was a definite increase in volumization. Looking forward to this giant supply we've got of it here; like you said one bottle will last quite a while.

I'm not yet sure how I'll dose it, though .. I'm thinking 1 serving pre, and 2 servings intra.

Irish, what are your thoughts here?

Also, do you suggest I do both the White Flood and the Green MAGnitude pre-workout? Or White Flood pre-workout, with Green MAGnitude immidiately post-workout .. ?
 
Ya, I haven't heard much on it. It looks great. Has 4 stars at NP. The price is insanely good. 120 servings, and you only have to take it once a day. I'm taking 4 scoops, so it's 90 servings, but that's still an awesome deal. Rarely can you spend under $30 on a supplement like this and have it last for 90 days. Controlled Labs is awesome. I've never been let down by any of their stuff.

My top three companies are Controlled Labs, LG Sciences and Palo Alto Labs.

I may either toss another serving of GG in Meal 1, and have one serving intra, or just take both intra. I'm not sure yet.

I'd take both WF and GM pre-workout. That's what I'm doing. I would think for a creatine product, if you're picking either pre or post-wo, pre-wo would be best.

#1. Controlled Labs

#2 & #3 are still up for debate; but PAL's Incarnate has treated me REAL good time and time again, and AEN's Intrastack did wonders.
 
I'd have a very hard time ordering my three. I've never been let down by any of their stuff. The only thing I've taken out of any of those that I didn't like was pSARM, but that's only because I got real sick to my stomach from it. I'm sure it's a great product, but I couldn't handle it. I don't blame LG for that.

You're among many, it seems, who has these reactions to pSarm. Texaslifter did as well .. Hmm, weird, I've never ever tried a product in which got me sick like you guys described. Yohimbine HCL never did anything for me; neither good nor bad.

You're not "supposed" to, but I did only because I am irrationally, hypersensitive to paresthesia, so I chose to do that on my own accord. I would get it in my legs, through my entire back, chest, stomach, face and forearms.

I would recommend the full dosage for optimal effects (if you can handle it) and a little paresthesia in the ears don't seem so bad.

I never took 10 caps. 8 was enough and my limiting factor was my severe degree of paresthetic reaction. I would imagine 10 caps would provide greater energy, but I have not tried it myself.

I don't even think it was the Y. I've taken tons of other stuff from LG that had Y in it and I was fine.

I seriously felt like I was going to die for about two hours after taking that stuff. It was HORRIBLE. Think of the worst possible flu you could ever have, and that's what it was like.

FOCUS: 5/5 -> the combination of White Flood and Blue Gene will make sure my focus as well as mind/muscle connection will be ON for this next month. I used Blue Gene for 3 weeks in November, as the sole pre-workout at that time, and let me tell you, focus and sustained energy release is definitely up to par. Today, alongside White Flood, this became even more pronounced.

PUMP: 5/5 -> Ohhhh, I don't know where to start; strength right off the bat impressed me on the preacher curls, but the pump began after three warm-up sets. Imagine how this pump kept building up during my incline dumbbell curls and hammer curls .. followed by triceps; I was a hyooooge MF'er at the gym today. I took of one layer after the next as I got more and more pumped; first my sweater, then my t-shirt, then my under armor; at the end I stood there in a tank top, and my pectorals were busting outta my shirt. Mighty impressive!

STRENGTH: 5/5 -> like I said, those preacher curls, i haven't done them with a barbell in over a year, and I was repping out three sets of 120 using FULL ROM! This got my cocky self right in the game. Blasted two new PR's on incline DB curls, with 50s for 10, and 60s for 8. Hammer curls; Ummm, 70s, 80s and 90s; unheard of ! Like I said, the focus, the pump, the combination of it all, had my cockiness at another level, and I kept aiming higher and higher. 150s for 8 on DB Extensions, too; as high as our dumbbells go here, dammit, and I'm slinging that dumbbell up to my shoulder level all by myself. DIPS; I added a 45, then a 45 + 25, then finally a 90 lbs dumbbell [my nuts didn't appreciate the giant round plates]. 10 reps with 90 lbs stapped on me, that ain't right at the moment, that's 320 lbs total including my body weight; and trust me, FULL ROM.


I'm psyched for this to continue; for the Blue Gene to 'build up' in my system, for the Green MAGnitude creatine to maintain the pump throughout the day; for the White Flood to keep giving me the Zen-like focus and energy; and for the GlycerGROW to bring my volumization and pump to another level.
 
Funny story of the night.

Wings N' More; the Thursday Tradition.

- as usual, met up with 8-10 friends @ Wings N' More tonight for Margaritas. Then this girl showed up, a friend of a girlfriend of mine, and sat right next to me on the corner. I didn't skip a beat, and got to talking. Hmm, I've noticed it's gotten a lot easier for me to speak to the ladies lately .. and dance with them for that matter .. and the responses are better and better .. she even pointed out, 'you know, i date built guys like you' .. HAHAHA .. priceless; my buddy's told me 'hit it then quit it' .. Margarita went down, and I had another half of one that a girlfriend gave me (so 1.5 total, below average for me). Conversation kept going good, and by the end of the evening she asked me out to a different bar. Wanting to keep up with tradition (I won't elaborate) I told her to call me a little later, and she handed me her phone and asked me to put my number in.

.. 3 hours later, my ex girlfriend calls.

Like I said, the focus, the pump, the combination of it all, had my cockiness at another level, and I kept aiming higher and higher. 150s for 8 on DB Extensions, too; as high as our dumbbells go here, dammit, and I'm slinging that dumbbell up to my shoulder level all by myself. DIPS; I added a 45, then a 45 + 25, then finally a 90 lbs dumbbell [my nuts didn't appreciate the giant round plates]. 10 reps with 90 lbs stapped on me, that ain't right at the moment, that's 320 lbs total including my body weight; and trust me, FULL ROM.


I'm psyched for this to continue; for the Blue Gene to 'build up' in my system, for the Green MAGnitude creatine to maintain the pump throughout the day; for the White Flood to keep giving me the Zen-like focus and energy; and for the GlycerGROW to bring my volumization and pump to another level.

Awesome first day. This is going to be a very powerful stack !!!

Day 2

Today was incredible. I don't know how to put it in words. It was such an amazing workout.

Supps were a tad different today, so here's my pre-workout schedule from today...

7:30 - Wake up, get on AM because I'm an addict
7:45 - 8 WhiteFLOOD (no parasthesia today :woohoo:), 5 BlueGENE, 1.6g 1-C, 1 serving BC+EAA
8:20 - 400mg P-Slin
8:30 - Meal 1 + 1 scoop GreenMAGNITUDE, 2 scoops GlycerGROW

Intra-workout drink: 20g BCAAs, 4 scoops GlycerGROW, Crystal Light mix

I was in the gym by 8:45 cranking out Day 4:

Quads/Traps/Olympic Upper Body

Leg Extensions (2 warmup, 6 working)
Alt. Leg Press (2 warmup, 6 working)
BB Shrugs (8 working)
Flat Bench BB Press (2 warmup, 4 working)
Clean and Jerk (2 warmup, 4 working) - I also did a set of Hang Cleans

I have to say that I really think I'm going to love the Olympic lifts. That was the first time I had ever done an actual workout that involved C&J, and I really enjoyed it.

I'm fortunately blessed with a natural ability to simply know the form for these big lifts. By the third set of C&J I was cranking out a perfectly fluid movement on every rep. It felt amazing. It will probably take a couple weeks to really know how much I can lift on this exercise.

If you noticed, I added 2 scoops of GlycerGROW to Meal 1 which I didn't take yesterday. I definitely noticed increase volume and vascularity today. I was seeing veins run across my quads that I've never seen before. My chest was nice and full even after just a few sets on bench press.

I never thought my quads could be so beat up from just some extensions and alternating leg press, but they defintely are. When I got home and hopped out of my truck I almost collapsed. High reps are a killer!

Here's some pics from today. You can sort of see the vein running over my right quad, but not too well. The lighting was bad, but it was definitely there. I had a few veins wrapping around my legs. You can definitely see the one on my calf. That's usually there, but not as thick and full as it was today. I really have to attribute this to the GlycerGROW.
