how are you feeling during the workouts. are the weights easier, do they feel lighter, what are your thoughts on what the dienedrone is doing so far? besides appetite :)
repps are deff. up.i am more aggressive with the weights and yes it seems lighter and every workout seems to be going by faster.although i take the usuall time training!..i dont really sweat,my skin gets wet but no beading so far.


my lunch-leftover's from yesterdays thanksgiving,2-plates of turkey,ham,mac salad,rice,gravy,1 slice pumpkin pie,18oz.ice water.


supps.-3-fish oils,3-amino's.

Nice, good details bud!! Really lookin forward to the next week of logs!! If I'm reading this right, your taking all your dose first thing in the morning? Pretty sure I'm right on that as you probably don't want to really go over the recommended 100mg dose. Was just wondering if there was a particular reason for dosing it all at once versus perhaps splitting it up? Thanks!!

With non-methyls, the larger the one-time dose, the more active will get into your system.

No, thankfully.
I read someone's log that is running this and they were complaining of excessive shedding. Just curious to see how you're doing on it.

wow i've never experienced shedding before. the worst side i've ever had was leaking and burning nipples on a phera/mdrol bridge but vitex took care of it thank god. So bslick69b in a breif summary what have you experienced so far? i've noticed big pumps and increased strength. My bp felt like it was up my first day but i guess the hawthorne kicked in by the 2nd.

you never exper. back pumps on your phera/mdrol bridge?

I've never had back pumps. The sides i've had off of PHs are acne and no libido and of course increased aggression. Everyhting is fine so far this go around. I do fear the sides sides when i stack this with mdrol but i've got SERM to combat them if they arise. Why don't you split the dosage up?

i feel that taking two at the start of the day with breafeast would be a good way to maximize absorption!

i noticed that i can "feel" something kick in around 45 minutes after my tren dose, IIRC - feeling warmer and a little more energy. i made absolutely sure i dosed 45 minutes prior to workouts, but that was me. dunno about you, or what time you work out. play around with the dosing times a bit to figure out how you respond best.

are you prone to MPB? (don't see too many bald pacific islanders...they usually have a lot of hair)

I'd def run some shedding prevention if I were to run something androgenic...I need to keep my hair as long as possible!!!

i noticed that i can "feel" something kick in around 45 minutes after my tren dose, IIRC - feeling warmer and a little more energy. i made absolutely sure i dosed 45 minutes prior to workouts, but that was me. dunno about you, or what time you work out. play around with the dosing times a bit to figure out how you respond best.
i will incorperate that tommorrow i will try dosing 1 first thing and the second 45mins. prior to w/o!

dont have scale on hand but i will make a pretty accurate guess,maybe 2 pounds gain so farshould put me between 230 and 235. i will scale tommorrow before i train though when i post my updates.

brotha, my calories were around 3.5k before tren. i ended my cycle pushing 5k calories, and there was no struggle to eat that much. your body needs those excess calories to put on the muscle in the short length of the cycle - its perfectly natural for your caloric needs to go up during a cycle - you're growing faster!

oh!..yeah before i forget.i dropped my sister off at work today and her boss/owner saw me and said"you better slow down what ever your taking because you look like a gorrilla"because of my size!..LOL..and there where so many people around,i was stoked!

supp-1 dienedrone(split),2-milk thistle,2-multi,3-fish oils,3-amino's.

workout-chest(d.b-flys),tri's(behind head raises),neck(flat-bar shrugs),shoulders(d.b-up rights)

chest-(d.b flys)-4 sets of 10 80lbs.
tri's-(behind the head raises)-4 sets of 10 85lbs.
neck-(flat-bar shrugs)-4 sets of 10 179lbs.
shoulders-(d.b uprights)-4 sets of 10 40lbs.

post w/o supps-1-dienedron,3-fish oils,3-amino's.

before bed supps-arom-x.(i discontinued use of 6 oxo.)i decided that i dont need it yet.

i'll update my weight gains weekly like you asked.as for the lenght of the run,i was thinking more in the sense of 30 days..LOL..but if you want me to run a 6-weeker no problem john!

6 weeker, means a good PCT, 4 weeker means over the counter pct, other than that best wishes my bro

todays workout was pretty good i went up on dumbell reps by 2 so im changing my reps per set from 10 to 12 reps:)

im having some meatlaof and potatoes,gravy and corn on the cobb!..kind of felt bloated from the whey this morning so i skipped my post w/o shake and will just settle for a big dinner!
