repps are deff. up.i am more aggressive with the weights and yes it seems lighter and every workout seems to be going by faster.although i take the usuall time training!..i dont really sweat,my skin gets wet but no beading so far.how are you feeling during the workouts. are the weights easier, do they feel lighter, what are your thoughts on what the dienedrone is doing so far? besides appetite
