On top of it, last night, girls in my class that I normally wouldn't even consider were turning me on. At one point in class I just started laughing because it was so bad.

He's a nice guy so I can't knock on him, but it's definitely just the fact that he has lots of money. The three of us went out last night after class and I swear for every ten smiles I get out of her, the other dude gets one...I digress...

...sometimes I'll look at her in class and I just have a big grin and stare her down and she TOTALLY knows what's going through my head. So far I haven't acted on it.

I have done this too! I was like wow harris what the fukk are you thinking. It real funny because i am athe one that has real high standards and when all my friends are like that girl is smoking, i'm like aww shes ok i guess. I have too really think a girl is a dime piece to actually put any effort into it other than just getting my sting on :D but don't follow me cause i am a ******* at times:twisted:

That was ****ing IT, dude! Wow. That's awesome. Must be well known around there or something. I was just walking around town one night and I saw all these people standing outside chatting so I thought I'd check it out. Bought a ticket and had a great time.

Well, there aren't many jazz clubs that I know of around here, but as soon as you said alley and Georgetown, that was it. Blues Alley is considered by many to be one of, if not, the best jazz club in the US. They have live jazz musicians booked like 360 days out of the year. And it's funny how it's literally down some random side street off Wisconsin Avenue. You could easily just walk right past it without knowing it was even there. :)

Ya. I had parked the car like right on that street and walked up the road to an ATM (and there was a dude standing right behind me acting like he was about to mug me and I was BEGGING for him to in my head because for some reason I was ready to fight that night) and then I walked back down to get a view of the Deleware. I saw those people and walked down where they were and I saw the sign and I immediately said, "I know what I'm doing tonight!"

Yeah, it's a nice spot. That's not the first 'shady dude encounter at an ATM' I've heard of either.

I think you're thinking of the Potomac River though. Or Virginia. But Delaware and the Delaware River are nowhere near Georgetown. :)

Guys, seriously, every morning I feel like a little kid at Christmas. I wake up and I'm just sooo freaking stoked to be able to hit the gym.

I friggin LOVE IT! I'm so thankful I'm healthy and functional and can enjoy a grueling workout.

I have such a big smile on my face just talking about it. Isn't pumping iron the most kick ass ****ing thing you can do?

Being healthy and functional are so easily taken for granted. I'm fully healthy, but not 100% functional in regards to what I'm able to do in the gym, (at this present time; only temporary).
 
With the rate these threads are going NEITHER OF US will be able to do ANY WORK :lol:

If T-911 matched 1.5g of Testosterone Propionate, it would be the most amazing supplement ever.

Gear never was a godsend for me like it is for so many people. I never gained a ton of muscle or strength; however, the psychological change and libido increase were out of this world.

In all honesty, being natural is so much better. I'd take a natural test boosting stack over any illegal AAS.

Example:

If someone offered me either a stack of T-911, Blue Up, DTHC, ATD, Icariin, and Cissus OR enough Test Enanthate, Tren Enanthate, Adrol, Var, EQ, Deca, and GH for a six month cycle, I'd take the natural stack. I'm so over steroids, and happy to say it.

Day 7

Excellent Delt workout today. Had a real good pump going as usual, focus was dead on, and intensity was tiptop.

There were a few sets where I was about to rack the weights and I thought, "What the HELL are you doing?!", so I would do my best to crank out another rep or two. A couple times I failed miserably, but I tried...It's called taking a set to failure for a reason, right?!

I really enjoyed doing the Wide-Grip Upright Rows, but it felt a little awkward on the Smith machine, so I'll be using a barbell next delt-day. (Volcom, how wide is your grip on these?)

Last night I thought I felt a sharp pain in my right nipple where I'm susceptable to gyno and it freaked me out, but I'm still not sure if it was in my head or not. As gay as it sounds, I've basically had my hand on my nipple checking it CONSTANTLY. I got rid of some pubertal gyno with Epidrol back in February, and I really have a fear of it coming back. My self-esteem is so much higher now even though it wasn't that bad. I've got Tamoxifen on hand in case I need to use it at any point, so I'll just keep an eye out for that. I really hope it won't be an issue. I used 6-bromo last year before the Epi cycle and that aggravated the gyno, so I'm always shaky on AIs I've never tried.


[rant] *Cue the Rant*

I saw this older guy in the gym today that I've been seeing the last couple weeks. He bugs the hell out of me. He comes in with his wife, who appears to be one of those people that was real into fitness at a younger age and just kind of dropped off over the years. She seems rather knowledgeable, and she is always having to show her husband how to work equipment and showing him correct form. He is ALWAYS moaning and whining about it being too hard...

...What the F*CK?! Be a ****ing man! Your WIFE kicks your ass in the gym. How do you think she feels about that? Do you think she's happy with you whining and acting like a complete ****ing pussycat?!

This stuff frustrates me SO badly. While I don't like showing girls I date around the gym, I understand that for females to be into fitness it seems as though it has to be learned rather than instinct. I'm not going to get super upset with a girl that whines a tad...but for a man to act that way is unacceptable. I don't know any woman that doesn't find it a turn off to see a guy whining because the 10lb weights are just too difficult to curl.

Have some respect for your woman. Show your woman that you have some substance for goodness sakes. And this applies in so many more situations than the gym...

For example, these guys that will automatically call an "expert" everytime there is a problem around the house...Freaking grow a pair. Show your wife that you're good with your hands and you want to take care of it on your own, and if you realize you can't, THEN and only then call someone. Have the guts to swallow your pride, but not before you put in some effort.

Some new pics here for the one-week mark. Vascularity is going way up. I've got some veinage running through the arms/delts. So far I don't see any fat gain, but lets keep an eye on it!

Maybe for the Online BB show or something. I find it odd that guys are the only ones to tell me to shave. I don't think I've dated any women that care it's there. I shave my armpits and junk and they seem happy with that.

To focus on some real lean muscle growth. Instead of doing just a super heavy bulk, I'm really focused on eating only what's completely necessary to grow. I'm not trying to overdo anything. I've learned my lesson in that respect. I'd really like to add some LBM, but I am still focused on fat loss in certain areas which is why I'm really trying to incorporate HIIT into my cardio training. I think it's already helping me out in the midsection where I hold most of my extra weight.

How old were you when you ran gear? That might have something to do with it. I love the natural stack I'm on right now, but I am just itching to start up some anabolics again. :twisted:

I think as far as the mental aspect and the drive/motivation it would be great. Id start with 1 for sure though and thats all a women would probly need. Would make her aggressive, and definately very horny! :djparty:

But id assume great for the gym nonetheless.
 
And I agree completely with you on that rant, bro. I am the type of person who if something is broken, I will disassemble it into a million pieces and try to figure out what's wrong with it.

My parents still tell the story about when I was like 10 and our VCR ate a tape and got stuck and they had it looked at and were told it was ****ed. I asked if I could have it and they looked at me all strange and finally said, "Yeah, ok, sure." I took it to my room and got some tools from the garage and three days later I gave my mom the VCR back in working order, and I even opened up the tape and re-wound it all and put it back together so you could actually still watch it except for the 10-15 seconds where it was all fuzzy from being all mangled and twisted. My parents were so shocked and amazed that they took me shopping and bought me a BMX bike and some new kicks. :D
