Be your own guinea pig - Oz finally hits up a 2 weeker!

lets hope the guinea pigs balls will always work properly after this lol.
Umm yeah, I'm hoping they function optimally after all this is said and done. On that note, I probably will definitely use Reversitol at the end of everything. I don't feel this will prove the 2 week method ineffective or anything like that, I'd just rather be safe than sorry.. and if a simple OTC PCT can recover me from a total of 6 weeks on moderate to harsh orals, well, then I call that a definite success.

Day 12:

20mg SD, 60mcg IGF1 (40 PWO session 1, 20 PWO session 2), 300mcg GHRP6, 10.8g BA, 10 Neovar

Oh my gosh, dudes, today was off the hook as far as training goes. Both sessions I rocked it HARD. It was AWESOME.
Session 1 -
  • back squat 305 for 24 total reps (remember, only 60 secs rest, with 8 reps on the first set)
  • ball leg curls w/ BW for 32 total reps
  • standing calve raises w/ 160 for 32 total reps
  • core work w/ cables
Session 2 -
  • db bench w/ 80s for 24 total reps (same as back squat, except I got 10 for the first set)
  • pullups w/ BW for 24 total reps
  • ez bar close grip bench w/ 125 for 32 total reps
  • upright rows w/ 85 for 32 total reps
  • unilateral db shoulder press w/ 35 for 3 sets of max reps (8-12 each set)
  • db curls w/ 20's-25's for 3 sets of max reps (8-10)
  • 3 mins tabata on elliptical + a tiny amount of HIIT

I'll post up an updated version of my current training routine here pretty soonish.

diet -
p/f/c = 36/23/41 @ 3300 calories

blood pressure -
didn't measure it today, can't imagine it would've changed much though with only 2 days left in the cycle

sides -
small bit of acne, not sure if I should attribute that to the SD or not. I'm also experiencing a bit of testicular shrinkage :(. Hopefully the boys get back swingin' quick fast and in a hurry!

Sorry, I didn't read the entire thread. You're going to have bloodwork done before and after this 2 week cycle? if not, then there's nothing to go on besides how you feel..

if a simple OTC PCT can works like its planned to, that will rock hardcore. I have been kinda scared about ordering getting some SERMS. I am not really afraid of the legal issues in terms of fines and such, but I am in terms of i am going to school to be a teacher, and I dont know how it would negatively affect me if they pursued more than just a fine or something.

I could just go with research chems for my guinea pig, but I kinda prefer the real deal....Once I get my weight and strength up, I so wanna hit me up some of these products. And your 2 week idea is my main even for AM right now, if it works out well it could be an easy way to break into the whole PH side of things once I weigh enough.

Damn.. I might have to give this a try with bloodwork before and after each 2 week cycle.. That should answer a lot of questions. I've been curious about these 2 week mdrol cycles for a long time now and I havn't seen anyblood work to prove it.

Does anyone think running clomid with the mdrol for two weeks would help prevent shutdown?

Well, shutdown during the 2 weeks isn't the big concern.. The big deal here is LH sensitivity at the end of the 2 weeks, and the subsequently rapid bounce-back of natty test.

Well I'd still like to see bloodwork done. Maybe before and right after and then at the beginning of the second 2 weeks. What causes LH sensitivity? Can you do bloodwork for that aswell?

You should check out the article that I posted towards the beginning of the thread, it goes into more detail on this.

I read the original thread & article, but what is he basing that on? He says LH is suppressed after 2 weeks, but the first 2 weeks are unaffected. It seems that, if an individual's LH suppression begins a day early, the cycle is fvkced. If you are planning on taking Reserv. at the end, why not just do a 2-3 week legit PCT with Torem.?

yeah the article says to take 4 weeks and using a serm would be a good idea. Where did the idea two on two off without any pct come from?

Why not? Because the point is that minimum to no pct should be required when cycling like this, so I'm testing this out w/ an OTC pct just to be safe.

From the thread that has to do with the article.
yeah, I read the thread too, but I still havn't seen any studies to prove anything.. People on the thread said they used 2 off and 4 off, but I don't know the logic behind that, they didn't get the idea from the article, because it clearly says 4 weeks.

I'm not worried about having studies to back any of this up.. It's just a little experiment :)

Day 13:

20mg SD, 10.8g BA, 10 Neovar

diet -
p/f/c = 36/42/22 @ 2700 calories

blood pressure -
best reading was 125/70, worst was 130/80

overall -
I'm up to 172 lbs, leaner than I was at the beginning of the cycle :). Remember, I was down to 165 lbs. This is fantastic. Obviously a bit of glycogen, but I'm very inclined to say that at least 50% of this has been gains in lean mass. Oh yes!

Day 14:

20mg SD, 45mcg IGF1, 500mcg GHRP6, 10.8g BA, 10 Neovar

Two workout sessions today, one good, one not so good...

Session 1
  • Front squat to back squat - my front squats was allll effed up, so I didn't record anything
  • Glute-hams - BW for a total of 24 reps
  • Standing calves - 170 for a total of 32 reps
Session 2
  • Barbell bench - 195 for 24 total reps (got 10 on first set, moving up by 10lbs next week)
  • Rack chins - BW+25 for 24 total reps (first time doing this one)
  • High pulls - 120 for 24 total reps
  • Tri-pushdowns - 3 sets of max reps at ~ 100lbs
  • Unilateral shoulder press - 3 sets of max reps at 37.5 lbs
  • Hammer curls - 3 sets of max reps, various weights, average 25 lbs
diet -
p/f/c = 37/27/36 @ 3200 calories

blood pressure -
update at end of night

overall -
Today is the last day of this phase. I'll be taking a mix of low dose 6-bromo and ATD to keep estrogen at bay over the next 2 weeks.. Pics in the morning!

looking nice man. so your going over 200 for your bench next week eh? :)
Oh yeah. 205 for 8 reps first set, and then staying at the same weight until I complete 24 reps, w/ 60 seconds rest in between each set.. It generally takes me 5 or 6 sets to complete all 24.

Your hair grew :D

No, but I opened another tab in firefox and did a side by side comparison - it appears your biceps are bigger and you're looking slightly thicker up top. Good work man - lean small gains is the goal in this cycle with minimal sides correct?
Yup :)

It's somewhat odd that I don't look that much bigger. I started this phase at approx 167 lbs, and ended at 173 w/ no increase in BF.

Day 1:

30mcg IGF1, 500mcg GHRP6, 10.8g BA, 12 Neovar, 25mg ATD, 50mg 6-bromo

Daaayum... wow.. Workout today was OFF the chain. Instead of 2 sessions, condensed it into one big bad A session.. and get this, I was stronger than ever for every bit of it! Amazing! I feel like a big part of this is the new bulk PSLIN shake I've been using pre, intra, and post workout. All-together, took 1.5 hrs. Anyway...
  • Back squat - 315 for 24 total reps (UH!!)
  • Ball leg curls - 3 sets max reps @ BW
  • Standing calves - 3 sets max reps @ 160
  • DB bench - 85's for 24 total reps
  • Pull ups - 3 sets of max reps at BW
  • Decline cg bench - 3 sets of max reps at 185
  • Upright rows - 3 sets of max reps at 90
  • Unilateral db shoulders - 3 sets of max reps w/ 40's
  • Hammer curls - 3 sets max reps w/ 25's
  • Core work

p/f/c = 37/33/30 @ 2700 calories

I feel great, strength continues to rise :)

Day 2:

Didn't really keep track of things today, had plenty of calories though, I'm guessing between 3000 and 4000, and I'm usually a good guesser in these situations ;).

Cannot wait to hit the gym tomorrow. 1.5 hrs of muscular destruction :head:.

Guy I'd like to see you try and really up the cals/carbs on heavy days and see what happens. This is not meant as an offense, but considering your body type appearing to be very hard gainer and ectomorph I think it would play to your advantage very well and you would still see not only better gains but still lean ones. This is just an observation given what I've seen in your past cycle history.

So in other words, eat up :head:
Thanks for the input man. What's your thinking on doing things that way, as opposed to eating big on off/recovery days?

Just wondering man. Hope you don't mind if I pick your brain a little bit :)

With Igf you should really be able to consume more carbs from my understanding

So you're saying that due to heavy days being IGF1 (and the repartitioning effects of IGF1) days, that I should eat eat eat?

YES YES YES. IGF-1 is INSULIN-LIKE GROWTH FACTOR so it SHUTTLES goodies into your cells, similar to Insulin. A killer PWO/P-inj. meal/shake is an absolute. 55-75g protein, 70-100g carbs, low fat.

Ideally, IGF-1 should be pinned bilat, PWO (in the muscles just worked), then ~5-10min. later, followed with that shake/meal.

What if I'm sipping on a carb containing shake intra-workout?

Day 3

10.8g BA, 12 Neovar, 3 caps aPCT, 25mg ATD, 50mcg IGF1, 250mcg GHRP6

Had a great day in the gym today, went to town on pretty much everything -
  • Close-stance bb squats - 225 for 32 total reps (first time w/ these, hence the lightish weight)
  • Glute hams - 3 sets max reps at BW
  • Seated calves - 3 sets max reps at 2 plates
  • Barbell bench - 205 for 24 total reps
  • Rack chins - 3 sets max reps at BW+35 lbs (still trying to get these right)
  • High pulls - 120 for 24 total
  • Skull crushers - 3 sets max reps at 65
  • Unilateral shoulder press - 3 sets max reps at 45
  • DB curls - 3 sets max reps w/ 25s
diet -
p/f/c = 34/34/32 @ 2700 calories

Feeling good, strength continues to increase (I'm quite surprised about this). Don't know what else to say :D.

Day 4

Well, I've eaten a piss-load today. Don't know why exactly, but I just feel the need to eat eat eat. It was all extremely clean, however. Ezekial breads and pastas, EVOO, apples, carrots, brocolli, chicken, etc... I keep things oooooh so healthy, unless it's a cheat meal :).

I'm feeling big, fit, and strong. I've definitely got a little bit of testicular shrinkage, at the moment though I'm not worried about it.. It's nice that I have yet to exhibit any physical symptoms of low test other than my sac being small... Hopefully they get back to normal in the next couple days or so.

Anyway dudes, that's all for now. Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow!

Day 5

Dudes, worn down and still sore today. Tried to hit the gym, wound up just dying on my 3rd set of my first exercise.. So, I came back home, and will get it tomorrow.

Now, as for le diet today -
2700 calories
fat: 102
protein: 232
carbs: 192

edit: I wound up having some papa john's whole-wheat pizza tonight too, Ha! I'm terrible!

Day 6:

50mcg IGF1 (from now on, I'll only list peptides/anabolics day-to-day.. non-hormonals/peptides I will update less frequently, or if there is a change)

Soo glad I decided to rest up yesterday. I was able to hit things hard and heavy today :head:.
  • Back squat - 315 for 24 total reps (8 on first set, 60 secs rest between each set)
  • Ball leg curls - 3 sets of max reps at BW
  • Standing calves - 3 sets of max reps at 160
  • Dumbbell bench - 85s for 24 total reps (same as squat)
  • Rach chins - BW+45 for 24 total reps (will prob keep weight the same next week, and continue to try and improve form)
  • Decline close grip - 175 for 24 total reps (easy, moving on up)
  • Upright rows - 3 sets of max reps at 95 lbs (12 on first set)
  • Unilateral shoulder press - 3 sets of max reps at 40 (12 on first set)
  • Hammer curls - 3 sets of max reps w/ 30s (10 reps per arm on first set)
  • Abs w/ cables
  • Static stretching lower body
Diet -
3140 calories
protein = 300
carbs = 250
fat = 102

Overall -
Don't know what's going on for sure (maybe it's the IGF1), but my shoulder which has been somewhat injured for the past several months seems to be improving quite a bit.. the pain is nearly gone, even immediately following today workout.. Quite nice!

Hey Oz, how was your 2-weeker? I believe you added ~ 7-8lbs. I'm thinking of doing a 2-weeker too....and maybe using sdrol or something. Maybe wk1 10mg, wk2 20mg. If you get a min., I'd appreciate your thoughts. I know the shutdown on mdrol can be harsh, but at only 2 weeks, I'm thinking it's not going to be all that much. I'd prob nolva it wk3 at 10mg JFTHOI.

I really enjoyed it. Wound up staying at 20mg throughout. Went from 165 upon waking, to 173 upon waking, w/ no increase in bodyfat. Quite nice if you ask me, especially for 2 weeks. I did have a bit of shutdown after this, but I seem to have bounced back very quickly. Testicular shrinkage is completely gone, and I feel great. Wish I had some bloodwork to further validate this, but anecdotally I'm doing fantastic.

Very nice. Thanks for the info dewd! I will need to get me something soon as I want to run a 2-weeker before Dec. 19th (leave for travel).

:head:

How long has it been since you stopped the mdrol? And how do you feel at this point?
Stopped the Mdrol a week and 2 days ago, give or take 1 day. I feel great at this point. My strength continues to go up too, which is zomg awesome.
