So I got some new shoes. They are fricking awesome! Not too bad price-wise either (only $70). They rock for doing squats, and everything else in the world..

thats fucking awesome! Those are vibram 5 fingers right? I just found those the other day, i gotta get a pair now.

Do they fit weird with the enclosed toes?

Yep that's them. They don't fit weird really. I mean, it's weird because it's different, but they really have a very natural fit to the foot. I'm lovin' them.
 
Get lots of weird looks, though. Not sure what my lifting buddies would think of me if I wore them to the gym LOL

Yeah man I've gotten some looks too. I don't really give a crap what anyone at the gym says about them. As far as I'm concerned, they are an enhancement (albeit a small one) to my training.
 
Day 10

had a great day in the gym today. Didn't go over 225 on squat, went for 5 sets, total of 32 reps, just wanted to be sure my back didn't get bothered. Guess it's doing fine though, thank God! Finished up my workout with 15 mins of HIIT on the elliptical.

Nutrition for today is as follows -
39/29/32 @ 3000 calories

... you know what, go ahead and add about 400 calories to that :)

Running in them is awesome. Difficult and painful at first, but awesome in the longrun. Has definitely made my calves bigger.
 
Day 11

Good stuff going on guys, looking fuller and bigger and leaner. Upper body tomorrow, and I'll get lower body in on Friday (going out of town this weekend for some birthday fun). Saturday is the last day of the cycle. I'll update with pics Friday morning. OH! Loving it guys, can't wait for the next 2 week stint of anabolics. I plan on doing SNS Methyldrol XT for the next 2 weeker, and for the 3rd 2 weeker, I plan to stack Epistane and Methyldrol :head:

Nutrition for today -
38/32/30 @ 2800 calories

Not really. I figured my blood pressure would get pretty high, but it's been totally fine, like below 120/80 fine. Only real noticeable side is a little bit of facial acne, and the libido of a jr. high boy. Seriously, getting wood while I'm walking to class and talking to my GF, actually having to get off the phone and chill so I can walk to class without being embarassed, yeah..

Friday morning dude! I'll get them up then, I'll be sure and either put pics up from the beginning of September, or just link to them as their in another log of mine.

Hopefully the pics show a difference. I can def see one in the mirror :D
 
Day 12

Good day in the gym today, not making any huge strength gains :( but I am increasing pretty steadily :)

Pics are to come in the morning.

For the remainder of the cycle I'll be doing 60mg/day.

Nutrition for today is - p/f/c = 41/24/35 @ 2800 calories

So dudes, I'm excited about the 2nd phase of the cycle.. and I'm especially looking forward to the 3rd phase (SD+Epistane). Any thoughts on that last phase?

Wait, you're gonna do a PCT? I thought the entire point was not to do one? How are we supposed to know if this theory works now?

lol.. anyway, I thought some more about what you were saying, I may just man up and not do pct period. From what I've read on the subject, and others' experiences, I think I should try it w/out pct.
 
Just keep all the PCT stuff around. Don't use it until/if you feel like **** or really shut down. I suspect after the Superdrol you might, but maybe give it a week or 3 to see how you naturally recover. Be careful, though. Don't wanna **** your health up permanently.

Agreed. I'm not lookin' to screw myself up here. I'll keep everything on hand, just in case. At any sign of trouble/gyno, PCT will officially start.
 
So, got to my gf's place yesternight. She was rather impressed w/ the enhancement of my physique. She def noticed (it's been nearly a month since we've seen each other).

Oh me oh my. How exciting. Can't wait to see what phase 2 holds. Bwa ha ha ha!

i separated my shoulder 2day in my game .. i am so madd i had a scoot looking at me in the next few weeks .. so thats def out now .. this was the 1st league game of the season 2 .. i didn't even think it was that bad .. it happened in the first period and i played the rest of the game ..

and now i am out of lifting for at least 6 weeks ...

any ideas on what to do ?????

I would give you a recommendation but I would get bashed for bringing in faith :sad:

but otherwise rest bro. It aint worth screwing it up while its healing.

Oh dang. Well, you could just diet down and get your cardio motor going. Then when you get to hit bulk phase your body will be more than ready to start growing.

Well my cardio motor is going man its at its best right now and my diet is a bulking diet but i might cut that out .. or should i stick to my diet i dont want to lose weight its sooo hard for me to gain !
