My boy and I have a blast, hes literally my little monkey, kid never has no marks on him hes so crazy.. I ll bet two are twice as fun (and twice as tough when tired and cranky, lol)

My twins were born on 7th June 07 (07/06/07) - they're Gemini's

That's the same day as my deceased grandfather's birthday.

That very same day my cousin, who I share the same grandfather with had boy/girl twins 2 years earlier.

BTW: Aussies have been known to saddle up Kangaroos are ride them to work!

Haha! I'm praying our children only really get my height and hair (it's thick). The wife's skin, eyes, and well pretty much everything else would make prettier kids :P

Got a carb-hungry stack going on, and are still continuing to recomp nicely. Stack particulars are:

NeoVar Recomped - Prime - PSlin - Bolic

I'm still running AM fasted workouts - Prime included, but recently switched to postWO with the NeoVar-PSlin. Together with high volume training I am getting insane and sustained hardness and pumps. After reading Steve’s log I think I will follow his example and up the postWO dosage of Prime

The banaba in the NeoVar takes a little getting used to (stomach - bowel) which is unusual for my cast-iron stomach. Basically Im substituting it for AP.

Did a couple of killer workouts this week:

The first was chest/biceps where every exercise was superset with Bench Press (3 Sets, Reps 10/10):

Incl DB Press
Bench Press

Incl Flys
Bench Press

BB Curls
Bench Press

Seated DB Curls
Bench Press

Pumps were intense. Recovery was excellent – 2 days later only a little tight across the chest.

The second workout was back/triceps – every exercise was superset with pull-ups (3 Sets, Reps 10/10):

Pull Ups
Bentover Rows

Pull Ups
Rear Delt Flies

Pull Ups
Narrow grip BB Press

Pull Ups
Scull Crushers

Absolutely destroyed… It’s four days later and my back still aches. I should have kept dosing Prime through the weekend.

Have also been doing a lot of cardio – have lost another 2kg – down to 98kg. Upper body starting to look a little lean out nicely.
 
I think he's doing just the Neovar + Bulk PSlin (Which I didn't get a reply about, but I think it's 10% Corosolic Acid).

Taking a big dose of PRIME w/ my pre and post-WO meals w/ PSlin should be really taking up the active ingredients well. Hopefully I'll see this in my results :)

Just the NeoVar Aussie - bumped up to 4 caps x 2 daily.

Using the 'normal' P-Slin atm - expecting the bulk stuff to arrive any day now.

Steve - would that mean 2 of your Prime doses are timed quite close together?
 
BB - if I was to do that, my std dosing would be:

0500 (2 caps - fasted)

0700 (3 caps w. post WO shake)

1900 (2 caps w. evening meal)

that's a big gap between doses....


I agree but i wanted to reap the benefits of the pre-work out dose as well the FULL recovery aspect. When i start again, i may dose 2 pills, 4x per day.

Yes, I'd prefer to add another dose between the second and third in your chart there. But then again, I'm sitting on a ridiculous PRIME stash (well once my winnings ship :P)

That's one heck of a stack you're running there JP! I've got me some bulk forskohlii in the mail. Your endorsement of Bolic really got me reading, and it's definitely worth adding for both a bulk and a cut.

It's intense that's for sure Sok - will up the ante somewhat when i start multi-dosing bulk PSlin as well.

Ive just cracked my 3rd bottle of Prime. I have enough to run 3 months on 1 month off for a year with my current (and pending stash)

....But I don't think that's going to happen.

For recovery-wise Im currently feeling 6 days minimum a week is required - and for the next 2 weeks at least, what the hell, add in another dosage: 2/3/2/2

...and I have a heavy workout schedule designed around the 'Big Four' compound lifts in December. 3 reps max weight for 10 sets - squat, deadlift, bench, military press only... so it will be Prime until Xmas which will probably be a 4-5 bottle run.

I should be able to draw out the bolic stash too when my ReCreate arrives - I'm sure there's 25mg of forskolin per 2 cap dosage, so that reduce bolic from 4 to 2 caps per day.

Gents, I think we should start harrassing Jacob for more bolic!

thanks man - the avi is from back in April before my bulk - I'm trying to lean down to about that bf%. That was about 11% - now Im about 15-16% (down from about 20%)

i forgot a had a full bottle of the original stuff. I just started taking 5 post workout with my shake. Might throw in another 5 before hand as well. I never really noticed anything on it so maybe 10 caps a day will do something.

I don't have any dextrose, and am cut off from NP for a month at least (you don't want to know how much I've spent this month...). Would 100-120g WMS be a bit much? And is that a gallon you mixed all that in, or a litre?

First time with WMS - had to find out what all the fuss is about. 100-120g maybe a bit much - I guess start low and see what works Sok.

Dextrose is basically brewers sugar - you can buy it dirt cheap from the supermarket.

I consume a hell of a lot of water during my WOs - doesn't give me any such bloat issues.

With the above cocktail I use a 750ml sports bottle - drink a qtr preWO then top up.

Drink 3/4 intra-WO then top up.

Drink the remainder during cardio/changing room/driving home you dig?

Yeah, the osterich egg issue is a bit of a bummer aye? Free Prime on offer for it as well.... Back in Zambia in a week, so there's still an outside chance...

Note: jakellpet is a fictional character. In reality she is 500lb computer nerd who lives in his parents basement. She has not seen sunlight for 10 years, let alone travelled. Anywhere.

Mon: HIIT spin class
Tues: Chest/biceps (everything s/set with bench)
Wed: Shoulders/Legs (everything s/set with military press)
Thu: Back/triceps (everything s/set with chins)
Fri: 18 hours of travel time.

High dosage Prime/PSlin made inter and intra WO recovery possible during this length of time. Performance during ALL workouts was outstanding from a personal view and noted by my training partners.

By Thursday afternoon it felt like my body was going to crash, but by travel day I was only moderately stiff.

The day of arriving back in Africa (Sat) I felt ready to train again - with all things considered (including jetlag) I would have thought 3-5 days recovery rather than 1-1.5.

I only brought my Prime and ReCreate back with me - and will take a 2 week break off Prime as a desensitizing measure.

Oh the Egg business - laying season isn't for another 6 months so I'm sh1t out of luck on that front.

Signing off from Zambia - will think about doing a new log in December when I get back home.....I've got some unfinished business concerning bulk PSlin.
