Han't seen tha' boi 'round dees pots in few days nah. Reckon he's com'n 'roun soon?
He's too ripped to get up, muscles so tight he's stuck & immovable on the couch. It's one of the symptoms of spontaneous sixpackademia.

That sounds horribly uncomfortable. He's too ripped to get up, muscles so tight he's stuck & immovable on the couch. It's one of the symptoms of spontaneous sixpackademia.

I used to work with a guy that had really bad skin issues. No joke, the dude would wake up with super dry skin all over. As soon as he'd move it would crack and break and bleed. It was horrible. I felt so bad for the dude. He always had to lube himself up.
Are that many of them really juicing to just look mediocre??!! Pitt looked lean in Troy, but certainly not swole or anything. I'd hate to juice just to weigh a lean 185. Sh!t. You can cut without steroids. That's when they cycle off their stacks bro, c'mon.. they need some down time..
How sensitive are you to the effects of the paresthesia? Some don't seem to be bothered much by it, while others like Thomas and myself, love that "needles of fire pricking your skin" feeling. I love the feel of the lightening running through my veins. I've had some great workouts this last week. Part of the credit goes to PRIME. But part must also go to the 7 grams of Beta-Alanine I'm using pre-workout. It's allowing me to grind out more reps, especially on lighter isolation movements. I'm like a freakin' machine lately. I was just curious to the extent of your apparent suffering from the effects of the paresthesia.I believe it's universal knowledge that eating carbs with BA blunts parasthesia. For the WF CAPS, it does blunt the paresthesia as expected, but whats most notable is the delayed effect. I had a carbs container dinner around 5:30pm. I took 4 White Flood CAPS around 6:30pm and right now, 9:08pm I'm finally feeling the initial tingling of the paresthesia, it literally set in at the middle of this current post.

Thanks a ton for the test product breakdown IC and Volcom! I decided to run BOTH TNT and Blue Up (2 bottles starting with x4 and ramping up to x6 depending on response).
The only decision left is whether to run them separately or together (they don't seem to overlap, and the stack would be ri-f**king-diculous; however, I'm not sure my tiny little wife could handle it RAWR!).
DONE. I'll need to log that craziness in a separate log, haha. ****, I'm getting all turned on just thinking about how ridiculous my drive's gonna get! Wife might have to recruit a friend or two to help outSTACK IT ALL!!! Invalid Link Removed

LOL. I've got like... 10 of these old ones, and they're all like 7 years old, from back when I actually worked at GNC. LOL. I like to have several days lined up at a time so I can just grab my cases and go. At about a buck a piece, I'm gonna just stick with what I've got for now and not call it the old, outdated style, but instead the 'classic' style. :thumbsup:Time to load the vitamin dispensers.
note to Shaddow,
Get with the '08 oval GNC vitamin dispensers, you can't roll to the club with your out of date square ones. Don't salt yourself out like that

I
This has turned into a sick, sick stack. I'm really excited to see how things turn out.
Haha, I'm such a geek. I have a bag I carry with me to work containing pretty much everything I'll need during a day, and some emergency supplies as well. It has a very dev-geek logo/writing on the side so it looks like a developer/computer geek bag. It all comes with me whenever I might need it. The wife likes it cause she thinks it will prepare me for carrying around a baby-supply bag...I do that as well. I have 7 of the '08 dispensers and 5 of the old square ones, but the old ones are too dirty now, so I stick with the '08 GNC spinners.
The amount of Icariin in drive was stated. I believe something like 6 caps had 50mg of actives, would have to check.
DTH contains a very potent 60% extract.

Gah sorry Volcom, no luck with the search engine. I remember rms or some other AN staff that posted an article about icariin, and then stated that the dosage they used (If I recall correctly, it worked out to 50mg ) is contained in 6 capsules. I have it written down because it was used in my calculations when I made my own Coleus/Icariin/GSE/GTE caps.
And sorry, it's a 60% extract of epimedium, not of total amount. He had a 40% extract, then bumped it up in the most recent batches.
White Flood is very powerful stim-wise. The glucuro really spins me. And yea it kicks in fast, I remember feeling the GABA rush sometime that quickly. Also I think the breakdown of RPM vs. Drive is different, icariin wise.

Good luck on your PRIME run by the way, I didn't know it contained both Creatine and BA, that alone is a double barrel. I already subbed, so best of wishes on that
I for one enjoy USPLabs, and I really like Strategic and Mullet, so I feel bad that they have to spend so much time on damage control from disgruntle customers. Mullet seems to take the blunt of it, but he has thick skin and the real life arrogance to condescendingly brush it off. Strategic's just a great and helpful guy, so hopefully he doesn't have to get his hands too dirty with the disgruntles. I've never tried PRIME, but I've been a long time user of AP and I absolutely love Recreate. Products don't normally produce the results as advertised, i get that, there is a lot more proactive things you have to do in conjunction with supps to make them effective and I've been on supps long enough to have realistic, head out of the clouds expectation sfrom anything that doesn't require a SERM. Anyway, best of luck again
hey there, volcom. i've never corresponded with you before, so it's like a stranger comin' into your house, but i wanna tell you "good luck" with this log. heck, you don't need it. you're workin' toward monster status.
Sheesh. That's a long time. I'm taking about 7grams of BA or so surrounding my workout and I don't even notice it...thankfully. I remember the very first time I took the stuff. It was horrible. The back/chest areas are the worst. I wanted to rip my skin off it itched so bad.
Err... better late than never!!!
:ntome:
BRO I AM SO WTH YOU ON THIS, BA is one of the wierdest feelings im only on 2 grams -3 grams perday, gradualy increasing, but i had such a hot flush in my face with it, like it was having hot pins stuck in my face, wierd.
Great log, good luck buddy. Russian
all this talk of BA, its got me "itchin" to use my 500 grams sittin in my room right now.
did you guys catch the pun. itchin. ^^^^^ cuz it makes you itch? PM me if you didnt get it :toofunny:
shut up im ****ing hilarious.
Please be careful bro. I don't want you to go through what I went through 2 years ago. A torn pec sukks ballz dude!! It will definitely slow the training down for a couple of months. My pec is as strong or even stronger than before the tear, but the cosmetic aspect of it will remain forever. Warm up ridiculously well as you pyramid up to your work sets. Stretch a lot also. You know the drill. I'm merely preaching to the choir. But sometimes, the choir needs to be reminded! :rofl:I could feel my left pec straining while I was performing the shoulder presses, even though they were behind the neck. I probably could have gone up one more time, but I felt it in my left pec too much, so I thought I'd make it up elsewhere. All in all a great workout.
