You may have gained SOME lean muscle mass in there, but yes, some of it will most definitely be food and water weight (and some fat)...But it's not a biggie. Just keep training hard, and the muscle gains will come.

Breakfast: 9:00a.m.
-1st dose: 12:00p.m.
Lunch: 2:00p.m.
-2nd dose: 7:45p.m.
Gym: 8:00p.m.
Dinner: 10:00p.m.

The Workout:
Chest and triceps
Bench: 1x10 135, 1x1 205, 2x5 185, 1x5 165
DB incline: 1x5 65, 1x7 60, 2x5 60
BB decline: 1x7 135, 2x5 155, 2x3 185
Skullcrushers: 4x5 70
Tricep extenstions: 5x3 80
Dips: 2x8 (exhausted lol)

Other supplements:
none today.

Thoughtage:
Good strength throughout till I got to the end. Thinking I was tired at the end because I didn't take any BA today....don't want to exhaust myself on the supp though.
Felt a little swolen in my chest when I finished, i liked that. Had some random guy come spot me when I couldn't lift the bar off my chest for the last rep on bench...he was nice personality-wise and although I wouldn't say he looked the biggest, he was definately pushing some nice numbers.
*Probably take tomorow as an off day....been a couple days since I took one.

i flexed in the mirror this morning and i can see quite an improvement in my lat spread. after my next back day i'm going to take pictures and see if ya'll can see any change or not.
