potatoes chips n coffee aint too bad. i eat chips and chocolate pretty much on a daily basis. i cant give up everything like some of you guys, beer especially!

Now, I know that I look a bit “thicker at the moment but let’s NOT forget that:

a) I am on a bulk !!!

b) I went from < 50g carbs/day to ~ 180g carbs/day (I was at 240g at one stage but decided that was a bit toooo much - I was getting’ too thick :lol:)

c) I reduced Recreate from 3/day to 2/day (after 2nd week, DAY 15)

d) Not doing any more morning HIT cardio (since …f.#ck, can’t remember :rofl: , still riding to work of course but that is hardly HIT :)

e) Looking at the table above, think it is mostly “good" thickness: :bb2: :D

..but I'll leave that judgement to ALL OF you ;)


If I had to pick THE FAVOURITE supp from above, I’d say without further thought :

DAY 43

...AND NOW POSTING THIS IS GOING TO MAKE ME SICK !

1st. : suffering from heavy DAY41-inflicted DOMS !

OTHER THAN THAT, I THINK IT IS TIME FOR A BORING "EXECUTIVE SUMMARY" :), SINCE :

a) we are more than half way through the log
b) there are quite a few very recent additions to the stack​

* AP, P-slin: de-sensitization yet, notice increased hunger within 20min of taking the pills, P-slin (introduced on DAY 21), is an absolute sink for the carbs !

* AP on few occasions, taken pre-fasted cardio, went so hypo I was shaking and after 45 min I was devouring everything in sight ! :food::food:

* Recreate: same, no de-sensitization, love the clear&steady energy, unlike stims that let you down with a grace of a smashing pumpkin :lol:

* PwFULL: deserves a separate review :D

* RPM/Drive(introduced DAY 35), as a stimulant kick on weight training days (that was after I had started a new job and my sleeping schedule was thrown out of whack, GRRRRR !!!)

Worked well :thumbsup:​


DAY 41 ADDITIONS:

* Rhodiola

Now, that was AMAZING, I noticed substantial effects within first day of using it.
Happened to be the day I did one of the hardest sessions since the beginning of the whole stack (DAY 41), and I felt like a freakin’ bomb after it! Invalid Link Removed

So much I went for an extra 15min of HIT cardio!!! :dance::dance::dance: Crazy stuff !!! :hammer::hammer::hammer:

Bottom line for Rhodiola: decreased both physical and mental fatigue, Endurance went up to the roof !!! Also, increased feeling of happiness (I wasn’t exactly depressed of late but I’ve been absolutely freakin’ ecstatic since the addition of Rhodiola). The later is definitely not a placebo, Wikipedia quote : “Rhodiola rosea's effects potentially are related to optimizing serotonin and dopamine levels due to monoamine oxidase inhibition …”

I only found out about thin 5min ago ! :lol:

Sleep is improving as well, but most importantly I function well on less than 8hrs. Think the body is definitely adapting better to a changed biorhythm and resulting stress (different sleeping/waking hours and later workouts), and is quite capable of taking more training-related bashing with a BIG SMILE !

So 1000mg/day. I can get 360 x 250mg caps quite cheap so im gunna give this a try and see how it goes.

Yeah, good point about knowing how to use it. I've done a fair amount of research my self that last few weeks before deciding on this stack and with these products it's not just a case of throwing the tablets down your throat and expecting the gains - you definitely need to know how to get the most out of them.

STILL recovering from DAY 41 :eek: I CANNOT BELIEVE IT !!! :confused:

I’ve done 2 cardio sessions since (which were awesome but didn't contribute anything to recovery), and a gym session (today), which was totally pathetic. I just wasn’t with it :ntome: I felt like a corpse. I shouldn’t have gone in the first place, I felt so run down :sad:

I need MORE TIME to FULLY RECOVER before I can seriously mutilate myself again with weights. I may even take the whole rest of the week EASY, depending on how I feel. I’d rather do that than have another half ar$ed waste of a workout.

That's always rough. 9.5hrs has been my sweet spot lately. If I get any less, I don't operate too well.

We have this hill called Mt Stuart here, there is a 7km road that goes to the top, takes 45 min to ride up if you are riding at the intensity of spewing your lungs out :eek:

The top of the hill (584m) is the coolest place in town and there are some rather spectacular views. I used to ride up there 4x a week in my pre-gym days. I remember one particular day in summer (although according to London standards it is summer here every day :), at the bottom of the hill my fancy bike computer was reading 40C!!!
I bought a computer with a thermometer so I could bail out from riding if it was too hot HAHA, but for some reason :fool2: I decided to ride up the hill that day.
I have no idea how high was the humidity but it felt like a freakin’ sauna (so probably ~80%) !!!
I feared my brain was going to melt down and start pouring through my ears and nostrils Invalid Link Removed, come to think of it, the grey matter must have overheated ‘cause no person in their RIGHT MIND would have kept going! :confused:

I thought if I make it to the top alive then I’m indestructible ! Invalid Link Removed :head:
The bike suffered too, got corrosion marks from all the dripping sweat !
Anyways, when I got to the top (584m), after 55 min of torture, the bike thermometer read 23C!!! I soooooo did not want to descend back in HELL ! Invalid Link Removed
