Day 10:
20mg SD, 40mcg IGF1 PWO, 300mcg GHRP6, 10g BA, 10 Neovar
Great day in the gym today, went up in most lifts.. made a bit of a tweak to my training scheme, nothing huge, just adapting and trying to improve..
Upper body-
barbell bench 195 for 24 total
supinated chin-ups bw for 24 total
high pulls 120 for 24 total
closegrip bench 155 for 12, then tri pushdowns for lots of reps (not the norm, but I was havin' some difficulties with closegrip for some reason)
uni shoulder press 35 for 3 sets of max reps
dumbell curl 25s down to 20s for 3 sets of max reps
4 mins tabata method on elliptical, followed by 5 mins steady state
diet -
away from lappy all weekend, didn't keep track, but ate very well
blood pressure -
110/71
Overall -
I'm feeling great.. I'm especially surprised by this considering I'm on SD at 20mg/day. Hmm hmm hmm

. Sides are pretty much non-existent; I felt what seemed to be the beginning of a back pump during cardio, but nothing major.. So, thus far, all is good and gravy.
