Be your own guinea pig - Oz finally hits up a 2 weeker!

I'm sick guys. Was throwing up on and off last night, and have only had 4 bites of a nectarine this morning. I feel like total crap. Missed a test this morning, wound up making it to the 2nd one after I had to sit down while walking on the way to class due to some intesnse stomach upset. Oh gosh I'm hoping this gets better soon soon soon. I'm not doin' so hot!
 
I'm down quite a few lbs.. and seem to be bloated. Guys, here's some advice, if at all possible, DO NOT get a stomach flu within days of ceasing a cycle. This sucks - haven't been to the gym since last Friday. Haven't been able to get down but maybe 1000 calories per day since Sunday night. Hoping I'm back to 100% by tomorrow.
 
Well, I'm all better as far as I know. Getting back in the gym tomorrow - God willing.

Now, got some news for you guys.. Hehehehe.. GHRP-6 and possibly CJC-1295 are about to become a part of my daily supplementation :). If everything pans out, the dosing will be as follows:
CJC @ 100mcg/day
GHRP-6 @ 200-400mcg/day

Fun fun fun.. and I'm seriously thinking about trying out some low dose slin PWO, but I'm not too sure on that one.
 
Added Neovar @ 10 caps/day for the first week or so. I'll go down to 8 caps/day after that.

Back to the gym today after being sick w/ stomach flu.. It went surprisingly well. It was a leg day and I didn't wind up upchucking everywhere. YES!

Walking Lunges - 135lbs for 24 reps total
Balance Ball Leg Curls - BW for 32 reps total
Standing Calves - 180lbs for 24 reps total
Standing Abs Complex
Elliptical HIIT - 12 mins + 8 mins low intensity/cooldown

IGF1 @ 10mcg/day

Mmmm.. I think this will be a very tasty long-term stack, and should compliment my 2 week cycles amazingly.

OZ, how many mcg are in a ml? i've never fully understood peptides and how to dose them correctly
Ah, well, it goes by units when talking about peptides. For me, I've got 5mg GHRP6 in 2ml of BW and 1mg IGF1 in 1ml of .6%AA.. So, that means that my GHRP6 is 25mcg/unit (1000units in 1ml), and my IGF1 is 10mcg/unit.. This is with a .5ml insulin syringe. On a full 1ml insulin syringe the units are less accurate, and so 1 tick mark = 2 units.

Hope that wasn't too confusing!


In other news, I may be tweaking dosing a bit on the IGF1. I'm thinking possible a 4 week on, 2 off type of deal dosed ED with 10mcg on rest days, and 20mcg PWO on workout days. Any thoughts on this?

Forgot to add, picked up some beta alanine and bulk PSLIN as well. Should both last me for awhile.. Gosh dang I'm excited! All this peptidey goodness along with all these natty ergogenics should make off cycle time a happy time. I'm taking Neovar recomped as well, in case I left that out.

Day 1
Good day today. Feeling great!

So here's what's up, wound up dosing 20mg SD today, 40mcg IGF1, and should have 250mcg GHRP6 in me by the time I hit the hay. Oh yeah.

Lower body day today -
  • Front squat 205 lbs for 24 total reps (had a lot of trouble keeping the bar from sliding down my shoulders.. gonna need to figure that out cuz I KNOW I could be lifting heavier on this, at least 225)
  • Glute-ham raises BW for 24 total reps
  • Calves 180 lbs for 32 total reps
  • 12 mins elliptical HIIT

Calories - didn't measure things out today, I'll start back up tomorrow, but I can run through a basic outline of my meals today
  1. bowl of baby carrots, 70 grams homemade almond butter, 5 slices extra-lean turkey bacon, 2 pieces ezekial bread, 1 slice of cheese
  2. 2 cans no-salt green beans, .5 cup refried beans, 5 oz grilled flounder, 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
  3. Ethiopian meal (chicken, lentils, injera, spicy!) + bowl of mango and baby carrots
  4. 3 cups 1% milk + 1.5 scoops cinnamon bun whey
  5. 1 piece ezekial bread, 70 grams homemade almond butter, bowl of baby carrots
 
Day 2:

20mg SD, 20mcg IGF1, 250mcg GHRP6

Upper body today -
barbell bench 185 for 24 total reps
hang rows w/ bw for 24 total reps
unilateral shoulder press w/ 40lbs for 32 total reps
high pulls 110 for 24 total reps
dbell curls from 30s down to 20s for total of 32 reps
cg bench 135 for 24 reps
4 mins tabata method on elliptical + 5 mins cooldown

diet -
P/F/C = 45/34/21 @ 2300 calories

blood pressure -
120/70 consistently since yesterday

Feeling pretty good guys, no bad lethargy or anything like that yet. I haven't gone hypo either, which is lovely. Excited to see how the rest of this all goes, UH!

Guys, new development, I plan on running some ATD nightly during my off weeks. Last 2 weeks I've been a bit emotional/cranky, my best guess is elevated estro, so we'll see if an AI makes any difference.

I'm feeling good guys. Confused as to why I'm not lethargic as crap from all the SD in my system, which makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the clone I'm using (SNS Methyldrol XT). BP is obviously great as well, which is AMAZING considering I've been fighting a losing battle with BP for the last couple years. I'm very happy my BP has improved sooo much. As far as gym-time and stuff like that goes, I'm feeling some increased muscular fullness, plus just a general aggression all day long. Tomorrow is a lower body day, and hopefully I'll notice some strength increases.

Ha. Well, won't be taking it all at once. I'll split it up into as many smaller doses as I need to not burn from the inside out. Only other experience I have with beta alanine is with PAL's Incarnate a looong time ago, so this should be fun.

i still have some of nutra's bulk beta and i'll use about 6-8 grams pre workout whenever i feel the need.

by the way, i got my new SMASH in and started the sponsored log....stop by whenever. today is day 1

Awesome, will do.

So, doesn't seem to me that I'll have to worry at all about the BA tingles.. Even at nearly 3 grams at once I have yet to experience a tingle. Total BA for today is already at about 7.5 grams :)

Awesome lower body day, just awesome. Strength was up, maybe SD is kicking in. A little too soon to tell, I should know Thursday though if it's really legit or not.
Back Squat - 295 for 24 total reps
Ball leg curls - BW for 32 total reps
Standing calves - 160 for 32 total reps
10 mins HIIT/Moderate intensity

Been giving some though to an Invalid Link RemovedI read today by John Berardi (who I have LOADS of respect for).. I plan on trying this out. I'll increase my calories to about 3000 per day (maybe more), and up my training to 2 sessions on each workout day. A regular session in the afternoon, and a much lighter higher rep workout in the evening. I have high hopes for this, and think it could work out nicely considering I'm on some anamabolics :)

Just a quick question to people here. I am also giving 2 weekers a go. I finished the first 2 weeks of 10mg m-drol. After 2 weeks off i am about to start the next 2 weeks. I am tossing up between doing 20mg m-drol or changing to p-plex and finish off with m-drol on my last 2 week cycle. Thanks

Up to you man. Personally, if you really want to include P-Plex, I'd do it for phase 2, and finish off with MDROL at the end.
 
Day is halfway over, it's sucking balls thus far (as far as training and some other things go).

I didn't move up in any of my main lifts like I had thought I would, and it seemed that every idiot who doesn't have a clue how to lift properly decided to do ineffective BS while I was in the gym. By the end of weights, I was so pissed and frustrated I straight up got outta there, no cardio no abs.. I'll finish up tonight at the end of my second training session. OH, and I tried to make a big P-slin shake and it wound up horrible. I'll just stick to what I already know (w/ some minor modifications).

Ah! and I keep wasting IGF1 because I'll pop it into the muscle and just have this pain as the needle sits inside, it increases as I push on the stopper too.. ain't got a clue what it is, but it sucks..


Hoping tonight's session goes better, or I'll be killin' some hoes!
 
Day 6:

15mg SD, 20mcg IGF1, 300mcg GHRP6, 10.8g BA, 10 caps Neovar, bulk PSLIN like a madman.

Upper body, sort of pissed me off, eh, not the end of the world -

Session 1
DB bench 80s for 24 total
Hanging rows BW for 24 total
Uni shoulders 40s for 32 total
Upright rows 100 for 32 total
Decline cg 135 for 24 total
Hammer curls started with 65lbs, went down to 40 to finish up all 32

Session 2
Basically reworked everything I hit during session 1 at a much lower intensity, did this non-stop for about 20mins, then elliptical for 15mins at mod intensity.

diet -
40/28/33 @ 2800 calories (meant to get more in, had a setback w/ my PWO shake :()

blood pressure -
not tonight :)

Overall I feel great guys :D

dang, why so much BA. I think that's overkill. You trying to load you're system with it like creatine? If so I didn't know loading with BA was possible..
 
How can you tolerate so much beta alanine ? I bought a bunch of it a while ago but I couldn't stand the horrible tingle pins and needles feeling and it itches too. I'll never take that **** again. Apparently some of you freaks like it ? You people that like it must be crazy, seriously. I was only taking like 2.5-4 grams too. I would put it in a water bottle and consume it sip by sip but even then if I drank to much to quick I would get the horrible side effect. Just way to much hassle for little if any gains.

It's really not bad for me. I get the tingles every now and again, but it's nothing too intense.. very tolerable.

Great day in the gym today, went up in most lifts.. made a bit of a tweak to my training scheme, nothing huge, just adapting and trying to improve..

Upper body-
barbell bench 195 for 24 total
supinated chin-ups bw for 24 total
high pulls 120 for 24 total
closegrip bench 155 for 12, then tri pushdowns for lots of reps (not the norm, but I was havin' some difficulties with closegrip for some reason)
uni shoulder press 35 for 3 sets of max reps
dumbell curl 25s down to 20s for 3 sets of max reps
4 mins tabata method on elliptical, followed by 5 mins steady state

diet -
away from lappy all weekend, didn't keep track, but ate very well

blood pressure -
110/71

Overall -
I'm feeling great.. I'm especially surprised by this considering I'm on SD at 20mg/day. Hmm hmm hmm :). Sides are pretty much non-existent; I felt what seemed to be the beginning of a back pump during cardio, but nothing major.. So, thus far, all is good and gravy.

Oh, and pics Saturday morning :D

I'm up to 171 lbs this morning, after draining the bowels and such... While I am cutting, I'm not at all worried about this, my body fat levels are continuing to go down :D.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I'm gaining lean mass... pretty darn sure.

Pics Saturday morning.. we shall see.

Attempted to hit the gym today, but I'm frickin' worn out from yesterday.. So, I'll double up tomorrow, legs in the morning, and upper body in the evening time.

blood pressure -
111/71 as of this evening

I've got 'till Friday; if all goes well, I'll have gotten in 4 workouts between now and then. I'm excited to see where I'm at Saturday morning!
 
When I took Havoc, I noticed signs of shut down during the 2nd week. Have you noticed anything like that, specifically testicle shrinkage? How will your body naturally rebound if shutdown does start within the first 2 weeks?

Yeah, with SD this go 'round I've noticed a little bit of shrinkage. Shutdown isn't my concern here though, it's all about LH sensitivity at the end of the 2 weeks, followed by a quick rebound of natty test.
