Damn, I've been wanting to give BA a run but I just opened my Xtend container the other day. How much BA do you use per serving and how do you dose it? Would you just mix it in with the Xtend? (I could totally search, but I'm lazy.If you guys haven't noticed, NP has a killer deal on Xtend. Buy one tub of Xtend and you get 500g of BA for free!

I took out the Good Mornings and through in the Abductor/Adductor. I feel that having SLDL and Leg Curl as my main ham exercises will be sufficient.
Those machines KILL! I always feel like my hips are popped out of place when I get off of them.and i thought i was the only one doing the abduction machines. :icon_lol:

No one is going to argue with you about leg exercise routines Irish, if they do, they would have to prove that their legs are better than yours![]()
Hopefully we can get them bigger.
I'm excited to see what the Dips will do for my chest and triceps. My form on the dips is tilted forward a little as to focus on chest more, but I'm really hoping that the triceps will strengthen up on this exercise as well. I really think that's what is holding back my strength on flat bench.
