My torso never seems to change, I don't ever get big enough to the point where chest contour disappears and I don't ever really lose it, but of course the leaner I get, the more prevalent the contour. The only difference from now and that pic is larger traps. That's about the only noticeable change in my physiology, and perhaps some improvements in my forearms.

Okay, dropping in with a retreaded recipe with alternate prep: stir-fry broccoli, with seafood medley of surimi, octopus, squid & shrimp. I actually use 1/2 TBS olive oil to cook this; add in a tad of cayenne pepper & garlic with a dash of lemon juice while cooking; then when finished I'll throw 1 TBS Udo's Oil (love this stuff!) over it, which makes the perfect buttery topping. .. voila!

This was after my previous meal of the wife's stuffed green peppers, stuffed with brown rice, purple onions, and 96% lean beef! Good eats going on today fellas!

haha, I teeter totter from wrassler and linebacker.
I usually have people ask me if I am a Wide-Out or if fight MMA.

My only really heavy days (for me, at least) are Legs, and I will start off with 365 x 6, 405 x 3 x 2 Squats, and then 12 plates-a-side x 6 Leg Press, and I will always hear, "So, what are you training for?". People are so lazy, and train legs so little, I have to have a reason for training legs!

I would withhold your praise until I reveal my Flat BB Bench numbers Volcom; outstandingly pathetic! My Decline BB is 'respectable' at 235 x 8 x 3 (I do not go heavy on anything else aside from Legs), but I have difficulties pulling Triples on Flat BB Bench.

To be honest, I am more proud of the Leg Press than the Squat. And in full disclosure, I am closer to 193 as it stands now, and that extra five pounds can add leverage!

Honestly, you guys trip on that too much. I've got the inverse problem, strong bench & not-as-strong legs, but it is what it is. We all have our strong points..
Definitely; my legs have always been a personal point of pride for me! They also hypertrophy relatively fast in comparison to the rest of my body. At the moment, at 193, I am sitting at ~23" 5/8 for my thighs and about 15.5" for my calves.

You can tell there is significant hypertrophy in the rectus femoris, and vastus medialis/lateralis muscles, especially with the angle of the right leg. With some deepened separation, your quads would look pretty serious.

Appreciated Volc! Now I simply need to regain the 25" mark (where you are at now)!

At 200+, I recall having 27"-28" Legs, with, however, very little separation. Unfortunately, I hold water in my legs quite earnestly, and even at Sub-10% BF (where I am at now), the separation will not show! I believe I would have to be under 7% in order to reveal the separation - also, though, I must take into account training styles!

Either way, I appreciate the compliments from a Linebacker such as yourself.

At 200+, I recall having 27"-28" Legs,
:eek: Dayum!! That's huge for your height and that bodyweight. You've got some nice wheels there Mullet. I am envious there. At 6'3 my legs look thin at 26". And I'm 258 lbs. right now. Good job on the frog-like quads! :clap2: Now I understand the poundages you described earlier. Big weights for big legs.

Well, to not take too much credit, some Asians just have big legs, so its not all "earned," but I don't have elephant calves like Samoans. By no effort of my own, my soleus and gastroc are actually very prominent, as oppose to sheer girthy'ness, but my quads have always been very large.

You and Irish (and old school Rodja; whatever that means), have very classic quads development. Your quads get progressively larger as it gets closer to your hips (or toward the top). Mine are sort of the same size up & down, so it doesn't "look" big, apart from sheer circumference.

Solid wheels :thumbsup:

I project being around 200lbs by the end of this Blue Balls run. I will re-evaluate my strength with the 125lbs Db press at the end. However, an enthusiastic improvement would mean 12-15 or more repetitions with the 125lbs Db's press. A maintenance of 125lbs Db's for 10 reps, with a 10lbs drop in body weight would also be a positive outcome, however, not an exciting one.

I've been experiencing same day muscle soreness lately, but the soreness is temporary, meaning, it does not exceed 24 hours. It appears I have severe acute inflammation, which would make me assume that the DOMS will be all the worse in the ensuing days, however, that has not been the case.

Either I have reached a hypertrophic response threshold (meaning it would be optimal for me to transition to a more strength focused routine) and/or I'm experiencing general, weight lifting related over-training. The latter would truly suck, because nothing would be worse then having to take a break in mid-run.

I will attempt to uncover this suspicious physiological behavior by performing Smiths in my next chest day. If the weight is still heavy to my muscles, when balance is removed from the equation, then I may have to re-think my strategies regarding the assessment of this run. At the moment, the balance of the bench, flat or incline, is very awkward, shaky and over-all performance detrimental, so we'll see.

I just watched Viking's Road to the Olympia DVD. Nice work.

I don't have a tripod or anything like that. I get my vids from a digital camera, so I only have enough nerve to harass one, maybe two people and they have to be brief obviously. I think it'd be cool to add music, though. Very entertaining touch.

Did you grab PINNACLE? Or something else?

My libido is probably at a 5. I had a tidal wave libido the first couple weeks, but it hasn't been the same ever since.

About the 125lbs Db's. I'll have to aim for 12-15, because I can hit 10 right now. I originally projected a goal of 10-12, but as I assessed the 125lbs Db press, I pushed out 10 right there.

I'll get a video of it. I don't mind harassing one person for a brief shot.
