9/9/08 - Day 12
Today was awesome...let me tell you why. I woke up and my legs hurt soooooo bad!! Most people would say thats awful, but I kind of like it. First of all, it's letting me know that i've done a good job training and that I have a long way to go yet if adding some sets is going to tear me up that bad. Secondly, it lets me know that the
Blue Gene and Cre-02 are allowing me to train hard enough to not feel the effects of it until the next day. Most people I know would have called off and laid on the couch all day. I went and played bodyguard and then went to work! haha.
I skipped my normal morning workout so that I could be there for my girlfriend through what is a mentally and emotionally challenging time for her. I will be doing some major excercise tomorrow though. I don't think i'm going to lift, but I may change my mind. I work the overnight shift tomorrow, so I have to try and conserve as much use of my muscle as possible for heavy lifting and such at work. I will probably have a very cardio oriented day with a lot of body weight stuff though. Still formulating it all in my head

11:45am :
5 Blue Gene, 3 Mst Cre-02. 1 scoop Purple Wraath w/20oz. water
1:30pm : 1 can tuna in an Ezekial 4:9 sprouted grain wrap with romaine lettuce and artisan cheeses. small bowl of whole wheat pasta with smart balance butter and romano cheese.
4:30pm : 1 bowl of Chicken Breast with homemade sweet + sour. 2 Kashi Oatmeal flax cookies.

7:00pm : 1 NOW Acidofilus+Bifidus
8:00pm : Chicken Breast with homemade general sauce, vegetable medley, 1 bowl fresh honeydew + canteloupe.
12:00am : 2 scoops AlltheWhey Blend w/16oz. water
2:00am : 1 scoop Purple Wraath w/20oz. water
2:30am : 4 Mst Zmk, 1 scoop Mst Somnidren GH
Good day today....excited about the prospect of a good day tomorrow. Attempting to make some homemade banana bread with a healthy twist. Hopefully I have enough time to get that goin! *as if I don't eat enough carbs already, haha*
